Care assistant Giles won the South East region Great British Care Award Home Care Worker of the Year for 2015.

Giles has been with Caremark since November 2013 and was new to care when he joined. He has shown remarkable skill, compassion and attention to clients, and rapidly learnt the essentials of person centred care. He is proactive and often has suggestions and recommendations for improvement to put forward, making him an excellent team worker. He has made an enormous contribution to the comfort and well being of the clients that he cares for and his win is so well deserved!
