The care team looking after my Dad are wonderful. They are extremely professional and respectful and very kind and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Adam visited Dad in hospital before he came home and made sure we had the right Care Plan in place to meet our needs.

My sister and I cannot speak highly enough of the caring team looking after my dad. Thanks to their support, he is able to remain at home, which means so much to us. Every carer that visits has been friendly, respectful, and genuinely accommodating, always treating my dad with dignity and kindness.
Adam, the director and care manager, is exceptional. He is always on hand when needed and provides my sister and me with real peace of mind. From the very first phone call, I knew I had chosen the right agency. Adam treated me like a person, not just a potential new customer. He took the time to listen and allowed me to voice all my concerns and worries without feeling rushed or dismissed.
Knowing my dad is in such caring and capable hands has made an incredibly difficult time much easier for both of us.

I had to look for a new care provider for my dad this year who could help with his personal care, and would also be someone to whom my mother and I could have a good relationship with. Adam and his team at Radfield have been fantastic in fulfilling what we needed, and providing so much more. We had
looked at other very well rated companies, but from the start the care, compassion and personal touch that is provided, made us immediately realise we had made the very best choice. Adam in particular has assisted with so much more than care. Helping me with phone calls and emails where needed, and always being easy to contact when I have had a worry. If you are looking for a care provider who is more than just a business, who are patient, caring, talk as well as listen to your loved one, I would strongly recommend Radfield.

Adam was very kind and patient with my friend who was initially reluctant to try out the homecare services. Adam paired her with Vicki whom I am told is lovely and makes a great cup of coffee. My friend will be booking again

Radfield Home Care are brilliant and I cannot recommend them enough. They came to my rescue when my Dad who has dementia was discharged from hospital and was no longer able to manage at home. The manager was so kind to me when I rang in need of urgent help and spent ages listening to me. He visited
the next day with a colleague to meet me, my Dad and my sister and a care plan was immediately put in place. The whole process was simple and stress free but most importantly the carers themselves are fantastic. They are kind, friendly and so good with my Dad.

My aunt has always been very independent and resistant to "help" but after I arranged for Radfield to provide support following hospital treatment, her views changed due to the excellent and considerate support provided by all members of the carer team. A very comfortable routine has now been
established on a daily basis, which has given my aunt much better structure to the day/week. Feedback on points of concern is much appreciated by me, plus the knowledge that extra backup is now available if and when it is needed.

My brother and I are over the moon with the service that has been provided to my father. This has helped lightened the stress that we were under in looking after an elderly parent. We feel confident that when the carer is with my father that he is being well looked after and the feedback that we get
from the reports helps to see what is working well and areas that we need to focus on.

Radfield Home Care have been wonderful at caring for my mother. She is very happy with the care that they are providing. Nothing is too much trouble. They are knowledgeable, and interested in her and how she is. With food, they respond to her wishes, and encourage her to eat. They will help with her
exercises, giving her good encouragement throughout. She is always treated with dignity! They have kept me fully informed, and are happy to contact outside agencies if need be. I would recommend them without hesitation!

The manager and team have been absolutely wonderful. Quick, responsive and very very accommodating. They've helped immensely with my dad, and provided a level of support I could only dream of. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone: my dad had to to come to my ill-equipped house on no
notice, they went from zero to having a plan in place very quickly, and they worked hard to adapt around a house that was poorly designed for a person with mobility issues. Every challenge was met with a problem solving attitude and solution. They've been wonderful to work with.

I would highly recommend Radfield Home Care.
The owner is amazing from the first home interview to the final finishing with home care when my mother went into a care home. He was able to respond sensitively and efficiently to the situation with my mother, which changed quite rapidly over a few
weeks. We moved from care twice a week rapidly to twice a day and there was excellent communication throughout the adaptation.
All care staff were lovely and efficient and professional and arrived at the time booked, which was fantastic. They also worked hard and were very pleasant to chat to.
This is a great Home Care agency and I would be happy to recommend to anyone.

Great experience with Radfield home care, the carers are very compassionate, caring and friendly. They take care of all my mums needs in helping her wash and get dresses. They make suggestions of clothes to wear and mum can choose.
It is also good that we can log into an app to check the daily
reports which are uploaded.
I also like that there are regular check in's with the supervisor to make sure the carer and my mum are both ok.
Radfield has also suggested aids to help in the home.
Radfield train their staff in house and when I have spoken to the carers they have said they are going to training sessions, and they really like working for Radfield as they really look after their staff.

My family used Radfield Home Care initially for my Grandmother who was in the later stages of dementia to help me as I was a live-in carer with a full-time job and I was unable to split my time doing both. They treated her respectfully and with great patience. When she moved into a care home we
continued the care with my grandfather. Every member of the carer team was very professional and amazing personality. My grandfather enjoyed each visit and talking to everyone about their day and his past. Care ended when sadly he passed away a couple of weeks after my grandmother.
I can't speak more highly of all the help they gave my family.

The Manager at Radfield Home Care and his team are providing a wonderful service to my husband who needed help with mobility issues after hospitalisation for an arthritic knee. He is making good progress and on the road to recovery. The manager was on hand with the carer from the moment he arrived
home by ambulance and are very prompt and caring. Quite honestly, I don't know what I would do without them. I can't speak highly enough of them - they are always on time and very professional.

Following a bad fall that left my 90-year-old mum with a shattered wrist and I was going on holiday, I contacted the manager at Radfield Home Care based on local recommendations.
I have not been disappointed.
He was very responsive to my initial enquiry and was very understanding about my
parent's needs and my reassurance. We arranged an introductory meeting and care started the next day.
As my mum was still in plaster, she needed help washing, dressing, and getting downstairs. Being fiercely independent, albeit with mobility/balance issues, as does my dad, this was done with respect and dignity. The carer also offered help with other areas whilst she was there as there was time to do so however again was done sympathetically and with permission.
The most important opinion came from both my parents who thought their carers were so kind and lovely.
I'd highly recommend the manager, Radfield Home Care and the team who cared for my parents in a dignified and personal way.

Radfield have been caring for my grandfather for some time. He has severe mobility issues and without their help, it would put huge pressure on the entire family to look after him. The carers are all very considerate and go out of their way to take care of all his needs. We would highly recommend
their services to anyone.
