My aunt has always been very independent and resistant to "help" but after I arranged for Radfield to provide support following hospital treatment, her views changed due to the excellent and considerate support provided by all members of the carer team. A very comfortable routine has now been established
on a daily basis, which has given my aunt much better structure to the day/week. Feedback on points of concern is much appreciated by me, plus the knowledge that extra backup is now available if and when it is needed.

Radcliffe has by far been the best home care company I have encountered. The manager and his team have been amazing with their professionalism, care, support and empathy. They communicated with me throughout and employed fantastic carers to take care of my very poorly husband. I would not hesitate to

My brother and I are over the moon with the service that has been provided to my father. This has helped lightened the stress that we were under in looking after an elderly parent. We feel confident that when the carer is with my father that he is being well looked after and the feedback that we get

Radfield Home Care have been wonderful at caring for my mother. She is very happy with the care that they are providing. Nothing is too much trouble. They are knowledgeable, and interested in her and how she is. With food, they respond to her wishes, and encourage her to eat. They will help with her
exercises, giving her good encouragement throughout. She is always treated with dignity! They have kept me fully informed, and are happy to contact outside agencies if need be. I would recommend them without hesitation!

The manager and team have been absolutely wonderful. Quick, responsive and very very accommodating. They've helped immensely with my dad, and provided a level of support I could only dream of. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone: my dad had to to come to my ill-equipped house on no notice,
they went from zero to having a plan in place very quickly, and they worked hard to adapt around a house that was poorly designed for a person with mobility issues. Every challenge was met with a problem solving attitude and solution. They've been wonderful to work with.

From first contact with Radfield Homecare I have nothing but good things to say about them.
Dealing with an elderly dad reluctant to accept help they stepped in and set him at ease and have continued to provide an excellent level of care along with immediate and reassuring answers to any questions

I would highly recommend Radfield Home Care.
The owner is amazing from the first home interview to the final finishing with home care when my mother went into a care home. He was able to respond sensitively and efficiently to the situation with my mother, which changed quite rapidly over a few weeks.
We moved from care twice a week rapidly to twice a day and there was excellent communication throughout the adaptation.
All care staff were lovely and efficient and professional and arrived at the time booked, which was fantastic. They also worked hard and were very pleasant to chat to.
This is a great Home Care agency and I would be happy to recommend to anyone.

Great experience with Radfield home care, the carers are very compassionate, caring and friendly. They take care of all my mums needs in helping her wash and get dresses. They make suggestions of clothes to wear and mum can choose.
It is also good that we can log into an app to check the daily reports
which are uploaded.
I also like that there are regular check in's with the supervisor to make sure the carer and my mum are both ok.
Radfield has also suggested aids to help in the home.
Radfield train their staff in house and when I have spoken to the carers they have said they are going to training sessions, and they really like working for Radfield as they really look after their staff.

My family used Radfield Home Care initially for my Grandmother who was in the later stages of dementia to help me as I was a live-in carer with a full-time job and I was unable to split my time doing both. They treated her respectfully and with great patience. When she moved into a care home we continued
the care with my grandfather. Every member of the carer team was very professional and amazing personality. My grandfather enjoyed each visit and talking to everyone about their day and his past. Care ended when sadly he passed away a couple of weeks after my grandmother.
I can't speak more highly of all the help they gave my family.

The Manager at Radfield Home Care and his team are providing a wonderful service to my husband who needed help with mobility issues after hospitalisation for an arthritic knee. He is making good progress and on the road to recovery. The manager was on hand with the carer from the moment he arrived home
by ambulance and are very prompt and caring. Quite honestly, I don't know what I would do without them. I can't speak highly enough of them - they are always on time and very professional.

Following a bad fall that left my 90-year-old mum with a shattered wrist and I was going on holiday, I contacted the manager at Radfield Home Care based on local recommendations.
I have not been disappointed.
He was very responsive to my initial enquiry and was very understanding about my parent's
needs and my reassurance. We arranged an introductory meeting and care started the next day.
As my mum was still in plaster, she needed help washing, dressing, and getting downstairs. Being fiercely independent, albeit with mobility/balance issues, as does my dad, this was done with respect and dignity. The carer also offered help with other areas whilst she was there as there was time to do so however again was done sympathetically and with permission.
The most important opinion came from both my parents who thought their carers were so kind and lovely.
I'd highly recommend the manager, Radfield Home Care and the team who cared for my parents in a dignified and personal way.

Radfield have been caring for my grandfather for some time. He has severe mobility issues and without their help, it would put huge pressure on the entire family to look after him. The carers are all very considerate and go out of their way to take care of all his needs. We would highly recommend their

I have been so impressed with how the Radfield carers look after my mother. She has dementia and they treat her with the utmost respect and dignity - they listen to her. She often does not want to do anything but is actually much more alert and engaged after they have been. They are very flexible and
are very willing not only to make things easier for my mum, but for me as well.

As a relatively new user of caring services, we are extremely pleased with the service that has been provided to our mother. The whole process of putting things in place was very straightforward. So far the service and support has been very good and very flexible. For my parents to admit they need help has been a huge step, and being able to work with Radfield at the pace we need to go has been a huge benefit. Knowing my parents will be in good, safe hands is a great relief.

This was a first time experience with home care for my friend and he was quite apprehensive at first. However he has been looked after impeccably from the first assessment where his concerns were addressed and he was reassured, to the home care he received. I think the 5-star review in every aspect

My mother has Alzheimer's & I am her full-time caregiver. I hold a full-time professional job and due to the illness, work from home without any assistance. I occasionally need to travel for work whilst my mother stays with my sibling & so struggle to find a company that can keep my mother's care to
the standard I provide. Un-expectantly, I came across Radfield Home Care, & cannot believe how delightful they were from the initial email, setting up an assessment the next day and then the service they provided. My mother has reverted to speaking partially her native language. I enquired if this was something they could try & cater for-they could! The staff that attended to my mother, were kind, patient, professional, respectful, punctual & were able to handle unexpected situations that arose. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I will certainly be using the company again as the whole process was stress-free.

Adam Simons

Radfield Home Care Chingford & Loughton was established in February 2023 by Director/Owner Adam Simons. He prides himself on providing excellent service for clients with care that makes a real difference.


Adam has always been keen to give something back to his local communities and through voluntary work, he discovered just how rewarding, humbling and empowering it is to help others.


In terms of his career, Adam comes from a background in finance, having been a stockbroker with large investment banks. He has previously run teams across Europe and Asia. In the year 2000, Adam moved across the globe, settling in Tokyo, Japan. In 2005 he returned to London to manage a team that spanned Europe. In 2008 he returned to Japan where he stayed until 2015.


Adam has launched Radfield Home care Chingford & Loughton to provide the best quality home care possible and to make a difference in people’s lives. Through delivering fantastic care, he can help change the lives of clients, their families and our Care Professionals.


To help achieve this, Adam aims to make Radfield Home Care Chingford & Loughton the employer of choice, offering first-class training and support on all levels both professionally and personally, to help enable Care Professionals to deliver the very best care possible.


Speaking on his experiences volunteering and working with charitable organisations, Adam said:


“I Initially started volunteering with Jewish Care as a meal on wheels driver and then for the same charity, I also became a telephone befriender to three older people. In late 2020, I joined the Samaritans as a listening volunteer and subsequently was asked to join the leadership team in my local branch. During the Christmas holiday season, I regularly volunteer with Crisis to help homeless people.


“The feeling I get from volunteering, helping others and giving back, has helped me through some very difficult times. It is incredibly rewarding and gives me a real sense of purpose. Setting up a home care business feels like a natural progression from the voluntary work I’ve been doing for the past few years. I have a strong desire and a passion to do everything I can to help others.”


Adam also has a keen interest in boxing and endurance running, interests in which he has achieved impressive accolades:


“In 2013 I fought in a white-collar boxing event in Tokyo, in front of 400 people, having never boxed previously. It was a very prestigious black-tie event, to help raise money for local charities. In 2021 I ran my first-ever marathon, the London Marathon, to raise money for WellChild, which supports seriously ill children”
