Excellent, professional, compassionate, genuinely caring service. Thank you again to the carers for your utmost care and attention all round. You made the most difficult, challenging time for our family as bearable as it could be.

Overall Experience

We were all delighted with the service we received from Home Care. From our initial meeting with the management and the team, everything was very simple but thorough. The director matched the perfect carer for my mum and it all worked out well. If we ever had to cancel, it was never an issue and if we ever needed extra care, this was also sorted with no problems. I would highly recommend Radfield Home Care The service Home Care provided, was great and will definitely use it again if needed.

Overall Experience

Radfield Home Care was retained to provide care for our mum in her own home. The professionalism and dedication of the team were exemplary and went above and beyond what was expected. The team were thoughtful and always communicated back to me if there were any issues or concerns regarding our mum's well-being. The only reason we stopped the service was because owing to her failing health, our mum needed to be moved to residential care. I cannot recommend Radfield Home Care highly enough - definitely a 12 out of 10!

Po Wun Wan

Care has always been an important part of Po’s life. She has two siblings with autism and as a family has had to rely on Care Professionals to support them. Whilst for the most part they received a high quality service, it was not always the case. Po wants to build a business that would provide a consistently outstanding level of care to older people in the Barnet, & Finchley region.

“I want to make sure I can provide a team to deliver the very best and strive to exceed expectations with each client. I would love to touch the lives of our clients in a really special way.”

Po’s career background has mainly been in people management and she really enjoys working with staff and clients. It’s Po’s mission to create meaningful jobs for people in and around the Barnet area. She wants to build a team of supportive, valued and passionate Care Professionals to provide the best possible care to older people.

“I make sure I treat each client as an individual and create a positive experience for each person and make sure my team feels valued and appreciated.”

Po loves working with people from all walks of life, with a passion for building an inclusive environment for everyone. She worked in Geneva for six years and spent time with people from many different backgrounds and cultures. She believes that her inclusivity will bring a lot of value to Radfield Home Care Barnet & Finchley.

We would like to introduce you to Marmar Ashtiani, Community Engagement Lead for Radfield Home Care Barnet & Finchley. Marmar’s role is key in maintaining and developing Radfield’s important relationships within the community.

Marmar Ashtiani brings over 15 years of experience in marketing to her role at RHC Barnet & Finchley. From January 2000 to June 2011, she served as the Marketing Manager for a small pharmaceutical firm, where she honed her skills in brand development, client relations, and strategic planning. After taking time off to focus on her family, Marmar continued to work in marketing from home, staying connected to the field while balancing her responsibilities as a mother.

In December 2022, Marmar joined RHC Barnet & Finchley, drawn to the adult care and support sector by her deep appreciation for the elderly and her caring nature. Since joining the team, she has made significant contributions, effectively supporting both clients and the management team.

Marmar’s commitment to her role is reinforced by a comprehensive set of training and qualifications, including The Complete Mandatory Training (Practical & Theory), Dementia Awareness, Bipolar Awareness, Panic Attack and Anxiety Awareness, and Mental Health Awareness Champion courses. These certifications equip her to understand the unique needs of the elderly and those with mental health challenges, enhancing her ability to support the team and the clients effectively.

With her extensive marketing background and compassionate approach, Marmar is dedicated to continuing her support for RHC Barnet & Finchley, helping to ensure that the company maintains its high standards of care and client satisfaction.
