Sally has worked for Clarriots Care since January 2016, coming from a private care placement. She has become a valued member of the care team through her commitment to her role as a home carer. Sally is always willing to help out where needed to ensure that the needs of the service users are met. She has formed good relationships with the service users and the team and is liked by all. Clarriots Care always receive great feedback in relation to Sally, many say she is caring, gentle and always has a smile on her face. Sally is always happy to go the extra mile and always has time to listen and talk.

Lincolnshire Care Association (LinCA) is delighted to announce the inaugural Lincolnshire Care Awards. Designed to celebrate those on the front line of social care in the county and to showcase the best of the sector.

The awards will be aimed at front line workers and managers rather than corporate entities, to recognise the skills and dedication of this vital but often unrecognised workforce.
