Lisa is the owner and director of Radfield Home Care Brentwood & Basildon. An experienced home care professional in the Brentwood area, Lisa has also been running the award-winning Radfield Home Care Havering & Romford since 2017.

Lisa’s role encompasses support for both clients and the care team across the local branches. Lisa’s background is enriched with extensive experience in managerial positions across diverse sectors like finance, health care and education. Devoted to enhancing the quality of life for those around her, Lisa is recognised for her dedicated approach. Besides her professional engagements, Lisa enjoys spending time with her family and supporting local community organisations in Hornchurch and Upminster.

Charlotte is at the very heart of Radfield Home Care Brentwood & Basildon as the Registered Care Manager. Devoted to maintaining the highest standards of care, Charlotte supervises the smooth running of the office in compliance with CQC regulations. Her role also includes leading the team in shaping our service to be safe, caring, responsive, and effective.

Throughout her career, Charlotte has shown immense dedication to the care sector. Joining Radfield Home Care in September 2017, Charlotte’s stellar work ethic and unwavering commitment quickly propelled her upwards through the ranks. Starting off as a care worker, she was elevated to the position of Field Care Supervisor within a few short months in January 2018. Less than a year later, she earned promotions to the role of Deputy Care Manager.
