Overall Experience

Radfield have been providing care for several years for an elderly lady who is bed bound and suffers from dementia. Working with them has been hugely successful and positive both from her perspective and as the LPoA to the client. The carers unfailingly go the extra mile and, in addition to meeting the client's needs, they perform small personal tasks and have formed excellent relationships with her; this has undoubtedly enhanced the quality of her otherwise lonely life.
As a company they exercise a superlative attitude towards dealing with unforeseen crises in the client's health and have provided support beyond the contracted hours to ensure that the client is not left alone at difficult times.

Should I need the support of a care team in the future I could not wish for better .

Overall Experience

We have been having our carer for about 3 months now. My husband and I are delighted with the care we receive from him. He is very professional, caring, thoughtful and very patient. We look forward to him coming every week. He is a delight to have in our home. Abdul is always very helpful in other ways.

Overall Experience

Due to the quality of a previous care company and, after a lot of research, we moved to Radfield Slough around Apr/May 2026. Right from the start, the care, professionalism and compassion shown by all staff has been amazing. Although I live 300 miles away, my uncle seems happier, is now getting up in the morning, is eating more and has a zest for life again. Nothing seems too much trouble for his individual carer. For example, the time of the visit is altered by 15 mins on shopping delivery day because the delivery was previously early. The carer came earlier, just in case. Also, the carer communicates regularly with any concerns or things I need to sort like shopping or medications running low and ordering more for the carer to pick up. The carer is doing a fantastic job. My uncle is in very capable hands.

Radfields Slough is a real asset to my uncle's care and well being and I cannot thank them enough.

Dalvir and his team have been excellent throughout - they were very responsive to what was initially a sudden need for additional care, they have been professional and attentive throughout and have adapted as care needs have evolved. So much so we have also used the team to support some care needs elsewhere in the family.

Overall Experience

My carers are. always very pleasant and always willing to go the extra mile if requested. I dislocated my right shoulder and had to have abductor support for six weeks . It was not allowed to be removed at all so no bathing or showers, however they always managed to cope.

Always smiling and always finished with nice cup of tea in the morning and after tucking me into bed a cheery good night as they left,.

Overall Experience

We knew as soon as we met mums live in carer, Agnes that she is a really lovely, honest, caring open person - we all liked her immediately. Agnes is very very caring towards mum and very appropriate in every way.

Kery has been absolutely lovely and amazing and worked her magic to ensure that everything went very smoothly for all of us. We are very very grateful to Agnes and Kery - we cannot thank them both enough.

Overall Experience

We have a carer each morning who assists Ian to get up, showered, dressed and ready for breakfast. On tuesdays the carer puts our 'bins' out for collection the following day.

The carers are all excellent, very respectful and we enjoy their company as we have a cup of tea/ coffee in the morning before they leave. The long day is wonderful 9-3, so I can plan to go out!

Overall Experience

I have been using Radfield incrementally for the last two years for my mother in law's care. It started with weekely visits then daily visits then full time at home care within 12 months.
Radfield was so proactive at every step of this process, collecting my mother in law from hospital when we were on holiday, dealing with the doctors and medication, settling her back home.
The carers are very experienced in dealing with dementia patients and I trust them completely. They monitor her meds levels, re order them, arrange for hair cuts, chiropodist, all the minute daily care that is required to keep a person comfortable.
Radfield has immensely reduced my stress levels, I can go on holidays knowing all is well at home and I feel good knowing my mother in law is with someone in the house to prevent falls or call an ambulance if anything happens.
I would recommennd their services and also their admin/managers team who are a pleasure to deal with.

Overall Experience

I recently had the opportunity to experience the services provided by Radfield Home Care, it was a truly positive and reassuring experience. They joined us for a lunch for The national day for celebrating older people and the staff were incredibly professional, compassionate, and attentive to the clients in their care. I felt very welcomed and could see the clients were well cared for.

What stood out the most was the genuine kindness and dedication of the staff. They treated their elderly clients with dignity and respect, making them feel valued as an individual rather than just another elderly client. It's clear that they are passionate about providing high-quality care and it showed in their clients responses.

Overall Experience

When our parents get older we do worry how they will be looked after. We want them to be cared for just as we would care for them. And this is what I have found with Radfield Carers.
They treat my family member with such care, interest and dignity. They always allow them to be as independent as possible at the same time as being aware of limitations.
The carers make my family member feel treasured, important and that their life still has meaning.
They bring laughter and joy.
But good carers are not just about caring for the family member. Radfield are also quick to communicate any issues. They are easy to talk to, make organising any change in help very easy and are scupulously honest.
I have so much appreciation for all that Radfield do. I have no worries at all about my family member's care.
And on top of all their care, they also organise a monthly lunch for the seniors for which they do not charge anything extra, apart from the lunch itself.

Overall Experience

My father attends the monthly lunch club organised by Radfield Home Care, and it has been such a highlight for him. The staff are always wonderfully friendly, proactive and organised, sending menus well in advance so I can book in his favourite meal. The lunches are held at a lovely local venue, and my father comes back in good spirits, having enjoyed both the company of the the clients and the staff.
It is such a well-run thoughtful initiative - a real date in the diary that my father always looks forwards to. If anything, we only wish it happened more often (though I suspect the team have enough on their plates already!).
We are really grateful for the care, kindness and effort that goes into making these lunches so enjoyable and special each month.
