Radfield have provided care for my bed bound, elederly aunt for years. There can be no doubt that the service they provide is superlative; the carers have made a real effort to get to know her and unstintingly go the extra mile in making her daily life a bit more special. Their excellent levels of care are infused with personal warmth which have improved the quality of my aunt's life over the last few years. This level of personal service goes beyond the client; whenever I ring them I am known by office staff and I invarably end up speaking to someone who has detailed knowledge of my aunt and, more than likely, visited her in the past few weeks.
Should I ever need care in the future then I hope I would be looked after by Radfield.

We have a carer each morning who assists Ian to get up, showered, dressed and ready for breakfast. On tuesdays the carer puts our 'bins' out for collection the following day.

The carers are all excellent, very respectful and we enjoy their company as we have a cup of tea/ coffee in the morning before they leave. The long day is wonderful 9-3, so I can plan to go out!

I have been using Radfield incrementally for the last two years for my mother in law's care. It started with weekely visits then daily visits then full time at home care within 12 months. Radfield was so proactive at every step of this process, collecting my mother in law from hospital when we were on holiday, dealing with the doctors and medication, settling her back home. The carers are very experienced in dealing with dementia patients and I trust them completely. They monitor her meds levels, re order them, arrange for hair cuts, chiropodist, all the minute daily care that is required to keep a person comfortable. Radfield has immensely reduced my stress levels, I can go on holidays knowing all is well at home and I feel good knowing my mother in law is with someone in the house to prevent falls or call an ambulance if anything happens. I would recommennd their services and also their admin/managers team who are a pleasure to deal with.

I recently had the opportunity to experience the services provided by Radfield Home Care, it was a truly positive and reassuring experience. They joined us for a lunch for The national day for celebrating older people and the staff were incredibly professional, compassionate, and attentive to the clients in their care. I felt very welcomed and could see the clients were well cared for.
What stood out the most was the genuine kindness and dedication of the staff. They treated their elderly clients with dignity and respect, making them feel valued as an individual rather than just another elderly client. It's clear that they are passionate about providing high-quality care and it showed in their clients responses.

When our parents get older we do worry how they will be looked after. We want them to be cared for just as we would care for them. And this is what I have found with Radfield Carers. They treat my family member with such care, interest and dignity. They always allow them to be as independent as possible at the same time as being aware of limitations. The carers make my family member feel treasured, important and that their life still has meaning. They bring laughter and joy. But good carers are not just about caring for the family member. Radfield are also quick to communicate any issues. They are easy to talk to, make organising any change in help very easy and are scupulously honest. I have so much appreciation for all that Radfield do. I have no worries at all about my family member's care. And on top of all their care, they also organise a monthly lunch for the seniors for which they do not charge anything extra, apart from the lunch itself.

My father attends the monthly lunch club organised by Radfield Home Care, and it has been such a highlight for him. The staff are always wonderfully friendly, proactive and organised, sending menus well in advance so I can book in his favourite meal. The lunches are held at a lovely local venue, and my father comes back in good spirits, having enjoyed both the company of the the clients and the staff. It is such a well-run thoughtful initiative - a real date in the diary that my father always looks forwards to. If anything, we only wish it happened more often (though I suspect the team have enough on their plates already!). We are really grateful for the care, kindness and effort that goes into making these lunches so enjoyable and special each month.

Radfield were the third care company that we used for our dad. Not unlike the Goldilocks fairy tale, the third agency were just right! Knowing a beloved parent is in good hands, bought us peace of mind. The Radfield team of carers in the Marlow/Bucks area went above and beyond our expectations in delivering excellent care. One of the reasons the care was so successful was the manager, who onboarded dad and set up the care remained part of the care package. She trained the carers in situ to specifically meet my dad's needs and regularly checked in with us as a family. She truly understood dad's needs and preferences and set a high bar for her team to deliver to. Whilst each carer had their own personality, they all delivered a consistently excellent standard of care. They prepared home-cooked meals, kept the house clean and spotless and stayed on top of the laundry. They engaged with our dad socially, took him out for walks and shopping. I 100% recommend Radfield Care.

“I started working in care in February 2016 when I arrived in England. I worked for several domiciliary care companies before joining a care home in 2018. I began as a Care Assistant, but was quickly promoted to the positions of Medication Technician and Senior Care Assistant (Lead). During my time at the care home, I completed a 6-week Leadership Program, which I passed with Merit. At the same time, I also worked as a Care Assistant in complex care, where the focus was on clinical aspects like tracheostomy, peg feeding, and cough assist.
I have always been eager to develop my skills and grow in my career. So, in 2020, I applied for a supervisor position in a domiciliary care company and was successful. After just four months, I was offered the position of Registered Care Manager for the same company, where I stayed for another year. Following that, I held a Care Manager position for another domiciliary care company for two years, where I worked closely with NHS Mental Health.”
