We have been using Radfield for a while now and overall are very happy with the service. Our regular carers are brilliant at meeting mum's needs and if I need to make changes to her care it is dealt with promptly. They make sure she is comfortable and help her to maintain her dignity at all times. I
have never had to worry that they won't turn up which has allowed me to continue working and mum to remain safely and comfortably in her own home. If I had any criticism it would be their cancellation policy which if you request your visits on a weekly basis means it is not possible to cancel a visit without charges being applied. On the positive side I have had to request extra visits on occasion and they have been able to cover these.

Wd find the carers who come to assist Norman are very kind, respectful and very nice people. They are very professional and enjoy what they come to do.
They always ask if there is anything they can help with
We are very grateful for their help as myself (wife Gill) could not to get my husband
Norman ready in the morning at the moment.

Mum's care has been exceptional. The carers are professional, kind and patient. Nothing is too much trouble. They follow mum's care plan
and act on anything else that is required.
A detailed record of each visit is completed by the carer, which I can view, along with the names of the carers who
will be visiting over the next few days.
If I have a query, I can phone the office and am always met with a friendly, supportive response.
I would highly recommend Radfield Home Care.

Have service worker Winki, she is punctual, polite and overall a positive worker for my daughter who can be difficult. She handles her most carefully. Completely happy with the service provided. And would like this to continue.

Generally happy with the service provided, but some areas could be better. All the carers are pleasant. Written English could be better. Some use their initiative more than others. Luckily I live next door.

Mum is happy with care and support they give her. She knows she needs their for support. They are always polite
and now they know her needs. Mum is changing but they do help with that. The main thing is she is being looked after, and I too feel happy with the support they give her.

My mother started using this service in December 2024.
From the first meeting to assess her needs and to find out what her preferences were and all her likes and dislikes, they really listened to her and respected her wishes. They also didn't rush her.
As much as possible was documented for them
to
help her and to allow her to trust them and to feel safe with all the care that she increasingly needed. This was then put into practice on a daily basis. All the carers were so kind and gentle. They all did their best to help her to be comfortable and they often had to adapt at very short notice to her changing health and circumstances.
The office team were also tremendously supportive, super efficient and effective at providing extra care when required, but also their communication was excellent.
They made her feel safe and really 'cared' for.
I wholeheartedly recommend them.

Always on time and very pleasant.
Interesting conversation.
Staff come to sit with my husband so I can have some me time going to Pilates knowing he is safe so I can relax and enjoy time away from the house. It is usually the same three people so knows he will be calling. Nice to have a change of
personnel.
They check he has a drink before they leave.

Two members of staff in particular are amazing in supporting my Dad. They are attentive, caring, thoughtful, considerate and very helpful. Another staff member too when she is free. Your unconditional reliable support has enabled my dad to remain at home where he wants to be. Any problems or queries
are sorted out efficiently and in a timely manner by another two members of staff. Thank you so much

Unparalleled service. Consistent attention to detail. The carer allocated to my mother doesn't just provide great care, she also brings my mother joy. I am totally confident in the care my mother receives. Highly recommend!

Excellent service from the start.
Carers very friendly and caring - always approachable. Very helpful and accommodating when we had a few minor emergency situations. Office staff and management also very helpful and understanding.

Carers are always professional and caring towards my mother-in-law. Their visits are welcomed and break up the day for her. Nothing is too much trouble and any (rare) issues are dealt with quickly. All activities are carried out carefully and respectfully. The family are confident that my

Radield has recently responded well to changes needed to make the care plan to suit Dad's needs and get to a team of care professionals. He and us are happy with it.

We have been using Radfield Home Care for about 18 months, and have had several different carers over this period. As my husband's condition has deteriorated, we now have four visits daily, with two carers on three of these visits. We find almost all the carers to be efficient, friendly, well
trained and generally very professional. We couldn't manage without them.

Radfield Home Care provided daytime and nighttime care for my mother during her battle with Motor neurone disease (MND). Both my mum and dad had nothing but good things to say about all the carers and the service they provided. They often went above and beyond to help my parents during an extremely
difficult time. Everyone from the carers to the Company Director was so invested in my mum's wellbeing. It was so comforting for us as a family to know that such lovely and caring people were looking after my mum and taking some of the pressure off my dad. Thank you to all at Radfield Home Care.

I cannot praise the staff highly enough, we had an incident that I needed a carer for an evening at short notice and this was provided for us, she was an absolute star and coped extremely caring, kindly and efficiently with a difficult situation. A huge thank you to her.

Radfield have adapted to provide the most appropriate care for our mother. Their carers are kind, compassionate and reliable. They will do the jobs our Mum requests of them, find jobs or just stay and chat. Their help means that Mum can remain independent in her own home.

I cannot praise the staff highly enough. They are really caring and respect you and nothing is too much trouble. As I haven't got any family, they make you feel like family.
