Redfield's have been providing care for my father for over a year now, initially day calls, but since April 26, a live in carer. The quality of the service provided along with the care and dedication of the individuals they employ is excellent and we know Dad is receiving the care he needs.

From initial contact to daily care visits, everything about Radfield has been professional, caring and personal. I have been very pleased with Radfield and their proactive approach for caring for my mother.

At a very difficult time in my husbands illness, a fall caused it being suggested that he should be taken to hospital. Fortunately I had contact having a wonderful caregiver already helping a few hours a week to allow me to do errands and buy groceries. One phone call and very quickly a lady came round to our home and put a plan in place to supply 2 carers 4 times a day. This worked very well, all carers being very capable, punctual and always making sure my husband and myself knew their names. We soon got to know all of them and couldn't have asked for better. They were very ,kind and considerate to my husband and always left him well cared for and comfortable. Cannot thank them enough, they made a very distressing time for all of us a little easier and allowed my husband to stay in his own home. Special people.

We are so glad that we have Radfield to care for mum. All of the carers go above and beyond to help mum with all of her care needs. I would 100% recommend Radfield Home Care. The ladies are more like family to us and make mum smile every time they are with her. Mum loves music and so the ladies sing or do movement to music with her.

Jean has found that overall the staff are very good. She especially likes having the consistency of the same staff. She does not want different staff coming who she does not know. She particularly likes the ones she has had for the last few months.

Radfield have been coming to me for a while now. They have always been lovely and we have a good chat and laugh, which is important to me. I like that they help me to be independent, I like that they sit and have a coffee and a chat with me. Nothing is ever too much for them, the ladies in the office even come to make sure I get home from hospital ok quite late at night. Best company and I very happy with them.

All of the carers who came to assist with Chris were very patient and gentle and didn't get annoyed when he refused their efforts to help him shower and change his clothes. They looked for other ways that they could help to improve his appearance, such as shaving.

Recently started to use carers for mum. We've found them to be professional, friendly and reliable. Mum really enjoys the visits, they have even helped her restart her iPad! The daily communications detailing time, carers name and summary of the visit is always reassuring.

The carers looking after my mother have been outstanding. They are kind, patient, and genuinely attentive to her needs, showing real compassion and respect every day. Their reliability and gentle approach give our family great peace of mind, knowing she's in safe and caring hands.

The carers who come and do the sitting service with my mum are absolutely outstanding. They are like friends more than carers, my mum looks forward to spending a day with them each time. Also they drive my mum to the day care and back each week and my mum can't stop telling me all about her time spent there. Everyone is absolutely fantastic, friendly, helpful, caring, easy going and we always feel as if we've known each other for a lot longer.

We have been using Radfield for a while now and overall are very happy with the service. Our regular carers are brilliant at meeting mum's needs and if I need to make changes to her care it is dealt with promptly. They make sure she is comfortable and help her to maintain her dignity at all times. I have never had to worry that they won't turn up which has allowed me to continue working and mum to remain safely and comfortably in her own home. If I had any criticism it would be their cancellation policy which if you request your visits on a weekly basis means it is not possible to cancel a visit without charges being applied. On the positive side I have had to request extra visits on occasion and they have been able to cover these.

We are very grateful for their help as myself (wife Gill) could not to get my husband Norman ready in the morning at the moment.

I've found the service provided by Radfield (Syston) very good. The care team are very friendly and helpful. The package needed for my mother was put in place quickly which helped enormously during a difficult period.

We've experienced good communication with the office staff who are approachable and efficient.

Have service worker Winki, she is punctual, polite and overall a positive worker for my daughter who can be difficult. She handles her most carefully. Completely happy with the service provided. And would like this to continue.

My lovely friend has been using the service for just over a year now, she is visually impaired and struggles when it comes to going out or even to appointments. She happened to have Radfield help our with the local volunteer taxi service and decided that she wanted some more support to actually help her around the shops, not just go to and from them. They have been great for her. Once per month (or more if needed) they take her out for a few hours and she thoroughly enjoys it. For the last couple of visits she has had Alison and thinks she is marvellous, she is kind and patient. I like listening to my friend tell me about her outings, she feels like she has made new friends and I enjoy talking to her about her outings. She said that they have been very helpful with taking her to appointments at the last minute, which I think is a great service and wanted to make this review for others to read.
