I have no hesitation in recommending Radfield Care, Bath, in particular, the wonderful Christina who not only manages the service and her staff superbly, but also does a great deal of the caring herself, setting a very high standard for her staff to aspire to.

As soon as Christina and her team began looking after my mother, things looked up, and my mother's interest in life was reawakened. Every evening, Christina encouraged my mother to choose an outfit to wear the next day; she was there again the next morning to help my mother wash and dress, to add a necklace, and make the final choice of perfume.

And as the illness progressed, Christina and her team continued to work with superb professionalism, coping with all situations with great compassion, empathy and kindness.

Thank you, Christina, for bringing the joy and fun back to my mother's life as she neared her end. You truly are a carer in a million.

Very pleased with service. The carers and management support was very good, I see my aunt every week and she has been saying all the good things they supported with exercises, getting to walk, organised bed, commode and all other equipment needs. They are always happy and friendly. I'm so pleased that she is very well looked after.

My experience of my carer has - and - is been exceptional. She has a happy personality which helps when I'm feeling a bit 'down'. She is very knowledgeable which obviously gives me confidence. If she wasn't my carer, I'd like her to be my friend.

Mary is so grateful for the care given by Radfield Home Care. She totally relys on their support to ensure that she eats properly, takes her medication, blood pressure and has reminders of things that need to be done. Since the carers have been visiting and caring for my auntie I have nothing but praise and good things to say. They are so kind respectful;, thoughtful in many ways. They take pride in their work, and my auntie is happy with all they do for her in making her comfortable, to making her food, assisting with hygiene and helping to walk, as her mobility is difficult. They are a very good team.

Christina and her team are just wonderful. There is nothing that they would not do to ensure the safety and well being of my mother. They truly are life changing in the sense that they are ensuring she is able to remain in her own home, surrounded by everything she knows and loves. Every care and attention is given to ensuring my mother has the absolute best. Their kindness and the manner in which Christina and her team engage with my mother is so appreciated and important. Radfield Homecare have provided excellent care for my mother and go above and beyond. They have made her life so much better and she is healthier and happier as a result. We feel so lucky to have found such an excellent company to look after our mum.

From what I can see all the carers are kind and diligent. Mum seems content to see them. I don't have much direct contact but the notes on the app are very helpful and pretty thorough. I would recommend them.

My brother has several care providers over the years - Radfield Home Care were by far the best. They gave fantastic physical care and also built up a personal connection so that both my brother and I considered them as friends. My uncle was cared for by Radfield for the last few months of his life and they made such a difference. Radfield has given me the service I needed. I can manage my personal care but it is an advantage to have a carer nearby (outside) the bathroom when I shower and the bathroom floor mopped and grab rails, shower pipes and basin rubbed over. It is helpful to have the bed made and toast and tea prepared by the carer and cuts the time it would take me to get downstairs from an hour to half an hour and less stressed. Thank you.
