Radfields have been supporting my Dad after a recent fall.
After a frantic search they stepped in within a couple of days. The team are wonderful kind caring always with a smile & engage with him & are genuinely interested in his life.
Very observant & have raised health issues which required antibiotics.
They have enabled his access to the conservatory which he loves to sit in.
He is looking healthier & content

& on his way to achieving his 100th Birthday in October.

Radfield home care have provided me carers for the past 4 years. I look forward to them arriving and the company they provide me. They are always smiling and wearing their apron and gloves happily ready to get on with whatever I need help with. They gently remind me to take my medication, which is appreciated. My dogs know when the carers arrive in the afternoons and with their encouragement and support we take them out. This benefits both my physical and mental health. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Radfield Home Care to anyone.

All the carers who visit Mum are cheerful, friendly and diligent, (and arrive on time to the rota) making sure she is happy with what they are doing for her. They also take time to chat to her which she particularly enjoys whilst she has the lunch they have prepared. She and the family are pleased that she made the switch to Radfield.

Radfield stepped in quickly to support my elderly mum when her mobility and memory declined, providing three visits a day. The care plan was set up in great detail, and the managers were supportive, knowledgeable, and reassuring throughout. I've been impressed by how much the carers help with-not only personal care but daily household tasks too. Mum's carers are so friendly and patient. They take the time to chat with her, have built a warm and trusting relationship, and really understand her needs.

The app is especially helpful, as I can see visit notes straight away and I can send requests, which the team always act on. Mum has never been let down, which gives me great peace of mind knowing she receives reliable and compassionate care. The team also contact me promptly if they have any health concerns. I feel confident that as Mum's needs change, the Radfield's team will continue to be by her side with reassurance, kindness, and excellent care.

I can not recommend Radfield highly enough. They have looked after my father for 2 years and he enjoys their visits every time. The carers go far beyond the care roll and are compassionate, kind and respectful and genuinely bring real pleasure and companionship to my fathers life. Getting older is not easy but Radfield have always been there for my father and myself.

I live in Europe so my fathers care and financial affairs are managed by me from a distance and Radfield is a valued partner. Nothing is ever a problem, situations that arise are always managed professionally and quickly and communication between us is excellent. Having them look after my father is one less worry for me as I know he is in great hands.

A truly professional, caring company.

The team were super-responsive and were working with us as soon as we found out my Dad was being discharged. The assessment was done within 24 hours and was extremely thorough. We felt in extremely safe hands and the whole experience was a credit to Cindy and team's professionalism.

My husband has received excellent care from Radfield. His carer is genuinely kind, caring and professional and he looks forward to her visits. She is always cheerful, always on time and reliable. She goes the extra mile to help and is a great help to me with extra jobs like changing the bedlinen. She also accompanies my husband to doctor and hospital visits, which would be a nightmare for me on my own because he has very limited mobility. The office staff at the agency are also invariably kind, friendly, helpful and flexible and their service is greatly appreciated. In conclusion, we feel that Radfield thoroughly deserve a 5-star review.

Overall Experience

I first had contact with Radfield when I came out of hospital in Octobner2025 after a 9 weeks stay. Iam unable to walk and rely on a wheelchair. The carers from Radfield are very patient with my needs and I have a visit from them three times a day. They are very caring in all they do in the monings they help me bathe, wash my hair, dress me and generaly make me very comfortable. On my nighttime visit they make sue I am comfortabley dressed in my night clothes and put me in bed. All of my carers have a very good sence of humour and we all et on exctremely well.

RadfieldHomeCare have supported myself and my elderly mother who has Alzheimers disease
since April 2025.
After my initial phone enquiry and first meeting with the Care Manager, I felt so relieved!
I found the Care Manager to be very understanding and supportive, I was assured that my mothers care needs would be met .
The Carers that visit my mother are all very professional, kind and caring towards my mother.
The Office staff are also very polite and helpful whenever I phone to update them on my mothers medication
etc.
My mothers care is revised regularly at a meeting with myself and my mother. I am also kept to date with any
issues or concerns that the Carers notice regarding my mothers welfare.

So I am extremely happy with the care and support that Radfield provide.

Overall Experience

Although I've marked my review as November 2025, Radfield have been excellent right from my first contact with them in July when they came to discuss and assess needs. Their care and attention to detail has been excellent and the carers really do care. Mum's needs vary a little from day to day and week to week but the carers are easily able to adapt and discuss with mum what she needs. I can't say it any clearer than they really do care.

From the start, my experience with dealing with all the staff has been very professional and the care has been amazing. The care package was put in place within 12 hours and then when we needed to change the timings, it was done straight away to accommodate my friends needs. The care from all of the carers have been outstanding. They have all gone far and beyond what was expected from them.. the communication I've had on the app has been brilliant and also when I've called and talk to someone about my friends needs I couldn't have asked for anything better than the service that they have provided. It has helped my friend recovery. thank you for that.

Radfield have been helping with the care of my Dad for around 18 months and we have been very happy with the standard of care provided. Recently my dad had a fall and was discovered by his carer Debbie who was marvellous - she called the ambulance and myself and stayed with Dad until she knew he had been given the once over by the medical team and that I was feeling confident enough to take over his care. Her calm professionalism kept both me and my Dad calm in what were very difficult circumstances. After Dads fall it was clear that he would need more care visits than before and Radfield really stepped up and organised two extra visits a day with very short notice.Once he was discharged from the hospital at home team Cindy performed miracles and organised yet another new rota with less than a weeks notice that met my Dads wishes for an early and late visit and also used his favourite carers. So reassuring to be dealing with such lovely people - thank you !

My mother was finding it increasingly difficult to care for my father who has Alzheimer's disease. We are so pleased we found Radfield Home Care. Since they began daily visits a couple of months ago she has started to feel more like her 'old self'. The company make every effort to offer continuity of carers and send a schedule a week in advance so my parents know who to expect each morning. The carers are very friendly and have taken time to get to know my parents. We've made a couple of changes to the care plan and have always found the office staff very responsive, updates have been made swiftly and efficiently. Knowing a carer is visiting every morning gives me peace of mind and had relieved some of the pressure of being a carer for my mother.

My mother was struggling to care for my father, who has Parkinson's and was very resistant to getting help. However, we engaged Radfield's, initially for once a day and then extended this to twice a day and this supported them both. I appreciated getting the rota beforehand so that I could advise them on who would be visiting and at what time. The Carers provided excellent care, with a couple of them being absolutely outstanding, especially one Carer who assisted my mother in contacting the paramedics when it was necessary for my father to go into hospital on two occasions. He has now been discharged into a nursing home because of his increased needs but we are grateful to the Carers who primarily looked after my father but ultimately supported them both!

Radfield Home Care have been visiting mother on a daily basis since she returned home after a period of respite in residential care, in June 2023.
They provided her with much practical help, but perhaps more importantly, they gave companionship throughout, which kept her spirits lively, whilst living alone.
Over the months they reviewed her situation, and adapted their care plan to her changing needs; sometimes at very short notice.
Mother passed away recently, in her own home. Throughout the challenging final weeks the carers went above and beyond, supporting mum with compassion, respecting her dignity, and at the same time, discreetly supporting our family.

They are a very good company and the carers are very good at their jobs they are trained very well and very professional in what they do and they take my wife out shopping and to trust places and sometimes take her to hospital appointments.

We found Radfield Home Care after an internet search. We needed care for my mother-in-law as she was due to have her cataract done and we knew she would have needed regular care for a period of time. We were very satisfied with the length of the initial assessment meeting with the manager at my mother-in-law's house. Very professionally conducted interview, ad hoc questions asked, special attention to the interest, needs, and character of the client, her desires, the things she would have liked or not, etc, all very relevant to the future interaction needed with the staff. All the staff and especially the one put in charge of my mother-in-law's needs and rotas, have been acting very professionally, caring, and often when needed gone beyond their duties to help her and make her feel at ease. Overall we are very pleased with the services provided and will continue to use them until needed and keep them as first choice for future situations should they arise. Richard Gordon

Richard, owner and director of Radfield Home Care Camberley, Farnborough & Fleet has a wealth of experience and knowledge of the health and social care sector.

As a qualified care manager with experience in successfully running large-scale care operations, Richard has qualifications in both management and leadership in health and social care.

Richard explains, “I spent 10 years of my career prior to moving into social care managing businesses within the recruitment industry, however, I always knew that I wanted to move into a more service-driven sector and role, where my input would have a positive impact directly on people’s lives. My initial role in the care sector was as a registered branch manager of a home care service - a ‘hands-on’ role, making a positive difference to individuals every day.”

Richard was subsequently promoted to an area manager role, spending most of his day on the road and soon realised that the role was too far removed from the service itself, and took the decision to return to the service delivery that he’d loved from the start.

Richard adds, “As a registered care manager, I developed a true passion to want to open my own home care business in my local community - providing high-quality person-centred care and support services and offering exceptional employment and career opportunities.”

We would like to introduce you to Claire, Operations Manager for Radfield Home Care Camberley, Farnborough & Fleet. Claire is responsible for the day-to-day running of the office in line with CQC regulations and also for ensuring that the service is safe, caring, responsive, effective and well-led. Claire is the key point of contact for carers, clients and their families and promotes individuals’ wellbeing at all times.

Claire has a wealth of experience working in care, having spent the last 10 years working within the Health and Social Care sector. Her career has been focused specifically around domiciliary care, where she spent time as a Care Professional, Field Care Supervisor, Care Coordinator and Deputy Manager. This breadth of experience has given Claire a clear understanding of the challenges facing the industry.

Claire tells us:

“I bring over a decade of knowledge and experience in home care. My role and experience will benefit the clients at Radfield because I will ensure that all clients are receiving a service of the utmost quality. With my experience, I have come to understand the balance between what works best in practice and remaining open to new innovative ways of working.”

Claire is a natural when it comes to care, she loves spending time with people and building lasting relationships with clients. She goes on to say:
