Exceptional service. I feel that the carers and manager really do want my 91 year old mum to live her best life. Nothing is too much trouble for them. The carers treat mum with the utmost dignity especially in situations that would have me tearing my hair out! Have been using Radfield since early 2024 and would without hesitation recommend them to anyone who is looking for reliable, friendly but professional care for their loved ones.

I've been very impressed with Radfield. They really do care about my Dad and keep us updated with any changes in his condition on an almost daily basis. Radfield CareHome were very professional from the outset and very thorough with their application process. The carers are clearly experienced and friendly. They are flexible about what they do on the visit and work around the person they care for. They are very diligent about post visit reports as well. It's helpful that they accept local council help where it applies. Would recommend this agency. The managment are very responsive too and listen and tailor care to needs and feedback.

We used Radfield Care briefly when my mum's Alzheimer's was becoming harder for me to manage without some help at home. Dev, the owner, came to meet mum, and she was immediately reassured by him. He is an excellent presence and was very helpful and supportive during our clientship. The carer he paired with mum was also warm, kind and mum felt safe with her. This is by no means the norm, in the limited experience of other care agencies we have had to used from time to time.

I would recommend Radfield to anyone in the Croydon or Sutton areas who needs additional support at home on the basis of my experience with them. It is a professional, flexible and above all empathetic group and if mum comes home again I'd certainly re-engage them.

The care agency are very responsive and flexible. There is a can do attitude and they are always good at communicating with clients and their families. Care calls are efficient and helpful offering support where necessary.

From the moment this care company came to help the family the pressure was relieved. They gave excellent care and were fantastic all the time. The staff were very friendly and were always prompt and reliable.

Our experience has been excellent in every respect. Radfield go over and above on many occasions in responding to changing health conditions, and very quickly adapt the level of care required.
