Although I am writing for March, this covers my experience of Radfield overall.
The Manager is very approachable and honest, she responds to my calls for help promptly and says if they cannot help.
The Carers are prompt, fun, talk to my mum and treat her with both respect and kindness..


The Carers

always seem happy and say how much they enjoy working for Radfield, unlike those from a previous agency who moaned constantly.

Radfield Home Care come thoroughly recommended! After meeting up initially with Simon and Val to discuss Dad's requirements. Dad has been matched up very well with his carers. They are kind, friendly and helpful. He looks forward to them coming. I go on holiday for 2 weeks soon and I feel much
happier knowing that Dad will have a carer from Radfield every day. It gives me peace of mind.

Radfield Homecare are simply perfect! From our very first contact until now, three months into using their help, Po and the team have gone above and beyond to help our mother, who has Alzheimers. The visits themselves are amazing and Mum really enjoys every moment. Alongside help with personal care
Mum goes for a lovely walk on nice days and has a hot lunch prepared for her. Her carers are always warm, friendly and kind and it is notable how a high level of passion and professionalism runs through the entire team. They provide us with photos and videos of what Mum has done each time they visit which is a lovely extra and we enjoy seeing these. Our Dad also really likes the carers and I think their visits are enjoyed by him too. At a time when we really could not stretch ourselves any further to provide Mum with the additional time and care she needs we now have this huge extra help, with their expertise, patience and passion, in the form of the Radfield team. Thank you so much.

I can't speak highly enough of Radfield Home Care. We have been clients for several months, & I don't know how I managed to support my mum before their help. Their team is caring, knowledgeable and incredibly patient as we adjusted to a new routine. The carers are warm & personable, always explaining
how they will support Mum with her daily activities while preserving her dignity.


They consistently go above and beyond, keeping me informed after each visit & on more than one occasion, they have stepped in to help with small but meaningful gestures, acts of thoughtfulness that mean the world to me as sometimes caring can feel rather lonely.


At times, they have felt like a fourth emergency service, utterly dependable, calm when I feel like crying, and a team I can lean on without hesitation. That level of trust is priceless; I didn't think I would find this type of caring service. Their support has allowed me to step back from being Mum's main carer and enjoy being her daughter again.

The care team looking after my Dad are wonderful. They are extremely professional and respectful and very kind and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Adam visited Dad in hospital before he came home and made sure we had the right Care Plan in place to meet our needs.

My sister and I cannot speak highly enough of the caring team looking after my dad. Thanks to their support, he is able to remain at home, which means so much to us. Every carer that visits has been friendly, respectful, and genuinely accommodating, always treating my dad with dignity and kindness.
Adam,
the director and care manager, is exceptional. He is always on hand when needed and provides my sister and me with real peace of mind. From the very first phone call, I knew I had chosen the right agency. Adam treated me like a person, not just a potential new customer. He took the time to listen and allowed me to voice all my concerns and worries without feeling rushed or dismissed.
Knowing my dad is in such caring and capable hands has made an incredibly difficult time much easier for both of us.

I cannot rate Radfield Home Care highly enough. If there was a ten star option here, they would get it!
Dev and his team of carers are simply amazing and we all feel blessed to have them in our lives during -a difficult period.
They have been caring for my 79 year old Mum (who has mild Alzheimer's)
for six months now. While mum was anxious at first about having carers in her home, Dev and his team immediately put mum at ease and now she loves seeing them every day.
Radfield go above and beyond supporting mum checking she is safe and well, including checking in on her out of hours at the weekend. They monitor her meds. Including sorting out her prescriptions, clean and tidy, cook her meals and keep her company.
Quite simply, we don't know what we would do without them. I am a busy mum of two kids with a full time job and live an hour away. Radfield has bought me peace of mind and joy for mum. Thank you!

I cannot recommend Po and her team at Homecare enough - for the time they cared for my dad we felt we were in very safe hands that really cared about my Dad's (and mine!) wellbeing on all levels. Having dealt with a few care providers in the past Homecare was by far and away the best.

Radfield have provided care for Mum for the last 10 months. The management team have always taken time to understand our Mum's needs and have been helpful, responsive, flexible and caring during what has been a very challenging time for our family. I cannot speak highly enough of the exceptional care my mum received from the Radfield Home Care team of Barnet and Finchley. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!
They provided exemplary support - deeply professional yet filled with genuine compassion. Po, in particular, managed the delicate
balance between sincere empathy and professionalism so beautifully. Their thoughtful communication and tender approach brought immense comfort to our family during an incredibly difficult time. Knowing my mum was cared for with such dignity and kindness meant the world to us. She also felt safe and heard in their care, which was deeply important to her and to us all in her family.
We all felt incredibly supported throughout our experience with them and even since actually. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone who finds themselves in a similar situation - their care truly makes all the difference.

I had to look for a new care provider for my dad this year who could help with his personal care, and would also be someone to whom my mother and I could have a good relationship with. Adam and his team at Radfield have been fantastic in fulfilling what we needed, and providing so much more. We had
looked at other very well rated companies, but from the start the care, compassion and personal touch that is provided, made us immediately realise we had made the very best choice. Adam in particular has assisted with so much more than care. Helping me with phone calls and emails where needed, and always being easy to contact when I have had a worry. If you are looking for a care provider who is more than just a business, who are patient, caring, talk as well as listen to your loved one, I would strongly recommend Radfield.

I cannot praise Radfield Home Care highly enough for the excellent care they gave my mother. All of the staff were attentive to her needs going above and beyond to make her feel safe and looked after. They were meticulous with the storage and giving of her medication. Mum very quickly trusted her
ladies and looked forward to them coming.
As the daughter, I really appreciated all the updates and photos. The team are so professional, I was totally at ease knowing Mum was getting the best possible care giving me some time to have with my family.

My husband has received care from Radfield to enable me to take respite breaks. From the first meeting with the Director we were put at ease by his warmth and care. The carers are respectful and kind and adapt to the client's needs and likes.
The response to enquiries and requests are dealt with
