OSometimes I ask them to do my shopping which they do willingly and accurately. .They have helped enormously with my slow recovery from broken bones. x

I'm afraid that I have a impression only of the service I receive, but that is my life, I look forward each week to my carer's arrival. I know she will clean my flat, prepare a tasty meal for me, do any ironing and help with any little jobs I need help with, but she is a friend, a smiling face.

Each of the carers providing assistance has been positive,cheerful and helpful in the six visits we have each week .Their flexibility is helpful in getting our mother to church and a Covid booster jab after a fall meant out mother could could not attend a scheduled appointment .

We have been very pleased with the service we are receiving from Belle Vie. The staff are all very warm and caring as well as very professional in their work. They appreciate that for my husband, some days are better than others, and take a positive approach to whatever he can manage on the day. They help him with his exercises, which is making a real difference to his recovery

Got not to say as up to now Im happy so far as such but don't want people I know or really (ALL young people) if you can understand I have to have older one with care experience.

I am truly delighted with the care I receive from Bellevie. All the carers I have tick the boxes viz. punctual, very polite and caring, good listners, extremely kind and on occasions go the extra mile (still with a smile on their faces!) (They sound almost too good to be true - but fortunately they are true!
