I recently had the opportunity to experience the services provided by Radfield Home Care, it was a truly positive and reassuring experience. They joined us for a lunch for The national day for celebrating older people and the staff were incredibly professional, compassionate, and attentive to the
clients in their care. I felt very welcomed and could see the clients were well cared for.
What stood out the most was the genuine kindness and dedication of the staff. They treated their elderly clients with dignity and respect, making them feel valued as an individual rather than just another elderly client. It's clear that they are passionate about providing high-quality care and it showed in their clients responses.

When our parents get older we do worry how they will be looked after. We want them to be cared for just as we would care for them. And this is what I have found with Radfield Carers.
They treat my family member with such care, interest and dignity. They always allow them to be as independent as
possible at the same time as being aware of limitations.
The carers make my family member feel treasured, important and that their life still has meaning.
They bring laughter and joy.
But good carers are not just about caring for the family member. Radfield are also quick to communicate any issues. They are easy to talk to, make organising any change in help very easy and are scupulously honest.
I have so much appreciation for all that Radfield do. I have no worries at all about my family member's care.
And on top of all their care, they also organise a monthly lunch for the seniors for which they do not charge anything extra, apart from the lunch itself.

My father attends the monthly lunch club organised by Radfield Home Care, and it has been such a highlight for him. The staff are always wonderfully friendly, proactive and organised, sending menus well in advance so I can book in his favourite meal. The lunches are held at a lovely local venue,
and my father comes back in good spirits, having enjoyed both the company of the the clients and the staff.
It is such a well-run thoughtful initiative - a real date in the diary that my father always looks forwards to. If anything, we only wish it happened more often (though I suspect the team have enough on their plates already!).
We are really grateful for the care, kindness and effort that goes into making these lunches so enjoyable and special each month.

We cannot thank Radfield enough for the care and support they give my Mum. We generally look after Mum ourselves and the Radfield staff cover if we are away on holiday. All the staff are amazing - so kind and professional. Mum absolutely loves seeing each person in the Radfield team. The
support which Radfield give us means that we can have regular breaks and go away on holiday with peace of mind. We feel so so lucky to be part of the very special Radfield family. My Mum is now enjoying the Tuesday Lunch Club - again , Mum is made to feel so welcome and enjoys meeting the staff and other clients. We cannot thank you all enough.

I am really pleased and grateful for the help Radfield gives my mother. The care is professional and considerate. They are very flexible and always ready to help in an emergency. They are always considerate as to my mother's needs.

Radfield were the third care company that we used for our dad. Not unlike the Goldilocks fairy tale, the third agency were just right! Knowing a beloved parent is in good hands, bought us peace of mind. The Radfield team of carers in the Marlow/Bucks area went above and beyond our expectations in
delivering excellent care. One of the reasons the care was so successful was the manager, who onboarded dad and set up the care remained part of the care package. She trained the carers in situ to specifically meet my dad's needs and regularly checked in with us as a family. She truly understood dad's needs and preferences and set a high bar for her team to deliver to. Whilst each carer had their own personality, they all delivered a consistently excellent standard of care. They prepared home-cooked meals, kept the house clean and spotless and stayed on top of the laundry. They engaged with our dad socially, took him out for walks and shopping. I 100% recommend Radfield Care.

It was an ideal opportunity for me to reflect on the service we received from Radfield and to express my appreciation. I look forward to the daily (not Sunday) visit and am happy to welcome all our carers into our home. We appreciate that we only have three and that they are all considerate,
conscientious and excellent professionals.

Mum has had excellent care from all the staff and carers from the Radfield. She became increasingly frail early this year which subsequently resulted in Mum having to go to hospital. The staff noticed this decline and were in the process of dealing with it but as the decline was rapid Mum went into
hospital.
They acted with great care and professionalism. They have also been very accommodating with changes in the care rotas while waiting for Mum to come home. I can't recommend them highly enough.

I was in need of some support for my mum and was absolutely delighted to find the team at Radfield, South Bucks. From the initial visit by the supervisor, the support from the member of staff in the office and of course the care provided by the carer we felt supported throughout. The overall
approach has felt one of kindness and empathy both to Mum and me at what has been a challenging time. Unfortunately events overtook us and Mum has needed a more permanent care solution but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this team.

The staff team at Redfield have been caring for my husband who has dementia for nearly 18 months. They have all been very professional and supportive. We have benefited from their experience with both their advice and suggestions, flexibility from both sides working together in my husband's best
interests. Nothing too much trouble whatever the day brings. They are both patient, encouraging and get the best out of my husband. A willingness to come at all costs even when access is very challenging e.g through high water/flooding.

A fabulous day's entertainment for my mum and all the other attendees. Activities, care and socialising with kindness and enthusiasm. I spent time with the group sheltering from the rain last week, along with dogs and grandchildren. I could see the improved mood and engagement in everyone by the end
when I came to collect my mum. I only wish there were more of them.

Radfield Home Care have been visiting my aunt for over a year and have made such a difference to my life. The carers are patient and kind, keeping an eye on everything including her cats and feeding the birds. All the staff, including the office staff are very supportive and communication is
excellent. I am off on holiday this week and know that my aunt will be in safe hands and well looked after. Thank you all very much.
