Very good, staff and service, except that one provider on one occasion said it was a new job and she was clearly lacking in experience and although she showed caring commitment she struggled to provide the service, albeit with good intentions. Otherwise, the staff have been very helpful and caring.

I have been very pleased with Radfield. The carers are kind and efficient. I am able to get a full shower which was the main point. They are sensitive about aches and pains I tell them about. They also ask me if there is anything else they can do and do small chores that help me. Many off them have good senses of humour and their company is fun. I always feel respected.

I was delighted with the early engagement with Radfield. The onboarding was comprehensive and Sarah visited both myself at home and my mother in the care home ahead of the first visit. This helped both of us build up confidence regarding the care Mum would be given. The management was always flexible regarding timing of visits and Sarah was incredibly responsive to my emails, including those that I sent at the weekend. Carers were always attentive and resourceful and indulged Mum playing them her favourite music from the 50s and 60s. One was even kind enough to find Kanye West (at Mum's request) on YouTube so she could understand who this chap was who was on the news all the time! She didn't like his music. The daily reporting of visits was hugely helpful and a major plus point for this provider. So, we have been very happy with Radfield and should we require caring services again, we will come to them straight away. Many thanks to you and all your staff.

The care providers are all friendly and professional, we are very happy with the care they provide. We have used your company for a number of years and the service has always been excellent, no matter which carer comes here they always treat my husband with great care and dignity. It is a great relief for me knowing I can go out shopping and know he is safe and also to know my home is safe, that means a lot to me. The carers are always punctual and make every effort to engage with him, playing dominoes, doing crosswords and taking him for walks.
I particularly appreciate the day centre where the various themed activities provide stimulation for his brain and he always enjoys the 2-course meal provided.
I am also impressed by the way any last minute requests for changes to the usual rota have always been met.
