New Business of the Year

The economic context of the industry and business will be taken into account by the judges.

The judges will be looking for evidence that include the majority of the following:

Business Strategy – Demonstrate how your business plan was workable and how adaptable it is to change or how it can be altered if situations arise that warrant change.

Success – Demonstrate what success has been achieved against the business plan

Promotion – Show how promotion was planned and executed in a controlled and cost effective way and how responses were monitored.

Innovation – Demonstrate innovation through new products/services, or systems showing innovation in management or running.
