Lisa’s background is enriched with extensive experience in managerial positions across diverse sectors like finance, health care and education. Devoted to enhancing the quality of life for those around her, Lisa is recognised for her dedicated approach. Besides her professional engagements, Lisa enjoys spending time with her family and supporting local community organisations in Hornchurch and Upminster.
Charlotte is at the very heart of Radfield Home Care Brentwood & Basildon as the Registered Care Manager. Devoted to maintaining the highest standards of care, Charlotte supervises the smooth running of the office in compliance with CQC regulations. Her role also includes leading the team in shaping our service to be safe, caring, responsive, and effective.
