We've been using Radfield Home Care for a number of weeks for my Mum who has Alzheimer's. The Carers are amazing with her and gives us peace of mind whilst I'm not there looking after her. They cover two mornings and two evenings a week whilst I the main Carer has a break, my Sister ensures she's looked after during the day and it's heartening for us both to know she's up, clean, dressed, fed and had her medications in the morning and clean, changed for bed and left secure in the evening. I would 100% recommend Radfield Home Care.

Very good, staff and service, except that one provider on one occasion said it was a new job and she was clearly lacking in experience and although she showed caring commitment she struggled to provide the service, albeit with good intentions. Otherwise, the staff have been very helpful and caring.

The carers are always very helpful and punctuational doing what ever they can to make sure i have everything I need. My experience has always been positive and I would highly recommend this company to others.

Radfields go above and beyond when it comes to caring for me. The management are caring and super happy to help out with any issue I might have. They are thorough and very professional when it comes to ensuring all equipment is up-to-date and serviced. The carers themselves are all highly trained and thoroughly delightful. I enjoy all of the different characters and probably spent too much time chatting with them but they are all so friendly and easy to talk to. I cannot fault Radfields I sing their praisers to anybody I come across who is in need of a care company.

my mother in law has been using Radfield for some time now .The staff are excellent , the management has been superb, meeting her changing needs. she is exceptionally well taken care of and as a family we are kept informed . MIL is happy , comfortable , and thriving at home. It gives us as a family ,peace of mind knowing that she is with people who care not just for MIL but for the whole family dynamic. if anyone looking for home care i would highly recommend Radfield Care

Radfield Home Care provided care at home for our father for a number of years. All of their staff were without fail kind, considerate, timely and helpful. We'd have no hesitation recommending them to others in our position.

Excellent service provided by the whole team. My mother found the carers kind and caring. The admin team were prompt and approachable. My mother only required temporary assistance following a knee replacement operation but we would definitely use the team again if needed.

I'm very pleased with the care Mum gets from the Radfield carers. The ones I've met have been lovely and are always polite and friendly. Any queries to the office are dealt with quickly and I'm never made to feel a nuisance even though I've had to change things at short notice a number of times. I would recommend them to anybody looking for reliable and helpful care.
