“I’m a healthcare professional, but also the proud husband of a registered nurse. Care is my family business, and I’m passionate about providing quality client-centred care, but also dedicated to providing a market-leading workplace for carers.
I’ve always been committed and passionate about providing high-quality care, but I’m always keen to look at new ways of enhancing and enriching people’s lives and creating memories that will stay with them for the rest of their lives.”

What has inspired you to want to be involved in the adult social care sector?

How do you feel your role, and your experience, will benefit Radfield’s clients?
“I have broad experience working with a range of care needs from learning disabilities, dementia and older people to palliative and complex care. My approach to care provision is one that is flexible, caring and outcome focused. No two packages of care are the same and so the approach should reflect this.”
