The Radfields carers started helping Mum out when she was 99 years old, for her to maintain her independence. This they did with compassion and professionalism, and even staged their own 100th Birthday celebration for her when the time came. Unfortunately, Mother has had to move into a residential
care home for her own safety, but still talks fondly of the visits from her ' Ladies ' to ' her little bungalow '. Now in her 101st year, we thank Radfields for the care they provided Mum to get her to this milestone.

The manager and her team and her team came to support us care for our mum for just 1 day a week in March 2025. Mum's needs changed very quickly, and we were soon requiring help each day. Management responded to our changing needs very quickly and they, along with the rest of the wonderful carers, allowed
us to continue to care for mum at home. The care they gave mum was exceptional. They treated her with respect and allowed her to maintain her dignity. My sister and I were also cared for...with the team checking on us regularly.
Basically, without Radfield Care, we would not have been able to fulfil our promise to mum, that she could spend what was left of her life, in the home she had cherished for the last 70 years. I would recommend Radfield Care to anybody who finds they need support to care for their loved ones.

We have been very happy with the care that Radfield has provided for my Mum.
More importantly, Mum has felt very comfortable with every Carer who has looked after her. There is regular communication through ongoing reviews, and daily observations can be viewed on an app. Would definitely recommend
their service.

Excellent service provided by the whole team. My mother found the carers kind and caring. The admin team were prompt and approachable. My mother only required temporary assistance following a knee replacement operation but we would definitely use the team again if needed.

We couldn't be more satisfied with the care provided to our father. Without their help, he could not have stayed in his own home and close to his long-term partner. You got the feeling that Radfield's staff, both home care and management, were driven by the desire to provide care, rather than run
a business. They treated him as a friend, while still providing all the support he required. At the same time, they kept in touch with the family, giving suggestions to ensure he had the best of care.

The care received by my dad is first class, friendly and professional. Staff gives you confidence that he is being looked after. The Harrogate office is first class with all required changes carried out in a professional and confident manner. Nothing is a problem for anyone working there.

Radfield Chester is the 3rd home care provider my mother has tried. It was a great relief to finally find an excellent, safe and flexible service. My mother is delighted with the care and services she has received and it is obvious the company is well managed. She is very happy with the carers themselves
and wants to thank Radfield. Other providers promised a lot then didn't deliver the basics. There is a reason Radfield is rated outstanding.

The wonderful team at Radfield have been providing care for my father for several years now. Since I do not live in the UK, it is important for me that I know all my father's needs are taken care of. Over the years, the Manager and the team have been exceptional... they have provided excellent care
and, almost as important, given the distance, they provide honest and timely communication. The team always go above & beyond what we expect, and will do anything that is necessary for my father's comfort & well-being.
This means, when I do visit, there are no worries or problems to solve. I can simply visit and be a son. Which, for me, is priceless!

Mum is happy with care and support they give her. She knows she needs their for support. They are always polite
and now they know her needs. Mum is changing but they do help with that. The main thing is she is being looked after, and I too feel happy with the support they give her.

My aunt has always been very independent and resistant to "help" but after I arranged for Radfield to provide support following hospital treatment, her views changed due to the excellent and considerate support provided by all members of the carer team. A very comfortable routine has now been established
on a daily basis, which has given my aunt much better structure to the day/week. Feedback on points of concern is much appreciated by me, plus the knowledge that extra backup is now available if and when it is needed.

Radcliffe has by far been the best home care company I have encountered. The manager and his team have been amazing with their professionalism, care, support and empathy. They communicated with me throughout and employed fantastic carers to take care of my very poorly husband. I would not hesitate to

My brother and I are over the moon with the service that has been provided to my father. This has helped lightened the stress that we were under in looking after an elderly parent. I cannot recommend Radfield Orpington enough to anyone seeking care for a family member.
My dad's wish was to stay at home and not go into a care home and with the help of the director and her wonderful staff who helped care for my dad we fulfilled his wishes.
The staff were reliable and visited
my dad 3 times a day and were professional and caring.
We as a family will never be able to thank Radfield Orpington enough as we couldn't have done it without them.
