Radfield Homecare Barnet & Finchley have provided exemplary care for our father after a long stay in hospital. From first contact, they have shown empathy and a level of professionalism that has exceeded our expectations, from the warm and well trained carers to the managers whose professional communications and constant and timely contacts have offered a lifeline in what might have been a much more challenging situation.

Radfield Homecare are simply perfect! From our very first contact until now, three months into using their help, Po and the team have gone above and beyond to help our mother, who has Alzheimers. The visits themselves are amazing and Mum really enjoys every moment. Alongside help with personal care Mum goes for a lovely walk on nice days and has a hot lunch prepared for her. Her carers are always warm, friendly and kind and it is notable how a high level of passion and professionalism runs through the entire team. They provide us with photos and videos of what Mum has done each time they visit which is a lovely extra and we enjoy seeing these. Our Dad also really likes the carers and I think their visits are enjoyed by him too. At a time when we really could not stretch ourselves any further to provide Mum with the additional time and care she needs we now have this huge extra help, with their expertise, patience and passion, in the form of the Radfield team. Thank you so much.

I can't speak highly enough of Radfield Home Care. We have been clients for several months, & I don't know how I managed to support my mum before their help. Their team is caring, knowledgeable and incredibly patient as we adjusted to a new routine. The carers are warm & personable, always explaining how they will support Mum with her daily activities while preserving her dignity.

They consistently go above and beyond, keeping me informed after each visit & on more than one occasion, they have stepped in to help with small but meaningful gestures, acts of thoughtfulness that mean the world to me as sometimes caring can feel rather lonely.

At times, they have felt like a fourth emergency service, utterly dependable, calm when I feel like crying, and a team I can lean on without hesitation. That level of trust is priceless; I didn't think I would find this type of caring service. Their support has allowed me to step back from being Mum's main carer and enjoy being her daughter again.

Excellent care has been provided to my father in law both in terms of personal care, and care in the home. Kind compassionate care and they are very reliable. The manager and owner are also very helpful.

I cannot recommend Po and her team at Homecare enough - for the time they cared for my dad we felt we were in very safe hands that really cared about my Dad's (and mine!) wellbeing on all levels. Having dealt with a few care providers in the past Homecare was by far and away the best.

We all felt incredibly supported throughout our experience with them and even since actually. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone who finds themselves in a similar situation - their care truly makes all the difference.

As the daughter, I really appreciated all the updates and photos. The team are so professional, I was totally at ease knowing Mum was getting the best possible care giving me some time to have with my family.

All the carers are excellent. They are always on time to the schedule, very professional and relate well to my mum. Nothing is too much trouble, and they show great care for my Mum's well-being. I would definitely recommend the service.

I cannot praise Radfield Care highly enough. The care and attention to detail is of a very high standard. The communication is excellent. Any queries are dealt with immediately. The team preempt any potential problems and are able to suggest plans of action in a timely manner. The team care for my relative with kindness and compassion whilst promoting independence in a safety. My relative is cared for holistically, which helps with anxiety under life changing circumstances.

The support and care the Owner and her team have given us has been exemplary. From initial contact we were supported in decision making at a stressful time. The team have been excellent, always arriving when expected, every carer has been friendly, efficient, and sensitive to the situation as needs change. We couldn't recommend them more highly

We were extremely happy with the care mum received from Radfields Home Care in her 18 months with them before she went into a Care Home. The carers who looked after mum were so kind, caring, understanding and respectful of her dignity and her efforts to maintain some independence. Mum is non verbal and they quickly became familiar with her ways of communicating and established a trusting rapport with her. Nothing was too much trouble and they were flexible with last minute adjustments because of mum's sleeping issues. Communication with them was so easy via a WhatsApp group (they felt like family) and the visit notes on their app was very helpful in letting us know how each visit went; what Mum ate, what they did in the way of activities and if there were any problems. We really miss them no longer being part of mum's support network but are so grateful for everything they did whilst she was under their care and have no hesitation in recommending them.

The director and the Radfield team supported us through a very difficult time by being available and flexible as we defined our requirements over a period of a few weeks and continue to communicate clearly and respond quickly to our questions. Having started with daily care visits; the care team are fabulous. There is a consistent, friendly team, who treat mum with respect, preserve her dignity, help her as agreed, chat with her. They are enabling her to continue to live independently in her own home.

The service I have received so far has been excellent, helpful and cheerful. Anything I have requested has been accommodated and resolved immediately. I am very happy with the help I received so far from both the management team and my lovely carer who is visiting me regularly.
