At a difficult time Adam and his team stepped in. He made promises of how they would help, and he didn't stop delivering on them! . The communication was above and beyond. I thought his hard work was remarkable. His Team all so Nice and professional. All this meant I was confident of the care and service provided and I didn't have to worry. Thank you.

My 91 year old father was diagnosed with Vascular Dementia in January 2026. We wanted for him too remain at home but we found that while he is "low needs" during the day, he is awake at night which was exhausting for us to be awake and alert at the same time he was. We decided on have a waking night carer who would be able to support dad to bed (when he wanted) while remaining awake with him and being able to react to him while awake. We interviewed a few Care Providers, but the the team at Radfield were brilliant. From the first home visit through to the carers themselves they have been professional, friendly and compassionate. They have been flexible with us and adjusted their care to meet dad's needs easily and with no fuss. Their presence at night has been reassuring for us and allowed us to maintain the things he wants and needs during the day. Thank you to all at Radfield.

Radfield Home Care come thoroughly recommended! After meeting up initially with Simon and Val to discuss Dad's requirements. Dad has been matched up very well with his carers. They are kind, friendly and helpful. He looks forward to them coming. I go on holiday for 2 weeks soon and I feel much happier knowing that Dad will have a carer from Radfield every day. It gives me peace of mind.

I had to look for a new care provider for my dad this year who could help with his personal care, and would also be someone to whom my mother and I could have a good relationship with. Adam and his team at Radfield have been fantastic in fulfilling what we needed, and providing so much more. We had looked at other very well rated companies, but from the start the care, compassion and personal touch that is provided, made us immediately realise we had made the very best choice. Adam in particular has assisted with so much more than care. Helping me with phone calls and emails where needed, and always being easy to contact when I have had a worry. Adam was very kind and patient with my friend who was initially reluctant to try out the homecare services. Adam paired her with Vicki whom I am told is lovely and makes a great cup of coffee. My friend will be booking again

Radfield Home Care are brilliant and I cannot recommend them enough. They came to my rescue when my Dad who has dementia was discharged from hospital and was no longer able to manage at home. The manager was so kind to me when I rang in need of urgent help and spent ages listening to me. He visited the next day with a colleague to meet me, my Dad and my sister and a care plan was immediately put in place. The whole process was simple and stress free but most importantly the carers themselves are fantastic. They are kind, friendly and so good with my Dad.

My aunt has always been very independent and resistant to "help" but after I arranged for Radfield to provide support following hospital treatment, her views changed due to the excellent and considerate support provided by all members of the carer team. A very comfortable routine has now been established on a daily basis, which has given my aunt much better structure to the day/week. Feedback on points of concern is much appreciated by me, plus the knowledge that extra backup is now available if and when it is needed.

Radcliffe has by far been the best home care company I have encountered. The manager and his team have been amazing with their professionalism, care, support and empathy. They communicated with me throughout and employed fantastic carers to take care of my very poorly husband. I would not hesitate to recommend Radcliffe.

My brother and I are over the moon with the service that has been provided to my father. This has helped lightened the stress that we were under in looking after an elderly parent. We feel confident that when the carer is with my father that he is being well looked after and the feedback that we get from the reports helps to see what is working well and areas that we need to focus on.

Radfield Home Care have been wonderful at caring for my mother. She is very happy with the care that they are providing. Nothing is too much trouble. They are knowledgeable, and interested in her and how she is. With food, they respond to her wishes, and encourage her to eat. They will help with her exercises, giving her good encouragement throughout. She is always treated with dignity! They have kept me fully informed, and are happy to contact outside agencies if need be. I would recommend them without hesitation!

The manager and team have been absolutely wonderful. Quick, responsive and very very accommodating. They've helped immensely with my dad, and provided a level of support I could only dream of. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone: my dad had to to come to my ill-equipped house on no notice, they went from zero to having a plan in place very quickly, and they worked hard to adapt around a house that was poorly designed for a person with mobility issues. Every challenge was met with a problem solving attitude and solution. They've been wonderful to work with.

I would highly recommend Radfield Home Care. The Manager and all the staff that we have met are all very professional, kind, thoughtful, and caring . They are very flexible and considerate and go out their way to take care of my father-in-law needs.

Radfield train their staff in house and when I have spoken to the carers they have said they are going to training sessions, and they really like working for Radfield as they really look after their staff.

I can't speak more highly of all the help they gave my family.
