In February 2025, Right at Home Leeds North, Otley & Horsforth was honoured with the 2024 Business Award at the Heart of Horsforth Awards by Horsforth Town Council. This accolade acknowledges the team's exceptional work in supporting older residents and individuals living with dementia, as well as their commitment to the wider community. Notably, the team organised the Living Well Showcase in collaboration with Dementia Friendly Horsforth, bringing together 30 stallholders and various activities to support those affected by dementia. Managing Director Rachel Critchley accepted the award, emphasising the team's dedication to ensuring clients feel supported, valued, and never alone.
