The carer never has issues getting Mum out and about although Mum has vascular dementia and Alzheimer’s. She is so caring, thoughtful and compassionate with her at all times. Last Thursday she asked me if it was okay to take mum out for lunch yesterday (Sunday) to the Bistro by the river. She booked a table for 12 noon. She would not accept any money from me as she said it was her treat and they had talked about doing it for a while. I was so overwhelmed by her generosity and thoughtfulness. Mum had a lovely time and the carer sent me photos.
She also bought the water sweets with her and needs to be nominated for carer of the month.
I really appreciate everything Radfield do for Mum.
Thank you so much.
Many thanks for your review, and we will be sure to pass your feedback to the member of the team concerned. It is a pleasure to be able to assist your Mum.
All contacts are very helpful and pleasant to deal with.
Many thanks for taking the time to leave a review and I am delighted we can be of help. I shall pass the feedback on to all involved in the care team.
After being hospitalised, my aunt needed support to live independently and also needed the company to help her feel less lonely. She was previously a bright independent person, unable to go out alone but still very proud and in control in her affairs. After a week of being cared for by Radfield, my aunt is brighter, has made progress in what she can do independently and is taking much more interest in life. We met the whole team before they began working with her, we both met the team supervisor to discuss our requirements and hopes. Things could not be better, the carers are friendly, helpful and treat my aunt with respect. She has commented on how thoughtful they are, being proactive in things that they see need doing. She was thrilled at being helped into the garden by one of “the girls” so that they could sit and have lunch together in the garden. Communication with the company is excellent, and being able to view every visit note is really helpful.
Thank you so much for your review, Marilyn. I am so pleased we can be of assistance with your aunt and will be sure to pass your wonderful feedback on to all members of the team involved.
My daughter is 18 and disabled. She has gone to University 300 miles away from home in Buckinghamshire. With Covid impacting everyday life we looked around carefully to find a company that wanted to understand her and support her. We researched care companies and had good zoom meetings with Radfield, welcoming, wanted to listen to our daughter and a positive attitude. Our daughter has been at uni now for 7 weeks - she has a great care package, a main carer and a couple of others who create a 'bubble' with her. I feel very secure that she has this care. Radfield also has an app I can access at any time to see how her care visits are going. I have her rota emailed to me weekly as well, we work as a team to ensure my daughter is coping well. Any time I have an enquiry and email the office the reply is always quick and positive. They even set up a group chat for her, so she can message her carers if any issues out of hours - I am so grateful for their support to her.
Thank you so much for your review Janet, it is very much appreciated. It is a pleasure to assist and be part of your daughter's journey, she is doing brilliantly in her new setting.
I'm really happy to have all the carers I've got coming here. Nothing is too much for them, and are always asking how I am. It makes me feel good.
Thank you for your review Phyllis we really appreciate it. We will pass your feedback on to the carers involved.
Radfield Care looks after a lovely lady close to me. They are wonderful, their kindness, caring nature, professionalism with her is amazing and clear to see, as my lady is always so happy and praises them and has nothing but good to say about them and I appreciate the communication between us all.
Thank you so much for the positive feedback. It is a pleasure to help and I will pass your comments on to the care team.
Recently engaged by me to look after my mother on a regular weekly basis I have been very impressed by the overall standard of care provided. My mother is housebound but is alert in all respects. This can make things extremely frustrating for her at times. I am particularly pleased by the level of communication and feedback provided as to my mothers needs. The carers themselves are very diligent and caring and are good at building up levels of trust and empathy. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to others.
Thank you for taking the time to write this wonderful review, Alan. It is a pleasure to work with your mother and help her to stay independent at home. We will pass on your lovely words to the carers.
Radfield have a good working knowledge of my aunt at both carer and management level. A distinct sense of empathy and professionalism appears to underpin their working practices. Difficulties and/or problems are dealt with using initiative and reference to appropriate agencies. The response time to any queries is extremely prompt.
Many thanks for the review - it is much appreciated. It is a pleasure to assist with your aunt.
We have always had great care from all of the staff that visit.
Many thanks, Mark, it is an absolute pleasure to help with your Mother and look forward to continuing to do so.
The care and support given to my mother has been exceptional. They have become companions to my mother, as well as providing her personal care, and showing flexibility in addressing her needs when she became more ill, enabling her to remain at home. They have also provided invaluable advice and guidance to me.
Hi Sally, thanks so much for the positive feedback. It has been a pleasure looking after your mother and helping her to remain at home.
Radfield is providing my mother with wonderful companionship and a level of care that is allowing my mother to stay living in her own home whilst maintaining her independence and dignity. My mother has dementia but is not ready to go to a home and Radfield has provided us with the right care solution for my mother's needs at this stage of her condition and for the foreseeable future as my mother's care needs ramp up. Radfield provides us with wonderful care professionals who understand my issues and needs as well as those of my mother. They have listened to our particular needs and have understood the personal situation of my mother and have tailored their service accordingly. Finding Radfield has been a blessing - they have given me my life back whilst allowing me to know my mother is safe and well looked after by people I can trust when I am not there. I would definitely recommend Radfield Home Care Wycombe, Beaconsfield & South Bucks.
Thank you so much for your fantastic review. It is an absolute pleasure to support your mother and help her to continue to enjoy living in her own home.

We would like to introduce you to Diana, care manager for Radfield Home Care Wycombe, Beaconsfield & South Bucks. Diana is responsible for the day-to-day running of the office in line with CQC regulations and also for ensuring that the service is safe, caring, responsive, effective and well-led. She is the key point of contact for carers, clients and their families and promotes individual’s well being at all times.
Diana’s valuable experience, gained from a wide range of care sector positions, means she is ideally suited to the role. Diana details her professional journey to Radfield:
“I started working in care in February 2016 when I arrived in England. I worked for several domiciliary care companies before joining a care home in 2018. I began as a Care Assistant, but was quickly promoted to the positions of Medication Technician and Senior Care Assistant (Lead). During my time at the care home, I completed a 6-week Leadership Program, which I passed with Merit. At the same time, I also worked as a Care Assistant in complex care, where the focus was on clinical aspects like tracheostomy, peg feeding, and cough assist.
I have always been eager to develop my skills and grow in my career. So, in 2020, I applied for a supervisor position in a domiciliary care company and was successful. After just four months, I was offered the position of Registered Care Manager for the same company, where I stayed for another year. Following that, I held a Care Manager position for another domiciliary care company for two years, where I worked closely with NHS Mental Health.”
An instinctively caring person, Diana is passionate about delivering excellence in care.
