The wonderful team at Radfield have been providing care for my father for several years now. Since I do not live in the UK, it is important for me that I know all my father's needs are taken care of. Over the years, the Manager and the team have been exceptional... they have provided excellent care
and, almost as important, given the distance, they provide honest and timely communication. The team always go above & beyond what we expect, and will do anything that is necessary for my father's comfort & well-being.
This means, when I do visit, there are no worries or problems to solve. I can simply visit and be a son. Which, for me, is priceless!

Thankyou Radfield for continuing to provide high quality care for mum. She has been under their care since they first opened. In the last year, mum has been recovering from a broken hip after a fall. It is a long process, as she is no spring chicken, but the carers have definitely helped. At their
very best, they judge her moods (generally happy), engage her in a wide range of topics and share in lots of laughter. Their communication system is very good ,so keeping an eye on her from a distance is valuable for me. Thankyou everyone at Radfield.

My mother was struggling to care for my father, who has Parkinson's and was very resistant to getting help. However, we engaged Radfield's, initially for once a day and then extended this to twice a day and this supported them both. I appreciated getting the rota beforehand so that I could advise
them on who would be visiting and at what time. The Carers provided excellent care, with a couple of them being absolutely outstanding, especially one Carer who assisted my mother in contacting the paramedics when it was necessary for my father to go into hospital on two occasions. He has now been discharged into a nursing home because of his increased needs but we are grateful to the Carers who primarily looked after my father but ultimately supported them both!

My Dad has been with Radfield Home Care for a few months now . Radfield were able to put in place care for him very quickly and at times when there has been a need to increase the hours they have been able to do this .It was important that my Dad got to know the carers well so they try to only send
2 or 3 different carers which has worked very well for him. The staff are all very professional, kind , caring and have got to know my Dad well. When my Dads Partner was in Hospital they stepped in to offer additional help. They help with ironing , washing , getting my Dad up , making Breakfast and other tasks when needed and one day a week they have been able to take My Dad out for a couple of hours out which he is really enjoying . I have been more than impressed with the service offered and would not hesitate in recommending them. Thank you so much to the Staff there.

The care provided by Radfield is excellent. Not only do they complete the agree tasks with professionalism but they are also proactive in making suggestions for evolving care needs. They are always sensitive to mum's mood and needs on any given visit. We could not ask for better

We have used Radfield now for about 18 months. We chose this company as they advised they would always attend for a specified time and a planned time give or take a few minutes. i.e. If the visit is planned for 45 minutes from 8am, if they were delayed by 15 minutes, my mum would still get her full
45 minutes. The staff are well trained, courtesy and give good feedback with regular meetings to check both sides are happy. On occasions they have picked up meds or taken mum out on a trip, invited her to take part in activities even if she chose not to attend. We have installed cameras so we are able to monitor mum and the service she receives from the carers. The only negative is the turn over of staff but I guess this happens in the care industry. All staff are very polite and happy to communicate with me if I drop in during a visit. One carer is particularly kind and caring and fortunately does majority of the visits

Radfield's Guildford team assisted me with washing, food prep and general household tasks after breaking my leg. They have been nothing short of wonderful. Right after my in home assessment they arranged a care plan tailored to my needs on very short notice. Radfield's team of carers are amazing
- warm, friendly, efficient, and willing to help with anything and everything. They've made navigating a difficult time so much easier. With so many seemingly similar choices for in-home care, I feel lucky to have found Radfield.

When my Dad needed care that my Mum was struggling to continue to provide, we suggested using Radfield Home Care.
It was a tough decision for us to get a carer, but we were immediately blown away by the professionalism, attention to detail, and friendliness of the team, this gave us such confidence
to go for it, and it was so easy to set up and they helped every step of the way.


The care is second to none, my Dad now loves his weekly visit, he really comes alive when the carers take him out. We recently decided to increase it to twice a week for him and to give mum a much needed rest, which they both appreciate.


We are so glad we did it now, and can't recommend Radfield enough to anyone considering care.

Radfield Home Care have been visiting mother on a daily basis since she returned home after a period of respite in residential care, in June 2023.
They provided her with much practical help, but perhaps more importantly, they gave companionship throughout, which kept her spirits lively, whilst living
alone.
Over the months they reviewed her situation, and adapted their care plan to her changing needs; sometimes at very short notice.
Mother passed away recently, in her own home. Throughout the challenging final weeks the carers went above and beyond, supporting mum with compassion, respecting her dignity, and at the same time, discreetly supporting our family.

They are a very good company and the carers are very good at their jobs they are trained very well and very professional in what they do and they take my wife out shopping and to trust places and sometimes take her to hospital appointments.

Radfield Home Care was able to put in place assistance for my parents at relatively short notice and have been able to adjust the original plan to suit their needs. The carers are very professional and amenable. Basic care is undertaken alongside other cleaning, tidying, and chatting as time allows.

have been very impressed with the service offered.

We found Radfield Home Care after an internet search. We needed care for my mother-in-law as she was due to have her cataract done and we knew she would have needed regular care for a period of time. We were very satisfied with the length of the initial assessment meeting with the manager at my mother-in-law's
house. Very professionally conducted interview, ad hoc questions asked, special attention to the interest, needs, and character of the client, her desires, the things she would have liked or not, etc, all very relevant to the future interaction needed with the staff. All the staff and especially the one put in charge of my mother-in-law's needs and rotas, have been acting very professionally, caring, and often when needed gone beyond their duties to help her and make her feel at ease. Overall we are very pleased with the services provided and will continue to use them until needed and keep them as first choice for future situations should they arise. Radfield has a wonderful group of carers working for them. Every one of them is warm and kind in their approach. Their skills and expertise are excellent in everything. My mum has had Radfield for a couple of months now. I have been very impressed by their service. The communication has been really regular and helpful.
The app shows lots of information about the visit, which enables me to get a sense of how Mum is each day and if anything needs sorting.
Mum has really
warmed to her carers, as she didn't feel she needed support when it started.

Radfield Camberley were able to provide a regular care service at home for my dad at short notice following a reablement programme organised by the NHS following a hospital stay. The process of organising it was simple and dealt with very professionally by the care manager. In the two weeks we have
used the service I have been impressed by the amount of tasks the carers have been able to do on each visit. They are kind and caring and my dad is definitely a lot brighter in himself now he has a bit more company. Radfield have been flexible as we are still learning exactly what support we will need going forward.
