All the carers are excellent. They are always on time to the schedule, very professional and relate well to my mum. Nothing is too much trouble, and they show great care for my Mum's well-being. I would definitely recommend the service.

This is the second time we have used Radfield. On both occasions we have found staff and their organization efficient, professional, caring, and empathetic. I would use them again and recommend them.

I contacted Radfield home my 89 year old husband fractured his shoulder in 3 places I could not manage as he was in severe pain. We were interviewed and my husbands needs were assessed. We arranged for help and a schedule and timings were worked out. The carers were always on time completely professional we would recommend them without Hesitation they took great care

I cannot praise Radfield Care highly enough. The care and attention to detail is of a very high standard. The communication is excellent. Any queries are dealt with immediately. The team preempt any potential problems and are able to suggest plans of action in a timely manner. The team care for my relative with kindness and compassion whilst promoting independence in a safety. My relative is cared for holistically, which helps with anxiety under life changing circumstances.

The support and care the Owner and her team have given us has been exemplary. From initial contact we were supported in decision making at a stressful time. The team have been excellent, always arriving when expected, every carer has been friendly, efficient, and sensitive to the situation as needs change. We couldn't recommend them more highly

We were extremely happy with the care mum received from Radfields Home Care in her 18 months with them before she went into a Care Home. The carers who looked after mum were so kind, caring, understanding and respectful of her dignity and her efforts to maintain some independence. Mum is non verbal and they quickly became familiar with her ways of communicating and established a trusting rapport with her. Nothing was too much trouble and they were flexible with last minute adjustments because of mum's sleeping issues. Communication with them was so easy via a WhatsApp group (they felt like family) and the visit notes on their app was very helpful in letting us know how each visit went; what Mum ate, what they did in the way of activities and if there were any problems. We really miss them no longer being part of mum's support network but are so grateful for everything they did whilst she was under their care and have no hesitation in recommending them.

My experience with the Radfield Home Care Barnet & Finchley is excellent. They helped me to recover well from a knee replacement and have continued to provide help as and when needed. The carers are always professional, caring and thoughtful in the help they give me. I have no hesitation in recommending them to you.

I am very pleased with the quality of care Radfield Home Care provides for my friend. They have provided an excellent team of carers to look after my friend, carers who are very friendly and who relate well to her. The manager is always supportive and responds promptly to any issues, communication has always been good. I would definitely recommend Radfield Home Care Barnet & Finchley.

The director and the Radfield team supported us through a very difficult time by being available and flexible as we defined our requirements over a period of a few weeks and continue to communicate clearly and respond quickly to our questions. Having started with daily care visits; the care team are fabulous. There is a consistent, friendly team, who treat mum with respect, preserve her dignity, help her as agreed, chat with her. They are enabling her to continue to live independently in her own home.

The service I have received so far has been excellent, helpful and cheerful. Anything I have requested has been accommodated and resolved immediately. I am very happy with the help I received so far from both the management team and my lovely carer who is visiting me regularly.

Radfield Home Care has been an absolute game changer in helping us care for my mother-in-law. All team members who visit her are kind and caring, patient, and highly professional. Their attention to detail is amazing and often let us know things they have noticed and make suggestions on ways to improve the care they are providing. They are so thoughtful and take the time to build up a genuine rapport with the client which is lovely. Overall organisation away from the front line is also excellent. Very strong communication from the team. We're always kept fully up to date in real time and our messages and questions are also answered very promptly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Radfield Home Care, we have every confidence in them.

Our experience with Radfield has been exceptional. Our needs were listened to and met to a very high standard. Professional friendly team who bend over backward to accommodate our needs sometimes at the last minute. There is great communication at all times and queries are responded to generally very fast. Our carer is lovely, thoughtful, and a pleasure to have in our home. Highly recommend Radfield for anyone looking to care for a family member.

We reached out to the director and the team at Radfield Home Care, to help support my mother after an operation. They were professional and supportive from the start, working out a care plan that worked best for my mum. Would definitely recommend and we may well need to use their services again in the future.

Radfield Home Care provide excellent care. Their staff are unfailingly kind, patient and helpful, and they will go the extra mile to look after their client, in the case of my neighbour, they discovered that he was being ripped off by a family member and ensured that this stopped. Communication is responsive and they react fast to any problems. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for home care.

It is such a relief to find a care agency whose employees are all so professional, caring and who go above and beyond and use their initiative to ensure that the welfare of the client is paramount at all times. Communication with management is easy, very friendly and highly productive. I cannot recommend this agency too highly.
