I am writing this on behalf of my husband, Keith, who is your client. We are very pleased with the service. The carer is hard working, kind, and has an excellent relationship with Keith and myself. She is compassionate but does her job very well and efficiently. Management is very good, also shows an
interest in Keith's wellbeing.

My Mother needs to go to hospital every Monday morning for a blood test ..normally my sister does this (coming out of work to do so ) this week she was unable to do this , I rang Radfields late Friday afternoon and asked if they could help us , it was no problem at all ,the lady on phone looked at Rotas
and adjusted them right away .i then followed it up with an Email to confirm this . I had a replay almost straightaway . The ladies I speak to are always so helpful and will go out of their way to help if they can .they are so good at helping us takes a lot of worry from us .

It's really important to us that we are responsive and put ourselves in the position of each client when it comes to making the initial arrangements. It can sometimes be quite overwhelming, so if we can lighten the pressure wherever we can it can make a lot of difference. I first had contact with Radfield when I came out of hospital in Octobner2025 after a 9 weeks stay. Iam unable to walk and rely on a wheelchair. The carers from Radfield are very patient with my needs and I have a visit from them three times a day. They are very caring in all they do in the monings
they help me bathe, wash my hair, dress me and generaly make me very comfortable. On my nighttime visit they make sue I am comfortabley dressed in my night clothes and put me in bed. All of my carers have a very good sence of humour and we all et on exctremely well.

For a long while, Christina and mum would have fun each evening putting a choice of outfits together for the following day. Being helped to look smart and well-groomed again was a great boost to mum's general well-being. Then later, when things got much more difficult, Christina and her team were able
to shift gear and cope efficiently and kindly with a now bed-bound patient. Not an easy task in a domestic setting! Thanks to their help, mum was able to stay in her own home until we got her into a nursing home.
Christina kept in close contact with myself and my sister, which was helpful and reassuring, particularly as we don't live nearby.

RadfieldHomeCare have supported myself and my elderly mother who has Alzheimers disease
since April 2025.
After my initial phone enquiry and first meeting with the Care Manager, I felt so relieved!
I found the Care Manager to be very understanding and supportive, I was assured that my mothers care
needs would be met .
The Carers that visit my mother are all very professional, kind and caring towards my mother.
The Office staff are also very polite and helpful whenever I phone to update them on my mothers medication
etc.
My mothers care is revised regularly at a meeting with myself and my mother. I am also kept to date with any
issues or concerns that the Carers notice regarding my mothers welfare.
So I am extremely happy with the care and support that Radfield provide.

My sister and I cannot speak highly enough of the caring team looking after my dad. Thanks to their support, he is able to remain at home, which means so much to us. Every carer that visits has been friendly, respectful, and genuinely accommodating, always treating my dad with dignity and kindness.
Adam,
the director and care manager, is exceptional. He is always on hand when needed and provides my sister and me with real peace of mind. From the very first phone call, I knew I had chosen the right agency. Adam treated me like a person, not just a potential new customer. He took the time to listen and allowed me to voice all my concerns and worries without feeling rushed or dismissed.
Knowing my dad is in such caring and capable hands has made an incredibly difficult time much easier for both of us.

The Radfield team were a massive help to Mum & Dad from the time we met in hospital to arrange the care and onwards until Dad's passing. All your team were brilliant and the support and care you gave made a very difficult time for our family much easier to cope with. They were always on time and you

I cannot rate Radfield Home Care highly enough. If there was a ten star option here, they would get it!
Dev and his team of carers are simply amazing and we all feel blessed to have them in our lives during -a difficult period.
They have been caring for my 79 year old Mum (who has mild Alzheimer's)
for six months now. While mum was anxious at first about having carers in her home, Dev and his team immediately put mum at ease and now she loves seeing them every day.
Radfield go above and beyond supporting mum checking she is safe and well, including checking in on her out of hours at the weekend. They monitor her meds. Including sorting out her prescriptions, clean and tidy, cook her meals and keep her company.
Quite simply, we don't know what we would do without them. I am a busy mum of two kids with a full time job and live an hour away. Radfield has bought me peace of mind and joy for mum. Thank you!

My mum has been receiving care from Radfield since coming out of hospital and subsequent car home earlier this year. We are extremely grateful to the help and flexibility of Radfield in supporting a care programme which is adaptable to mums needs. We have had to change the hours on several occasions
to accommodate mums complex needs but this has never been a problem for Radfield and they have always been able to accommodate. As a family we made it clear from the start that this would possibly be a moveable beast and indeed it has proved to be so. Mum was difficult at the start being agitated and not wanting anyone in her home but the carers have been tremendously patient and understanding and whilst mums has dementia, we feel that she has now settled down with a regular rotation of carers. The regularity of familiar faces is very important and this is one thing the team at staffed fully understand, especially with dementia clients. We are very happy and I think that mum is too.

I cannot recommend Po and her team at Homecare enough - for the time they cared for my dad we felt we were in very safe hands that really cared about my Dad's (and mine!) wellbeing on all levels. Having dealt with a few care providers in the past Homecare was by far and away the best.

The service provided by Radfield has made a big difference to my parents day to day life. The 2 ladies who come to help mum make her feel really special. Alongside doing their job they make her laugh and start her day off in the best way. She doesn't remember they're coming but her face lights up
