Overall Experience
The care Belle Vie has provided for my dad has been second to none. The carers are all so patient, caring, observant with changes in his condition.
There is an easily accessible app that clients can review to see input.
Dad was admitted to hospital and the care team have been unbelievably supportive with some carers caring / asking re his progress and management keeping in touch for input in his hopefully discharge and offering help while he was admitted .

Unbelievable support and I can't recommend them enough if looking for caring , adaptable care

We have been very pleased with the service we are receiving from Belle Vie. The staff are all very warm and caring as well as very professional in their work. They appreciate that for my husband, some days are better than others, and take a positive approach to whatever he can manage on the day. They help him with his exercises, which is making a real difference to his recovery

Very happy with the Carers who come to help my husband ,who has dementia.
They are able to help him have a shower and get dressed on the mornings they come to see him.

If he cooperates well then they will do some house work to help me.

I am truly delighted with the care I receive from Bellevie. All the carers I have tick the boxes viz. punctual, very polite and caring, good listners, extremely kind and on occasions go the extra mile (still with a smile on their faces!) (They sound almost too good to be true - but fortunately they are true!

My support has been amazing. My team are brilliant.
In recent weeks my team have helped me with outside communications.
When my support started I didn't feel confident or able to go out. I am now going out and recently my support worker enabled me to attend my Daughter's graduation in Preston, supporting me all the was from start to finish.

My team works together supporting me.

Bellevie Ponteland.
My Mum began receiving care from Bellevie in November 2025. So, relatively new to this concept of Care provision & like many relatives have observed & reviewed from a distance how life over the last 3 months has unfolded. I am delighted to say, Mum is settled, still going strong at 89 & this would not have been possible without the Care & Compassion of the Ponteland team.

The Team have provided a support mechanism which allows Mum to still have a degree of independence in her own home & the Team are knowledgeable in areas that Mum requires on a day to day basis. Taking the time to speak & laugh with Mum, prompt her when required & getting to know her goes such a long way to Mum having a life rather than an existence. A big thank you from my family to the Ponteland Team for all your hard work & long hours spent caring for our older generation.

We have been enormously impressed with the quality of service my father and we have received from BelleVie in Corbridge. Your staff have been highly professional, caring, thoughtful, and considerate. Sometimes going above and beyond their requirements and level of care.
Admin. has been constantly prompt, thorough, reliable, and accommodating in their administration of my father's care and needs. I cannot praise the BelleVie team highly enough.

On behalf of my father, and myself, thank you. BelleVie for all that you have done. We would certainly recommend BelleVie.

I think the care provided by the team from BelleVie was excellent. They looked after mum with compassion and dignity and helped her to remain in her own home for as long as possible. The app where the carers posted their visits really helped as we live a long way from her. I would certainly recommend BelleVie to any family who needed support and care for their loved ones.

Overall Experience

The care which Mum has received from BelleVie carers has been exceptional. They have taken a genuine interest in her and her welfare and have come to be regarded as family friends. When problems have arisen, they have shown initiative and been quick to step up and do whatever has been required to ensure Mum's welfare and safety, even accompanying to hospital until she could be admitted in the early hours of the morning. Communication with carers has been consistently good and living at a distance from Mum, this has been a great reassurance to both myself and my sister. The only thing which might be improved is the speed and consistency of responses to questions directed to management. Having said this, when compared with others' experience of care agencies BelleVie consistently comes out on top.

Reply from Tom Deaville, Recruitment Lead at BelleVie (Hexham, Whitley Bay, Morpeth, Ponteland & Consett)

I'm so pleased to hear about the care that your mum receives from us! And our carers' ability to deal with any problems that have arisen. We will, however, endeavour to improve the speed and consistency of our responses to management queries!

BelleVie carers are the best. They consistently go above and beyond to ensure my mother-in-law is happy, safe and comfortable in her own home. We have regular contact with them through the app updates which are very reassuring as we live so far away. As well as providing general care, visits often include running errands, picking up prescriptions or taking my mother-in-law out for a run in the car for some fresh air. They also spend time with her at home and we couldn't be happier with the service.
