Overall Experience

For a long while, Christina and mum would have fun each evening putting a choice of outfits together for the following day. Being helped to look smart and well-groomed again was a great boost to mum's general well-being. Then later, when things got much more difficult, Christina and her team were able

to shift gear and cope efficiently and kindly with a now bed-bound patient. Not an easy task in a domestic setting! Thanks to their help, mum was able to stay in her own home until we got her into a nursing home.
Christina kept in close contact with myself and my sister, which was helpful and reassuring, particularly as we don't live nearby.

Mum was always a pleasure to be with, full of amazing stories and fun to be with, we used to have a lot of laughter sharing beautiful stories and life experiences. One of my favorite memories apart from the putting clothes together making mum fabulous and chic, was her teaching me Italian phrases and how to say them with the proper "attitude" . I still have the little notebook we used, and noticed her eyes light up when I showed it to her. I am practicing more words to surprise her during my next visit to the nursing home.
It was a wonderful experience meeting her friends and family. The team will be delighted to see this outstanding review.

Overall Experience

We have been overly delighted with support Christina, Niki and the team have provided for my Mum.

They have all been so supportive, kind and amazing in not only supporting my mums care needs but for me and my brother too.

I cannot speak highly enough for the support from day one and each visit

the positivity and overall care support has been first class.

All five starts from us !

Overall Experience

Overall Experience

My brother has several care providers over the years - Radfield Home Care were by far the best. They gave fantastic physical care and also built up a personal connection so that both my brother and I considered them as friends. I always felt they had his best interests at the centre of his care. They

stepped in at short notice when needed and took on the responsibility for ordering things such as continence pads. I feel privileged to have worked with this brilliant team of carers.

Overall Experience

My uncle was cared for by Radfield for the last few months of his life and they made such a difference. Even though it was it was only a few months they built up a relationship with both him and family members. They always made sure he had choice over his meals which were freshly made by one of the

team. I would highly recommend this firm to anyone looking for at home care.

My friend is happy with the service provided by Radfield Home Care Bath. My friend found the fact that she doesn't drop pills (medication) was very helpful, she is well cared of. My friend is happy to recommend Radfield Home Care Bath. She felt safe getting up and down the stairs.

Overall Experience

Very happy with the service, came at the right time, always give me the best and most professional carers. Would definitely recommend to people who ask for care. Overall Experience

My Mother has been provided excellent daily care from Radield. They check in on her every morning to check that she is well, dressed and clean. They ensure that she has taken her medication and help her with breakfast and to plan the meals ahead. Her carers have been kind, considerate and friendly and

have been proactive in suggesting ways they can improve her care. The regular communication through the app and messaging app has been excellent. I couldn't fault them!

Overall Experience

Radfield has given me the service I needed. I can manage my personal care but it is an advantage to have a carer nearby (outside) the bathroom when I shower and the bathroom floor mopped and grab rails, shower pipes and basin rubbed over. It is helpful to have the bed made and toast and tea prepared

by the carer and cuts the time it would take me to get downstairs from an hour to half an hour and less stressed. Thank you.
