The carers are always very helpful and punctuational doing what ever they can to make sure i have everything I need. My experience has always been positive and I would highly recommend this company to others.

Radfields go above and beyond when it comes to caring for me. The management are caring and super happy to help out with any issue I might have. They are thorough and very professional when it comes to ensuring all equipment is up-to-date and serviced. The carers themselves are all highly trained and thoroughly delightful. I enjoy all of the different characters and probably spent too much time chatting with them but they are all so friendly and easy to talk to. I cannot fault Radfields I sing their praisers to anybody I come across who is in need of a care company.

I'm very pleased with the care Mum gets from the Radfield carers. The ones I've met have been lovely and are always polite and friendly. Any queries to the office are dealt with quickly and I'm never made to feel a nuisance even though I've had to change things at short notice a number of times. I have a C4 incomplete spinal injury. Radfield has matched me with a handful of great carers that I have good relationships with. They assist with showering, give me stretches, and dress me. We go for regular walks and they will help with shopping, cooking, collecting prescriptions, etc. If extra visits are required they do their best to accommodate. I would highly recommend it.
