Overall Experience

I cannot rate Radfield Home Care highly enough. If there was a ten star option here, they would get it!
Dev and his team of carers are simply amazing and we all feel blessed to have them in our lives during -a difficult period.
They have been caring for my 79 year old Mum (who has mild Alzheimer's)

for six months now. While mum was anxious at first about having carers in her home, Dev and his team immediately put mum at ease and now she loves seeing them every day.
Radfield go above and beyond supporting mum checking she is safe and well, including checking in on her out of hours at the weekend. They monitor her meds. Including sorting out her prescriptions, clean and tidy, cook her meals and keep her company.
Quite simply, we don't know what we would do without them. I am a busy mum of two kids with a full time job and live an hour away. Radfield has bought me peace of mind and joy for mum. Thank you!

Overall Experience

I cannot recommend Po and her team at Homecare enough - for the time they cared for my dad we felt we were in very safe hands that really cared about my Dad's (and mine!) wellbeing on all levels. Having dealt with a few care providers in the past Homecare was by far and away the best.

Overall Experience

Radfield have been a real help at a very tough time for our family. Management listened to us and understood our care needs. They have been caring, flexible and a shoulder to lean on when we've needed it most. All the carers who have come to our home have been respectful, reliable and caring. The communication

Overall Experience

Radfield have provided care for Mum for the last 10 months. The management team have always taken time to understand our Mum's needs and have been helpful, responsive, flexible and caring during what has been a very challenging time for our family. The carers have all been respectful, patient and caring

towards Mum and Mum has built some close relationships. I would have no hesitancy in recommending the service offered by the Radfield team.

I cannot speak highly enough of the exceptional care my mum received from the Radfield Home Care team of Barnet and Finchley. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!
They provided exemplary support - deeply professional yet filled with genuine compassion. Po, in particular, managed the delicate

balance between sincere empathy and professionalism so beautifully. Their thoughtful communication and tender approach brought immense comfort to our family during an incredibly difficult time. Knowing my mum was cared for with such dignity and kindness meant the world to us. She also felt safe and heard in their care, which was deeply important to her and to us all in her family.
We all felt incredibly supported throughout our experience with them and even since actually. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone who finds themselves in a similar situation - their care truly makes all the difference.

I had to look for a new care provider for my dad this year who could help with his personal care, and would also be someone to whom my mother and I could have a good relationship with. Adam and his team at Radfield have been fantastic in fulfilling what we needed, and providing so much more. We had

looked at other very well rated companies, but from the start the care, compassion and personal touch that is provided, made us immediately realise we had made the very best choice. Adam in particular has assisted with so much more than care. Helping me with phone calls and emails where needed, and always being easy to contact when I have had a worry. If you are looking for a care provider who is more than just a business, who are patient, caring, talk as well as listen to your loved one, I would strongly recommend Radfield.

The care services provided by Radfield Croydon has been great. Our Dad was reluctant at first to receive visits from any carers, and now our Dad looks forward to his visits and considers his carers as good friends. We appreciate the reliability and flexibility of his carers and their ability to keep

Overall Experience

I cannot praise Radfield Home Care highly enough for the excellent care they gave my mother. All of the staff were attentive to her needs going above and beyond to make her feel safe and looked after. They were meticulous with the storage and giving of her medication. Mum very quickly trusted her

ladies and looked forward to them coming.
As the daughter, I really appreciated all the updates and photos. The team are so professional, I was totally at ease knowing Mum was getting the best possible care giving me some time to have with my family.

My husband has received care from Radfield to enable me to take respite breaks. From the first meeting with the Director we were put at ease by his warmth and care. The carers are respectful and kind and adapt to the client's needs and likes.
The response to enquiries and requests are dealt with

Overall Experience

My father's carers from Radfield are kind, attentive and respectful to both my parents. I feel they are really safe in their hands. They keep me updated and always ask if they are unsure about things,, and explore how they can improve the care for them.
I can see my father is at ease with them. They

always take suggestions for improvement and always act in his best interests. They make efforts to understand my parents, and their fears of having outsiders in their home.

Overall Experience

Radfield Home Care are brilliant and I cannot recommend them enough. They came to my rescue when my Dad who has dementia was discharged from hospital and was no longer able to manage at home. The manager was so kind to me when I rang in need of urgent help and spent ages listening to me. He visited

the next day with a colleague to meet me, my Dad and my sister and a care plan was immediately put in place. The whole process was simple and stress free but most importantly the carers themselves are fantastic. They are kind, friendly and so good with my Dad.

Overall Experience

My aunt has always been very independent and resistant to "help" but after I arranged for Radfield to provide support following hospital treatment, her views changed due to the excellent and considerate support provided by all members of the carer team. A very comfortable routine has now been established

on a daily basis, which has given my aunt much better structure to the day/week. Feedback on points of concern is much appreciated by me, plus the knowledge that extra backup is now available if and when it is needed.
