The time keeping of carers always excellent and they show a willingness to adapt to unusual situations. The staff are very client orientated and encouraging. They offer to do additional tasks in morning call when they have the spare time.

Radfield started supporting my Mum in August with showering, but her condition deteriorated very rapidly, meaning the carers faced a different challenge on every visit. They respond to this brilliantly showing care and compassion at every stage. As her condition worsened the support we required changed
and at every step Radfield were able to respond meeting our varying requests for visits often at short notice. With the assistance of Radfield and the support of the family Mum was able to remain in her own home to the end which was her dearest wish.

My lovely friend has been using the service for just over a year now, she is visually impaired and struggles when it comes to going out or even to appointments. She happened to have Radfield help our with the local volunteer taxi service and decided that she wanted some more support to actually help
her around the shops, not just go to and from them. They have been great for her. Once per month (or more if needed) they take her out for a few hours and she thoroughly enjoys it. For the last couple of visits she has had Alison and thinks she is marvellous, she is kind and patient. I like listening to my friend tell me about her outings, she feels like she has made new friends and I enjoy talking to her about her outings. She said that they have been very helpful with taking her to appointments at the last minute, which I think is a great service and wanted to make this review for others to read.

My mother was finding it increasingly difficult to care for my father who has Alzheimer's disease. We are so pleased we found Radfield Home Care. Since they began daily visits a couple of months ago she has started to feel more like her 'old self'. The company make every effort to offer continuity of
carers and send a schedule a week in advance so my parents know who to expect each morning. The carers are very friendly and have taken time to get to know my parents. We've made a couple of changes to the care plan and have always found the office staff very responsive, updates have been made swiftly and efficiently. Knowing a carer is visiting every morning gives me peace of mind and had relieved some of the pressure of being a carer for my mother.

The service provided by Radfeild is excellent!!
We have in the past had other companies in place providing care for our dad but not near the standard that Radfeild provides.
All the staff are wonderful, caring people.
They have made it possible for our dad, who has dementia, to stay living independently
in his own home, where he wants to be.
Helping him feel cared for with a good breakfast, lunch and evening meal. All medication is given on time and all personal needs are met.
The personal understanding and care the team at Radfeild give on every visit to our dad is so wonderful it has also helped us as a family to get balanced, peace and relief in our lives knowing our dad is being well cared for.
We know we can trust in Radfeild.

My father's carers from Radfield are kind, attentive and respectful to both my parents. I feel they are really safe in their hands. They keep me updated and always ask if they are unsure about things,, and explore how they can improve the care for them.
I can see my father is at ease with them. They
always take suggestions for improvement and always act in his best interests. They make efforts to understand my parents, and their fears of having outsiders in their home.

Radfield Home Care are brilliant and I cannot recommend them enough. They came to my rescue when my Dad who has dementia was discharged from hospital and was no longer able to manage at home. The manager was so kind to me when I rang in need of urgent help and spent ages listening to me. He visited
the next day with a colleague to meet me, my Dad and my sister and a care plan was immediately put in place. The whole process was simple and stress free but most importantly the carers themselves are fantastic. They are kind, friendly and so good with my Dad.

My elderly Father has been cared for by the wonderful team at Radfield care in his own home, for a year and a half now. The team are caring, considerate, thoughtful and thorough. They help with all aspects of his care and wellbeing, as well as bringing a smile to his face regularly. The communication
is excellent, confirming each day who will be with him the next day and what time. They try their best to meet his every request, I can't recommend them highly enough for at home care.
