My husband has Motor Neuron Disease and I have found it increasingly difficult to care for him on my own. It's very hard to take the step of sharing the care of someone you love and inviting strangers into your home, but working with Radfield has been a joy. They are totally professional, flexible,
adaptable, and have fitted straight into our normal routine, only now I have the chance for a break and to share the tougher elements of care. It feels like a weight has lifted from me and, especially as we spoke to several other agencies before Radfield was recommended to us, I commend them for every aspect of their delivery.

Our experience of Radfield Home Care has been completely positive.
We met before my mother was dependant on home care. The carers were respectful and allowed our mum to chose what support she needed. She was able to build lovely relationships with three regular carers. Therefore, as her needs increased
she felt comfortable accepting their care and support.
The carers were always kind and respectful as well as professional.
All communication with managers and office staff has also be positive. They are always available and very responsive.
I whole heartedly recommend Radfield Home Care in all respects.

Radfield Home Care provides regular visitors who check on my health and welfare. This is a welcome activity, as it helps me to maintain social contact since I ceased full-time employment. It also helps with reminding me about my contacts with my doctor, dentist and social contacts and family. Additionally,
they give me support in taking my medication - accurately and daily.

I have no complaints about the care my mother has received. She can be difficult and has dementia and the carers have been understanding and compassionate, trying to help in little ways knowing she'll refuse but their gentle persistence and patience has meant my mother now feels able to accept some
help whilst retaining her independence.
All the staff are lovely with great communication and the app is great too.

We started with care twice a week in December 2025. Its been a big adjustment for mum but the lady who visited and explained everything was very helpful and informative and has stayed in touched regularly.
The carers are kind, fun, efficient and reliable. Mum enjoys having some new company.

We have carers visit our mum twice a day This is a great help to us as a family to know that she is being looked after at times when we cannot go ourselves. Mum knows that someone is popping in every day and that is a comfort to her too.The girls from Radfield are very caring , friendly and helpful

Experience was very good. I didn't know quite what to expect but everything went well. Everything my partner requested was done as was anything asked for by me, before I went away. All cooking and laundry and shopping were done. The meals were good and took account of what my partner likes but made
sure he had a varied diet and used the food which had been left for them. My partner went shopping with her too and she also made sure he went out for a walk each day that the weather was fit. She was a good companion but also left him alone so he didn't feel like he didn't have his own space. She helped him with a messaging app so I could speak with him each evening. Perhaps the best testimonial is that we have booked for her to return next time I am away and she will be here for a week again.
We would be happy to recommend her to anyone looking for a live-in carer, she is pleasant, polite, helpful and obliging whilst making sure he took medication, changed clothes and had some exercise.
