I was delighted with the early engagement with Radfield. The onboarding was comprehensive and Sarah visited both myself at home and my mother in the care home ahead of the first visit. This helped both of us build up confidence regarding the care Mum would be given. The management was always flexible regarding timing of visits and Sarah was incredibly responsive to my emails, including those that I sent at the weekend. Carers were always attentive and resourceful and indulged Mum playing them her favourite music from the 50s and 60s. One was even kind enough to find Kanye West (at Mum's request) on YouTube so she could understand who this chap was who was on the news all the time! She didn't like his music. The daily reporting of visits was hugely helpful and a major plus point for this provider. So, we have been very happy with Radfield and should we require caring services again, we will come to them straight away. Many thanks to you and all your staff.

We are very happy with the service provided by Radfield, my mum was very unsure that she wanted carers coming in, but after 6 months she wouldn't be without them, the care they supply is outstanding, there is consistency in the members of staff that come in and mum gets on great with them, they do jobs around the house but also sit and talk with mum. Radfield are providing an excellent service for my elderly parents. The carers have been professional and competent with good interpersonal skills that make my parents fell safe and comfortable welcoming them into their home. The administration team have responded quickly and efficiently to preferences and have bent over backwards to accommodate requests for changes in routines. The level of communication between the whole team is evident as changes in health and mobility are reported quickly and acted upon. The whole family greatly appreciate the level of care from the whole Radfield team.

The service we received from the team was excellent. They fitted carers to the physical, emotional and mental needs of my father. They worked hard to ensure that staff where made available for the changing needs of my fathers eg as more days and shifts in the day where needed. No job seemed too much from care to house keeping.

Radfield Shrewsbury Day Care is a beacon of light, it has given me (the carer) a new lease of life. My wife thoroughly enjoys what we call 'club' , it really is her happy place, which is a double bonus as I can also get some 'me' time knowing she is having a good time. She goes 6 times a month, I wish it could be more; I am so lucky to have found it. The staff are absolutely brilliant, I cannot praise them enough for their care, friendship and professionalism. They truly are stars.

When Dad left hospital, we were anxious about how we would meet his care needs. Thanks to Radfield, Dad made a smooth transition home, achieving his post-surgery dream! Well briefed carers were on hand from Day 1 to reassure and advise. Carers show initiative, tailoring provision and passing key information on to us and each other. A range of carers with different life experiences and thoughtful scheduling mean that there is a good mix of continuity and variety for Dad who can grow connections with carers during visits. Day to day, the app is brilliant, reassuring us that all is well and highlighting any necessary actions. The central team's oversight means that care is coordinated and responsive. Queries are dealt with quickly and requested changes accommodated. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Radfield - there is an attention to detail and level of care that I didn't expect would be possible. With them, Dad can stay in his own home, in the community he loves, a great result!

I feel my father is in the safest of hands when they come. One of his carers on the Radfield team is a national award winner. That says it all for me.

We have worked with the team from Radfield Home Care Shrewsbury continuously since 2021 supporting us in the care of both of our parents. They have provided us with a wide range of services ranging from short calls to check on well being, regular visits to maintain independence, longer companionship calls to support a client with dementia, visits during hospital stays, overnight stays, through to and including 24/7 live in care and end of life care. I would have no hesitation in recommending them and have done so to friends and family members. They have been an invaluable support during some very difficult times and many of the staff have become friends.

Her skin is intact now unlike when she was discharged home from hospital with pressure ulcers and very underweight and this is all thanks to the excellent care Mum has been given. .
