I honestly can't thank Radfield Home Care Havering enough for the amazing care and support they provide for my mum. From the very beginning, the whole team have been professional, compassionate, and incredibly reassuring during what can be a very emotional time for families.

The carers are kind, patient, and genuinely caring, and they always treat Mum with dignity, respect, and warmth. They take the time to chat with her and make sure she feels comfortable and valued, which means so much to us as a family.

Communication has been excellent throughout, and knowing Mum is in such safe and capable hands gives me real peace of mind every day. I would highly recommend Radfield Home Care Havering to anyone looking for trustworthy, high-quality care for a loved one.

Overall Experience
Radfield have been amazing in the care they provide my Nan. They have given her the support and confidence, that even with her health and mental state of mind she has been able to remain in her own home.
The day centres have given her a new lease of life and she now manages to go 3 times a week where she is entertained and can socialise with people of her own age and has made some new friends.

Would 100% recommend their care services, thank you for all you do.

I genuinely couldn't recommend Radfield Home Care highly enough. The care they provide for my nan has been absolutely exceptional from day one. Everyone treats her with so much dignity, kindness, and respect, and it's clear they truly care about the people they look after.

They constantly go above and beyond, not just with the practical side of care, but by making sure she feels comfortable, valued, and supported every single day. As a family, it gives us real peace of mind knowing she's in such safe and caring hands.

It's rare to come across people who are this dedicated to what they do, and we'll always be grateful for everything they've done. Thank you all for the incredible work you do.

We have been extremely pleased with the care and support provided by this home care company. The carers are compassionate, patient, and always treat my elderly friend with dignity and respect. It has given the family real peace of mind knowing that reliable and professional support is available every day.
The staff are punctual, attentive, and genuinely caring. They not only assist with daily tasks but also provide companionship and emotional support, which has made a huge difference to our friends wellbeing and confidence.
Communication from the office team has also been excellent. They are responsive, understanding, and always willing to accommodate changing needs or schedules.

I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for trustworthy, high-quality elderly home care services. Their dedication and kindness truly stand out.

Our experience has been excellent in every respect. Radfield go over and above on many occasions in responding to changing health conditions, and very quickly adapt the level of care required. On a personal level, the carers looking after my mum were very much seen as 'friends' who developed great relationships over the weeks and months.

The care and support given by the wonderful team of carers and support staff is beyond good . To be able to fully trust someone with your loved one is so comforting and reassuring.

I would like to give a review of Radfield havering we have been using this company for over six months for day care and have always found all team members to be helpful and caring the drivers who pick my husband up are friendly and extremely helpful from the admin team to all the drivers and staff inside the football stadium nothing is too much trouble for any of them I would highly recommend the Radfield to anyone looking for day care for their family members for a safe environment and an enjoyable day.

Radfield Home Care have been outstanding in the support they have provided to my mother in law and our family. Although this review is submitted for April, their exceptional care has been consistent since February

Initially, they were visiting twice a week, but as my mother in law's health declined, they responded quickly and with genuine compassion. In the week leading up to her hospital admission, they ensured she was seen by her GP twice and acted promptly as her condition deteriorated. They supported us at A&E and remained by her side during what was a very difficult and distressing time.

Due to her dementia, it was important that someone familiar could stay with her. With the exception of a short period in ICU, the team ensured she was never alone, staying with her from admission through to discharge. Their dedication during this time was remarkable, including staying overnight in hospital to provide reassurance and comfort.

They went above and beyond 100% recommend

Overall Experience
I had a fall in February which resulted in some very serious injuries for which I was in a neck brace for 13 weeks. This time was particularly difficult for my wife who had to care for me and ferry me to the hospital.

My wife spends a lot of time with my Mother in law who suffers from psychotic depression and was able to relax in the knowledge that her Mum would be wonderfully cared for by Radfield Homecare. They were sensitive to my mother in laws needs and anxiety and as always were so compassionate in their care. I want to thank Radfield for giving my Wife the peace of mind to be able to focus on my rehabilitation knowing her Mums needs would be completely supported through this very difficult time for us.

I used the services of Radfield for my husband at the day centre; for about 18 months until he passed away. My husband loved going to the club & the staff were very friendly & professional. He spent about 5 hours there on Mondays & Wednesdays & although he had Dementia he understood where he was & he loved the environment. I got to know the staff & the other clients during this time & it was like a second family for everyone. I had peace of mind because I knew my husband was safe & being cared for properly. Often when I was driving my husband would ask if we were going to the club. I cannot thank the staff at Radfield enough for their dedication & empathy.

My Mum always has exceptional care but this month and last Mum has been low as her dear Sister passed away they were always very close. Mum received such great support and comfort from all her carers they showed such empathy and sympathy and were always aware of how to help Mum through her grief when we were not around. Mum also enjoyed the wonderful VE celebrations at the Day Centre which truly brought a smile back to her face.

Thank you Radfield as always going the extra mile for my beautiful Mum.

I cannot thank the team at Radfield Care enough. The live in carer we had was outstanding for my Nan the past 9 months.

The office team was also very supportive to myself and my family at this tough time, with personal home visits and being on hand whenever we needed.

We could not have got through the last 9 months without the support we had. Thank you again for being there every step of the way with my nan until she passed peacefully at home.

My mother has been looked after by Radfield for the past 8 years and they are all wonderful people.
She recently had a fall and broke her hip, they were there for her and a big help for me after I suffered a loss. I have total confidence in them and do recommend them to anyone looking for carers. They treat us more like family than just doing a job which is priceless.

Truly fantastic people.

Radfield Havering are absolute lifesavers. They have adapted to my mum's needs as these have changed and quickly and without any fuss supplied a live in carer for mum when she was no longer able to look after herself. This meant she is able to stay in her own house which meant so much to her. They matched her with an excellent carer who has really fitted in well to our family and really cares for Mum. The office staff are equally as amazing and they are so approachable and flexible, changing to accommodate needs, and requests where necessary and all done in a friendly, efficient, wonderful way. I can't praise them enough. Everyone at Radfield was amazing when they were looking after my dad and when he was very ill giving him and us all the support we needed through a truly difficult time. I can't praise them highly enough and would definitely recommend them most highly to anyone looking for a truly caring company to look after their loved ones. A true gem of a company.

Lisa is a Director of the branch working closely with Jennie and Natalea. She is dedicated to helping improve the lives of people around her. Lisa loves spending time with her young family in and around her home in Upminster.

Having had experience working in management positions across various sectors including education, Lisa is very excited to be supporting people in the local community by establishing the Radfield Havering & Brentwood branch.

We would like to introduce you to Charlotte Wells, Care Manager for Radfield Home Care Havering & Romford. Charlotte is responsible for assisting with the day-to-day running of the office in line with CQC regulations and supporting the Operations Director to ensure that the service is Safe, Caring, Responsive, Effective and Well-Led.

Charlotte is a key point of contact for the Care Professionals, clients and their families and promotes individuals' well-being at all times. Charlotte has proudly dedicated the last 9 years of her life to working in the care sector. Charlotte joined Radfield Home Care in September 2017 and thanks to her fantastic work ethic and unwavering commitment; she rose swiftly through the ranks. Having begun her Radfield career as a care worker, she was promoted to Field Care Supervisor in January 2018. Shortly after in January 2019, she moved up to the role of deputy care manager.

Charlotte has worked with a range of individuals of all ages and with many different conditions. She’s well qualified, with a level 3 diploma in health & social care. Charlotte has a level 3 award in education & training, a level 3 teaching & assessing accreditation, and a level 3 learning and development accreditation and is currently working towards her level 5 in Health and Social Care adding even more academic certificates to her repertoire.

Charlotte is very passionate about providing high-quality and safe care to individuals as well as providing the same high-quality support for the care team. Having worked across different agencies and settings, Charlotte experienced the highs and lows that care, professionals, experience on a daily basis. This deeper understanding of the role of the carer means she can support both in the field and their general well-being.

We would like to introduce you to Maxine, our Care Coordinator. Maxine has worked for Radfield for 4 years. Prior to working at Radfield, Maxine has had a history in customer service and was an operations manager for an airport, this has transferred necessary skills to her job here at Radfield. Maxine has transferred skills such as organising and managing team operations. Maxine's own experiences of supporting her Nan who she was very close to was the inspiration for her becoming a Community Care Professional.

Maxine started her time at Radfield as a Community Care Professional. The training, knowledge, and skills that she learned from this role have helped her to step into her role as our Care Coordinator. Maxine is responsible for coordinating all of the hours and care visits for our clients and carers so that care can be professionally delivered across our Havering and Romford Branch.

Another important role of Maxine’s is to ensure that good relationships are formed and maintained between our clients and carers, which is key to our successful and person-centred service. As well as this, Maxine liaises with the Care Manager and Community Care Professionals to ensure that the operation of our service runs successfully.

We would like to introduce you to Kelly, our Client Services Coordinator, who has worked in the care industry for 11 years.

Kelly chose to work in the care industry as she had the experience of this when looking after her aunty. When Kelly was younger she saw the benefits that home care can make to someone's personal wellbeing and quality of life.

In February 2018, Kelly joined Radfield as an experienced Care Professional delivering home visits to our clients. Kelly gained valuable first-hand experience of how Radfield supports its clients. Kelly’s care sector experience has fully prepared her for the Care Services Coordinator role that she has now moved into and is extremely passionate about.

Kelly is responsible for liaising with clients, families and Healthcare Professionals to manage their care needs and supporting the Care Manager with the safe running of the office, Kelly's role includes creating and updating person-centred care plans for each client. Kelly conducts care assessments for potential new clients and introduces them to our warm and welcoming Radfield family.

On Monday's Kelly also volunteers at her friends' activity club, Forget Me Not. The activity club not only supports people living with Dementia to have fun and socialise but provides essential respite for their families. Kelly’s passion and dedication for her job role at Radfield are reflected in her work with this activity club.

We would like to introduce you to Denise, office administrator for Radfield Home Care Havering and Romford. Denise provides support in the office, working with the Care Manager to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations.

Denise will support a variety of administrative tasks including HR, Recruitment, ensuring that relevant IT software systems are up to date and dealing with the day to day communications from carers and clients. Denise’s role is focused towards the administration of our current Community Care Professionals.
