I honestly can't thank Radfield Home Care Havering enough for the amazing care and support they provide for my mum. From the very beginning, the whole team have been professional, compassionate, and incredibly reassuring during what can be a very emotional time for families.

From the moment this care company came to help the family the pressure was relieved. They gave excellent care and were fantastic all the time. The staff were very friendly and were always prompt and reliable.

I would like to give a review of Radfield havering we have been using this company for over six months for day care and have always found all team members to be helpful and caring the drivers who pick my husband up are friendly and extremely helpful from the admin team to all the drivers and staff inside the football stadium nothing is too much trouble for any of them I would highly recommend the Radfield to anyone looking for day care for their family members for a safe environment and an enjoyable day.

Radfield Home Care have been outstanding in the support they have provided to my mother in law and our family. Although this review is submitted for April, their exceptional care has been consistent since February

Initially, they were visiting twice a week, but as my mother in law's health declined, they responded quickly and with genuine compassion. In the week leading up to her hospital admission, they ensured she was seen by her GP twice and acted promptly as her condition deteriorated. They supported us at A&E and remained by her side during what was a very difficult and distressing time.

Due to her dementia, it was important that someone familiar could stay with her. With the exception of a short period in ICU, the team ensured she was never alone, staying with her from admission through to discharge. Their dedication during this time was remarkable, including staying overnight in hospital to provide reassurance and comfort.

My 91 year old father was diagnosed with Vascular Dementia in January 2026. We wanted for him too remain at home but we found that while he is "low needs" during the day, he is awake at night which was exhausting for us to be awake and alert at the same time he was. We decided on have a waking night carer who would be able to support dad to bed (when he wanted) while remaining awake with him and being able to react to him while awake. We interviewed a few Care Providers, but the the team at Radfield were brilliant. From the first home visit through to the carers themselves they have been professional, friendly and compassionate. They have been flexible with us and adjusted their care to meet dad's needs easily and with no fuss. Their presence at night has been reassuring for us and allowed us to maintain the things he wants and needs during the day. Thank you to all at Radfield.

Radfield Home Care provides regular visitors who check on my health and welfare. This is a welcome activity, as it helps me to maintain social contact since I ceased full-time employment. It also helps with reminding me about my contacts with my doctor, dentist and social contacts and family. Additionally, they give me support in taking my medication - accurately and daily.

The Carers are prompt, fun, talk to my mum and treat her with both respect and kindness..

Radfield Homecare are simply perfect! From our very first contact until now, three months into using their help, Po and the team have gone above and beyond to help our mother, who has Alzheimers. The visits themselves are amazing and Mum really enjoys every moment. Alongside help with personal care Mum goes for a lovely walk on nice days and has a hot lunch prepared for her. Her carers are always warm, friendly and kind and it is notable how a high level of passion and professionalism runs through the entire team. They provide us with photos and videos of what Mum has done each time they visit which is a lovely extra and we enjoy seeing these. Our Dad also really likes the carers and I think their visits are enjoyed by him too. At a time when we really could not stretch ourselves any further to provide Mum with the additional time and care she needs we now have this huge extra help, with their expertise, patience and passion, in the form of the Radfield team.
