This franchisee is well placed to ‘achieve greatness in the provision of domiciliary care’. Never one to sit around and wait for things to happen, this franchisee set out to recruit care workers and build relationships with important stakeholders in their community whilst waiting for their CQC registration to come through. The forward planning paid off as they hit the ground running and have grown month on month.

With a strong, positive and can-do attitude which they cascaded down through their team, they have not allowed difficulties to discourage them. Always keen to improve, they are very good at analysing and learning from their experiences.
