Joanne worked in a children’s residential home for 4 years followed by working in a hospital for mental health with adults for 2 years. She then spent 2 years in supported living services for all ages, and then a further 4 years in a joint supported living and residential setting focused on autism and challenging behaviour for adults over 18. Joanne soon moved into operations management for 2 years in a hospital mental health setting and the NHS, where she managed a team from various companies to support the elderly in their homes.
With her team management experience and many roles she has had in the care sector, Joanne can confidently and effectively provide care in the community for those needing assistance.
