We met before my mother was dependant on home care. The carers were respectful and allowed our mum to chose what support she needed. She was able to build lovely relationships with three regular carers. Therefore, as her needs increased she felt comfortable accepting their care and support.
The carers were always kind and respectful as well as professional.
All communication with managers and office staff has also be positive. They are always available and very responsive.
I whole heartedly recommend Radfield Home Care in all respects.

My mum has been extremely pleased with her regular carers. They are professional in looking after her daily needs but also have been friendly and chatty about every day life. Most importantly to my mum they have embraced looking after her beloved dog.

We have been using Radfield for a while now and overall are very happy with the service. Our regular carers are brilliant at meeting mum's needs and if I need to make changes to her care it is dealt with promptly. They make sure she is comfortable and help her to maintain her dignity at all times. I have never had to worry that they won't turn up which has allowed me to continue working and mum to remain safely and comfortably in her own home. If I had any criticism it would be their cancellation policy which if you request your visits on a weekly basis means it is not possible to cancel a visit without charges being applied. On the positive side I have had to request extra visits on occasion and they have been able to cover these.

Generally happy with the service provided, but some areas could be better. All the carers are pleasant. Written English could be better. Some use their initiative more than others. Luckily I live next door.

From the first meeting to assess her needs and to find out what her preferences were and all her likes and dislikes, they really listened to her and respected her wishes. They also didn't rush her.
As much as possible was documented for them to
help her and to allow her to trust them and to feel safe with all the care that she increasingly needed. This was then put into practice on a daily basis. All the carers were so kind and gentle. They all did their best to help her to be comfortable and they often had to adapt at very short notice to her changing health and circumstances.
The office team were also tremendously supportive, super efficient and effective at providing extra care when required, but also their communication was excellent.
They made her feel safe and really 'cared' for.
I wholeheartedly recommend them.

Staff come to sit with my husband so I can have some me time going to Pilates knowing he is safe so I can relax and enjoy time away from the house. It is usually the same three people so knows he will be calling. Nice to have a change of personnel.

Two members of staff in particular are amazing in supporting my Dad. They are attentive, caring, thoughtful, considerate and very helpful. Another staff member too when she is free. Your unconditional reliable support has enabled my dad to remain at home where he wants to be. Carers are always professional and caring towards my mother-in-law. Their visits are welcomed and break up the day for her. Nothing is too much trouble and any (rare) issues are dealt with quickly. We have been using Radfield Home Care for about 18 months, and have had several different carers over this period. As my husband's condition has deteriorated, we now have four visits daily, with two carers on three of these visits. We find almost all the carers to be efficient, friendly, well trained and generally very professional. We couldn't manage without them.

Radfield Home Care provided daytime and nighttime care for my mother during her battle with Motor neurone disease (MND). Both my mum and dad had nothing but good things to say about all the carers and the service they provided. They often went above and beyond to help my parents during an extremely difficult time. Everyone from the carers to the Company Director was so invested in my mum's wellbeing. Combining the skills and experience acquired from working in advertising, and the domiciliary care sector Akash will be able to drive enquiries for clients and most importantly recruit the best Care Professionals.
We would like to introduce you to Charlotte Skinner, registered care manager for Radfield Home Care Loughborough, Charnwood & Melton Mowbray. She is responsible for the day-to-day running of the office in line with CQC regulations and also for ensuring that the service is safe, caring, responsive, effective and well-led.
