As an example, my mum had a urine infection and as soon as the carer noticed this the case manager was straight onto it and arranged a sample to be taken to the GP. I'm sorry to say I just don't have the time to drop everything and respond like this but within 24hrs mum had started antibiotics. Mum was soon on the mend and without this quick response she could have got a lot worse. A marvellous service that goes far beyond the visits which are always delivered on time and with care. He has dementia, is now bed bound and largely non-verbal, so carers who are familiar to him and are familiar with his needs are very important. He is treated with sensitivity and empathy, he appreciates the way he is talked to. Radfield is not cheap, but is good value. To be recommend.

were very good at writing in the book we left out for communicating if we weren’t there and their manner with our mother was respectful and friendly, always finding time to have a chat with and showing an interest in her garden and family. They packed a lot into their allotted time but never seemed rushed. All very reassuring that our mother was in the best hands.
