My husband has Motor Neuron Disease and I have found it increasingly difficult to care for him on my own. It's very hard to take the step of sharing the care of someone you love and inviting strangers into your home, but working with Radfield has been a joy. They are totally professional, flexible,
adaptable, and have fitted straight into our normal routine, only now I have the chance for a break and to share the tougher elements of care. It feels like a weight has lifted from me and, especially as we spoke to several other agencies before Radfield was recommended to us, I commend them for every aspect of their delivery.

Very happy with the level of care and service being provided to my elderly mother who has early stage dementia. Carer encourages my mother to stay active, takes her for daily walks and ensures that she is kept clean hygiene wise. Would heartily recommend.

I needed assistance with showering my husband that has had 3 strokes in the past. He is ar risk of falling, and emergency services are a minimum of 30 minutes away.
I have the wonderful help twice a week. Our carer is also encouraging my husband todo some simple exercise.
Our carer is thoughtful,
caring and understanding. She provides me with the help and encouragement i need.

I attended the lunch and activity club from February until the beginning of July. All staff were very welcoming, kind and helpful. It was a very enjoyable experience. The room was always beautiful set up and usually decorated to a theme, like VE DayThey was plenty of tea and coffee available and cakes
and fruit. A tasty lunch was served midway through.There were interesting activities to take part in e.g glass painting and decorating Easter Bonnets. Also a session of chair exercises was available. There were quizzes to be done and other paper and pencil games, as well as crosswords and word searches and colouring. Staff were all very pleasant, kind and helpful and we had some interesting conversations. It is a lovely club, unfortunately it was more than I could afford to pay.

I cannot praise Radfield Home Care Borehamwood and Watford enough. The care provided is exemplary and the staff all go many extra miles than expected. I attended their daycare session from March to July 2025 and I'd particularly like to thank the activities coordinator, for her excellent planning for
different things to do each week. Radfield staff are most definitely caring, helpful and supportive. I must once again praise them and all they do for their clients. Thank you!

I want to share my heartfelt appreciation for the exceptional care provided to my father, who is living with vascular dementia, episodes of delirium, and other life-limiting conditions, including significant mobility challenges. The level of sensitivity, understanding, and consistency shown by the care
team is outstanding. They have taken the time to learn his mannerisms and quirks, treating him with deep respect and dignity. Their presence in the mornings offers me vital respite and peace of mind, knowing he is in safe, trusted hands. The team also supports us as a family, going above and beyond to ensure we feel reassured and included in his care. This service not only lifts the burden but brings genuine comfort to a challenging situation. We are truly grateful for the professionalism, kindness, and dedication that makes such a difference to our lives each day.

Radfield Home Care provided exceptional care for my mother in late December this year. As I have Lasting Power of Attorney for my mother's health and welfare, I was especially grateful for the Manager contacting me with regular updates on my mother's wellbeing. I'm also grateful for her diplomacy in
dealing with all of my mother's requests. Overall, I was pleased with the professionalism and high quality of service that the Manager delivered and would have no hesitation in recommending her company.
