The visiting carers I have received, have been polite and professional in their treatment to my husband, who can be difficult at times, always on time, traffic permitting. I really have nothing else to say and if this doesn't go through this time I am giving up.

My Mother needs to go to hospital every Monday morning for a blood test ..normally my sister does this (coming out of work to do so ) this week she was unable to do this , I rang Radfields late Friday afternoon and asked if they could help us , it was no problem at all ,the lady on phone looked at Rotas
and adjusted them right away .i then followed it up with an Email to confirm this . I had a replay almost straightaway . The ladies I speak to are always so helpful and will go out of their way to help if they can .they are so good at helping us takes a lot of worry from us .

I first had contact with Radfield when I came out of hospital in Octobner2025 after a 9 weeks stay. Iam unable to walk and rely on a wheelchair. The carers from Radfield are very patient with my needs and I have a visit from them three times a day. They are very caring in all they do in the monings
they help me bathe, wash my hair, dress me and generaly make me very comfortable. On my nighttime visit they make sue I am comfortabley dressed in my night clothes and put me in bed. All of my carers have a very good sence of humour and we all et on exctremely well.

RadfieldHomeCare have supported myself and my elderly mother who has Alzheimers disease
since April 2025.
After my initial phone enquiry and first meeting with the Care Manager, I felt so relieved!
I found the Care Manager to be very understanding and supportive, I was assured that my mothers care
needs would be met .
The Carers that visit my mother are all very professional, kind and caring towards my mother.
The Office staff are also very polite and helpful whenever I phone to update them on my mothers medication
etc.
My mothers care is revised regularly at a meeting with myself and my mother. I am also kept to date with any
issues or concerns that the Carers notice regarding my mothers welfare.
So I am extremely happy with the care and support that Radfield provide.

The Radfield team were a massive help to Mum & Dad from the time we met in hospital to arrange the care and onwards until Dad's passing. All your team were brilliant and the support and care you gave made a very difficult time for our family much easier to cope with. They were always on time and you
accommodated immediately regarding overnight care which was essential in Dad's last few days. Dad was very fond of them all and was treated with not only care but genuine friendship and making him as comfortable as possible.

Although I've marked my review as November 2025, Radfield have been excellent right from my first contact with them in July when they came to discuss and assess needs. Their care and attention to detail has been excellent and the carers really do care. Mum's needs vary a little from day to day and week
to week but the carers are easily able to adapt and discuss with mum what she needs. I can't say it any clearer than they really do care.

We always looked forward to our carer coming each day whether she was helping my husband get ready for the day or taking him out he was the focus of her attention. She listen to his life stories and took him to librarary and museum to fill in th blanks. She visited when he was in hospital and was by
his side to the very end keeping a smile on his face. He told me he always felt safe with her.

From the start, my experience with dealing with all the staff has been very professional and the care has been amazing. The care package was put in place within 12 hours and then when we needed to change the timings, it was done straight away to accommodate my friends needs. The care from all of the
carers have been outstanding. They have all gone far and beyond what was expected from them.. the communication I've had on the app has been brilliant and also when I've called and talk to someone about my friends needs I couldn't have asked for anything better than the service that they have provided. It has helped my friend recovery. thank you for that.

A heartfelt thanks to the team at Radfield, they responded very quickly and put an immediate short term care plan in for my Mum after falling and fracturing her pelvis. This was the first time that Mum has needed care and it was difficult for her to accept, the carers were all absolutely lovely, patient,
kind and gentle - they were very respectful of what she did and didn't want. I'm so grateful for your help. Without hesitation, I'll be back should Mum need further care in the future.

Radfield have been helping with the care of my Dad for around 18 months and we have been very happy with the standard of care provided. Recently my dad had a fall and was discovered by his carer Debbie who was marvellous - she called the ambulance and myself and stayed with Dad until she knew he had
been given the once over by the medical team and that I was feeling confident enough to take over his care. Her calm professionalism kept both me and my Dad calm in what were very difficult circumstances. After Dads fall it was clear that he would need more care visits than before and Radfield really stepped up and organised two extra visits a day with very short notice.Once he was discharged from the hospital at home team Cindy performed miracles and organised yet another new rota with less than a weeks notice that met my Dads wishes for an early and late visit and also used his favourite carers. So reassuring to be dealing with such lovely people - thank you !

My mother was finding it increasingly difficult to care for my father who has Alzheimer's disease. We are so pleased we found Radfield Home Care. Since they began daily visits a couple of months ago she has started to feel more like her 'old self'. The company make every effort to offer continuity of
carers and send a schedule a week in advance so my parents know who to expect each morning. The carers are very friendly and have taken time to get to know my parents. We've made a couple of changes to the care plan and have always found the office staff very responsive, updates have been made swiftly and efficiently. Knowing a carer is visiting every morning gives me peace of mind and had relieved some of the pressure of being a carer for my mother.

Radfield have been caring for my Dad for the last few years. They have been so supportive and helpful and have a wonderful relationship with my Dad, knowing him very well and always being respectful and accommodating of his wishes and what is important to him. They have removed a huge amount of stress
for me which has been so helpful. Dad has stable ongoing care that is able to adapt with his declining health. All the carers are so friendly and kind, nothing is ever too much. The communication is brilliant from the office staff and carers alike. They are very responsive and have always gone above and beyond to accommodate different requests. I'm so grateful to have them caring for Dad and know he is in great hands on a daily basis.

Radfield Homecare are providing an outstanding continuing service for my Dad. All the staff who visit are professional, kind and caring and seem to know exactly what needs doing. Their carer in particular is amazing. Her care, efficiency and ability to respond very quickly in some difficult situations
are just outstanding, as are her communication skills in keeping our Family informed. My Dad and his partner were not keen to have a care agency, and after 6 months with Radfield, they look forward to their visits and seeing their carer, particularly on the day that she takes them out each week. Thank you so much to Radfield and their care for offering such an outstanding service. I would highly recommend.

The wonderful team at Radfield have been providing care for my father for several years now. Since I do not live in the UK, it is important for me that I know all my father's needs are taken care of. Over the years, the Manager and the team have been exceptional... they have provided excellent care
and, almost as important, given the distance, they provide honest and timely communication. The team always go above & beyond what we expect, and will do anything that is necessary for my father's comfort & well-being.
This means, when I do visit, there are no worries or problems to solve. I can simply visit and be a son. Which, for me, is priceless!

Thankyou Radfield for continuing to provide high quality care for mum. She has been under their care since they first opened. In the last year, mum has been recovering from a broken hip after a fall. It is a long process, as she is no spring chicken, but the carers have definitely helped. At their
very best, they judge her moods (generally happy), engage her in a wide range of topics and share in lots of laughter. Their communication system is very good ,so keeping an eye on her from a distance is valuable for me. Thankyou everyone at Radfield.

My mother was struggling to care for my father, who has Parkinson's and was very resistant to getting help. However, we engaged Radfield's, initially for once a day and then extended this to twice a day and this supported them both. I appreciated getting the rota beforehand so that I could advise
them on who would be visiting and at what time. The Carers provided excellent care, with a couple of them being absolutely outstanding, especially one Carer who assisted my mother in contacting the paramedics when it was necessary for my father to go into hospital on two occasions. He has now been discharged into a nursing home because of his increased needs but we are grateful to the Carers who primarily looked after my father but ultimately supported them both!

We have used Radfield now for about 18 months. We chose this company as they advised they would always attend for a specified time and a planned time give or take a few minutes. i.e. If the visit is planned for 45 minutes from 8am, if they were delayed by 15 minutes, my mum would still get her full
45 minutes. The staff are well trained, courtesy and give good feedback with regular meetings to check both sides are happy. On occasions they have picked up meds or taken mum out on a trip, invited her to take part in activities even if she chose not to attend. We have installed cameras so we are able to monitor mum and the service she receives from the carers. The only negative is the turn over of staff but I guess this happens in the care industry. All staff are very polite and happy to communicate with me if I drop in during a visit. One carer is particularly kind and caring and fortunately does majority of the visits

Radfield's Guildford team assisted me with washing, food prep and general household tasks after breaking my leg. They have been nothing short of wonderful. Right after my in home assessment they arranged a care plan tailored to my needs on very short notice. Radfield's team of carers are amazing
- warm, friendly, efficient, and willing to help with anything and everything. They've made navigating a difficult time so much easier. With so many seemingly similar choices for in-home care, I feel lucky to have found Radfield.

When my Dad needed care that my Mum was struggling to continue to provide, we suggested using Radfield Home Care.
It was a tough decision for us to get a carer, but we were immediately blown away by the professionalism, attention to detail, and friendliness of the team, this gave us such confidence
to go for it, and it was so easy to set up and they helped every step of the way.


The care is second to none, my Dad now loves his weekly visit, he really comes alive when the carers take him out. We recently decided to increase it to twice a week for him and to give mum a much needed rest, which they both appreciate.


We are so glad we did it now, and can't recommend Radfield enough to anyone considering care.
