Overall Experience
Radfields have been supporting my Dad after a recent fall.
After a frantic search they stepped in within a couple of days. The team are wonderful kind caring always with a smile & engage with him & are genuinely interested in his life.
Very observant & have raised health issues which required antibiotics.
They have enabled his access to the conservatory which he loves to sit in.
He is looking healthier & content

& on his way to achieving his 100th Birthday in October.

Overall Experience
My parents were a little reluctant to accept regular care but after an initial visit from the Homecare team they were relaxed about the nature of the visits and a flexible program of calls was quickly agreed and implemented.

The start up process was simple, and the Carers have all taken time to get to know Mum and Dad and built a rapport. This has very quickly eased the burden on myself and siblings and made a tangible improvement to their day to day routines which I'm confident will continue. Many thanks.

My carers have become personal friends , which means that I can share lots of things and be understood. I have been given lots of advice which has been very helpful.

Overall Experience

The care for my dad has been exceptional. My dad always looked forward to his visits and outings with his carer. He said she was always interested in what he had to say and things he wanted to see, never making him rush. When my Dad went into hospital, the carers still visited Dad in hospital, giving support, friendship and stability of care. They liased with the hospital staff and us which really helped with the communication of continous care. Radfield was flexible in changing the care package as Dad's needs changed, giving the family peace of mind and my Dad a better life. Eventually, sadly my Dad's life came to an end. Radfield were able to help us get Dad out of hospital and home with an end of life care package as Dad wished to be with family, giving him dignity and peace. If you need help, be it just social or the whole live-in care package, then I thoroughly recommend Radfield for great compassionate care, with fantastic communication.

Overall Experience

I am my husband's primary carer and was diagnosed with cancer in June 2025. I knew I would need help to manage. I consulted a care agency in Guildford and they suggested Radfield Home Care in Leatherhead. The agency gives a holistic companionship service and carers come each morning (weekdays). I am advised each Thursday as to who will be attending - we have got to know the carers and regard them as friends. All in all an excellent service.

Overall Experience

I cannot recommend Radfield Home Care highly enough. The carers are compassionate, professional, and genuinely dedicated to providing outstanding support. From the very beginning, the team took the time to understand our needs and created a personalised care plan that gave our family complete peace of mind. Since I do not live in the UK it is important that I'm able to fully depend on my father's carers, and the team at Radfield always go above and beyond to help us.

Overall Experience

Radfield home care have provided me carers for the past 4 years. I look forward to them arriving and the company they provide me. They are always smiling and wearing their apron and gloves happily ready to get on with whatever I need help with. They gently remind me to take my medication, which is appreciated. My dogs know when the carers arrive in the afternoons and with their encouragement and support we take them out. This benefits both my physical and mental health. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Radfield Home Care to anyone.

The Radfield team have been an absolute godsend. They came highly recommended, and rightly so. They don't just go through the motions of the physical help that dad needs: they are kind to him, they tease him they chat with him; they notice him; they truly care. They contact me when they're concerned about him, and keep me updated (and at the same time recognise his own autonomy); they pop back to check on him outside their rostered hours (or even sometimes just to say hello if they're in the building). They even recognise me by name when I pass them in the building (more of a feat than recognising me in his apartment!)

I'm really glad that we followed the recommendation we received. Yes, Radfield are more expensive than the previous agency we used, but for the peace of mind they have given they are is absolutely worth it

We are incredibly grateful for the excellent care and support provided to my mum, both previously and following her prolonged hospital stay. The team showed genuine compassion, patience, and professionalism throughout, helping her regain confidence and comfort during a very difficult time. Communication was always clear, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. It gave our family great reassurance knowing she was in such caring and capable hands. All the carers who visit Mum are cheerful, friendly and diligent, (and arrive on time to the rota) making sure she is happy with what they are doing for her. They also take time to chat to her which she particularly enjoys whilst she has the lunch they have prepared. She and the family are pleased that she made the switch to Radfield.

Absolutely superb service.We have used Radfield Home care to help my mother in law who requires assistance going to medical appointments and visits to her home after a recent operation. I could not recommend Radfield and their carers, more highly- they have been excellent. From the first interaction over the phone arranging the visits, to the actual care- really friendly and helpful carers to the feedback after appointments. Everything has been superb . It has been such a comfort to have them on hand as we live 40 minutes away and it is not always possible to be there for her with work commitments etc. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending them to anyone seeking home care for themselves or a loved one. Radfield stepped in quickly to support my elderly mum when her mobility and memory declined, providing three visits a day. The care plan was set up in great detail, and the managers were supportive, knowledgeable, and reassuring throughout. I've been impressed by how much the carers help with-not only personal care but daily household tasks too. Mum's carers are so friendly and patient. They take the time to chat with her, have built a warm and trusting relationship, and really understand her needs.

The app is especially helpful, as I can see visit notes straight away and I can send requests, which the team always act on. Mum has never been let down, which gives me great peace of mind knowing she receives reliable and compassionate care. The team also contact me promptly if they have any health concerns. I feel confident that as Mum's needs change, the Radfield's team will continue to be by her side with reassurance, kindness, and excellent care.

Overall Experience

I can not recommend Radfield highly enough. They have looked after my father for 2 years and he enjoys their visits every time. The carers go far beyond the care roll and are compassionate, kind and respectful and genuinely bring real pleasure and companionship to my fathers life. Getting older is not easy but Radfield have always been there for my father and myself.

I live in Europe so my fathers care and financial affairs are managed by me from a distance and Radfield is a valued partner. Nothing is ever a problem, situations that arise are always managed professionally and quickly and communication between us is excellent. Having them look after my father is one less worry for me as I know he is in great hands.

A truly professional, caring company.

The team were super-responsive and were working with us as soon as we found out my Dad was being discharged. The assessment was done within 24 hours and was extremely thorough. We felt in extremely safe hands and the whole experience was a credit to Cindy and team's professionalism.

My husband has received excellent care from Radfield. His carer is genuinely kind, caring and professional and he looks forward to her visits. She is always cheerful, always on time and reliable. She goes the extra mile to help and is a great help to me with extra jobs like changing the bedlinen. She also accompanies my husband to doctor and hospital visits, which would be a nightmare for me on my own because he has very limited mobility. The office staff at the agency are also invariably kind, friendly, helpful and flexible and their service is greatly appreciated. In conclusion, we feel that Radfield thoroughly deserve a 5-star review.

The visiting carers I have received, have been polite and professional in their treatment to my husband, who can be difficult at times, always on time, traffic permitting. I really have nothing else to say and if this doesn't go through this time I am giving up.

My Mother needs to go to hospital every Monday morning for a blood test ..normally my sister does this (coming out of work to do so ) this week she was unable to do this , I rang Radfields late Friday afternoon and asked if they could help us , it was no problem at all ,the lady on phone looked at Rotas and adjusted them right away .i then followed it up with an Email to confirm this . I had a replay almost straightaway . The ladies I speak to are always so helpful and will go out of their way to help if they can .they are so good at helping us takes a lot of worry from us .
