Whilst for the most part they received a high quality service, it was not always the case. Po wants to build a business that would provide a consistently outstanding level of care to older people in the Barnet, & Finchley region.

Po’s career background has mainly been in people management and she really enjoys working with staff and clients. It’s Po’s mission to create meaningful jobs for people in and around the Barnet area. She wants to build a team of supportive, valued and passionate Care Professionals to provide the best possible care to older people.

We would like to introduce you to Marmar Ashtiani, Community Engagement Lead for Radfield Home Care Barnet & Finchley. Marmar’s role is key in maintaining and developing Radfield’s important relationships within the community.
Marmar Ashtiani brings over 15 years of experience in marketing to her role at RHC Barnet & Finchley. From January 2000 to June 2011, she served as the Marketing Manager for a small pharmaceutical firm, where she honed her skills in brand development, client relations, and strategic planning. After taking time off to focus on her family, Marmar continued to work in marketing from home, staying connected to the field while balancing her responsibilities as a mother.
In December 2022, Marmar joined RHC Barnet & Finchley, drawn to the adult care and support sector by her deep appreciation for the elderly and her caring nature. Since joining the team, she has made significant contributions, effectively supporting both clients and the management team.
Marmar’s commitment to her role is reinforced by a comprehensive set of training and qualifications, including The Complete Mandatory Training (Practical & Theory), Dementia Awareness, Bipolar Awareness, Panic Attack and Anxiety Awareness, and Mental Health Awareness Champion courses. These certifications equip her to understand the unique needs of the elderly and those with mental health challenges, enhancing her ability to support the team and the clients effectively.
With her extensive marketing background and compassionate approach, Marmar is dedicated to continuing her support for RHC Barnet & Finchley, helping to ensure that the company maintains its high standards of care and client satisfaction.
