Overall Experience

Radfield have been excellent from the moment I contacted them. They met my aunt to understand her and her requirements, and to match the right person for her. All the staff are extremely helpful, flexible, and the carers have really looked after my aunt. I would highly recommend Radfield.

Overall Experience

My father's carers from Radfield are kind, attentive and respectful to both my parents. I feel they are really safe in their hands. They keep me updated and always ask if they are unsure about things,, and explore how they can improve the care for them.
I can see my father is at ease with them. They

always take suggestions for improvement and always act in his best interests. They make efforts to understand my parents, and their fears of having outsiders in their home.
Very pleased to have them look after my parents. Thank you.

Overall Experience

Radfield Home Care are brilliant and I cannot recommend them enough. They came to my rescue when my Dad who has dementia was discharged from hospital and was no longer able to manage at home. The manager was so kind to me when I rang in need of urgent help and spent ages listening to me. He visited

the next day with a colleague to meet me, my Dad and my sister and a care plan was immediately put in place. The whole process was simple and stress free but most importantly the carers themselves are fantastic. They are kind, friendly and so good with my Dad.

Overall Experience

My aunt has always been very independent and resistant to "help" but after I arranged for Radfield to provide support following hospital treatment, her views changed due to the excellent and considerate support provided by all members of the carer team. A very comfortable routine has now been established

on a daily basis, which has given my aunt much better structure to the day/week. Feedback on points of concern is much appreciated by me, plus the knowledge that extra backup is now available if and when it is needed.

My brother and I are over the moon with the service that has been provided to my father. This has helped lightened the stress that we were under in looking after an elderly parent. Overall Experience

I cannot recommend Radfield Orpington enough to anyone seeking care for a family member.
My dad's wish was to stay at home and not go into a care home and with the help of the director and her wonderful staff who helped care for my dad we fulfilled his wishes.
The staff were reliable and visited

my dad 3 times a day and were professional and caring.
We as a family will never be able to thank Radfield Orpington enough as we couldn't have done it without them.

Overall Experience

I contacted Radfield home my 89 year old husband fractured his shoulder in 3 places I could not manage as he was in severe pain.
We were interviewed and my husbands needs were assessed. We arranged for help and a schedule and timings were worked out.
The carers were always on time completely professional

I cannot praise Radfield Care highly enough. The care and attention to detail is of a very high standard. The communication is excellent. Any queries are dealt with immediately. The team preempt any potential problems and are able to suggest plans of action in a timely manner. The team care

Overall Experience

We have had a good group of carers for my mother since about December. Not only do they take extremely good care of mum physically, having helped her regain her health and strength in that time, but they are also a great emotional support for her, from the carer who is able to speak mum's language,

and who has built up a wonderfully playful relationship with mum, to the carer who saved mum's life by recognising when she had a hypoglycemic episode during the night, they have, one and all, gone above and beyond in caring for her and improving her quality of life. It is a great joy to watch her face light up when they arrive, and see her joy when they make her a cup of tea. The only downside is how much of a tantrum she will throw when she has to have a shower, but all the carers take this very well, because they know the minute the shower is over she will be right back to telling them how much she loves them!

Overall Experience

Radfield Home Care have been wonderful at caring for my mother. She is very happy with the care that they are providing. Nothing is too much trouble. They are knowledgeable, and interested in her and how she is. With food, they respond to her wishes, and encourage her to eat. They will help with her

exercises, giving her good encouragement throughout. She is always treated with dignity! They have kept me fully informed, and are happy to contact outside agencies if need be. I would recommend them without hesitation!
