Radfield have been looking after my Mum for nearly 2 years. The care they have provided has been of the highest standard and all team members clearly take pride in delivering an appropriate and compasionate care service. I have no hestitation in recommending Radfield as a care service provider.

Overall Experience

We contacted a staff member at Radfield after our Mother needed additional care at home. My brother and I are several hours away from Mum and we needed daily support. The service provided by Radfield has been excellent and our Mother has bonded really well with another member of staff and the team and the relationship has developed as they got to know each other. It is a huge relief to know that she is in such excellent hands and the ability to flex the care has been fantastic.

Overall Experience

We have been using the service for about 2 months now. Mum has gone from being slightly unsure about it all at first to being quite relaxed now about twice weekly visits to support her and dad with daily tasks around the home. We have had regular communication from Radfield Home Care and they have been supportive in making sure the services they provide are personalised and reviewed regularly.

Overall Experience

From the beginning the care provided has been compassionate and attentive towards my parents. Mums carers provide more than just basic care and assistance they show warmth and dignity towards mum in her daily life and are extremely kind and considerate with dad. They have formed a friendship which is good to see. It has given the family peace of mind knowing mum and dad are well cared for. We are grateful for the service and would recommend the company to anyone.

I contacted Radfield Home Care to support my mum following her discharge from the hospital after fracturing her hip. From the first contact, the Radfield team were very responsive and understanding. This was the first time my mum had required any home support and the manager was very reassuring at the first visit and gave my mum confidence at a very vulnerable time. The team were able to accommodate my mum at short notice at her preferred time of visits. My mum really appreciated a follow-up telephone call on one occasion when she had been unsteady to check she was ok. We really appreciated Radfield’s flexibility to reduce the visits over the next month as my mum’s strength and confidence returned. Many thanks for your support, we wouldn’t hesitate to use your service again.

After a hospital stay, a bad fall and respite care in a care home, my mother wanted to return to her own home.
The best option for her to retain her independence was a live-in carer.
After speaking with several Harrogate agencies, I decided on Radfield Home Care. I could not be more impressed with their dedication, professionalism and the time and effort they have taken to find experienced, well-trained and dedicated live-in carers. We have a regular four-week live-in carer and then a two-week live-in carer.
The owner and manager are amazing.
I feel that my mother has fantastic support from Radfield Home Care and the excellent carers they provide.

We have used this service for three months now.

Overall Experience
Dad, at 86 and living independently, had reached a time when he needed some additional help, particularly first thing in the morning.
We contacted Radfield and were very impressed with their polite, professional manner and service offering, which was very flexible to Dad’s needs.
A member of the team turns up punctually every agreed morning and, with a smile, helps Dad get ready for the day ahead. His confidence has improved significantly, and I have peace of mind knowing that someone reliable will be there to help him.

We will have no hesitation in asking Radfield for additional help as and when the need arises.

The care I received was splendid. My needs were assessed, suggestions made and the outcome was exactly what I needed. This has started me off on the road to recovery from a hip replacement operation with confidence. I shall have no hesitation in engaging your services for the other hip operation due around October.

Matthew Nutting opened Radfield Home Care North Leeds & Ilkley with his father, Jonathan Nutting in 2023. This was their second Radfield Home Care office after Radfield Home Care Harrogate, Wetherby & North Yorkshire which opened in 2018. The expansion into Ilkley is thanks to the determination of the father & son pair and the dedication of their fantastic team.

With his years of experience as an occupational therapist and community roles in both NHS and private care settings, Matthew brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the business. He is passionate about allowing individuals to live comfortably in their own homes and is dedicated to providing the best possible care and support for clients and their families.

Matthew ensures everyone in the office has the necessary skills and qualifications to provide the excellent service they’re renowned for. Matthew is also committed to continually improving standards of care within the organisation, always striving to improve the lives of his clients and Care Professionals.
