Following my return from hospital I used the live in care for a week and then two visits a day for a further two weeks until I was confident I could manage safely on my own. The carers were wonderful and it was lovely having the same carer every visit. The company were very good and happy to discuss my needs and all concerned were brilliant. I would recommend them to anyone needing help. Brilliant service

The young lady who comes to be with my wife is an absolute joy. She is caring and thoughtful. My wife is always delighted to see her and clearly remembers her which says a lot as my wife has advanced Alzheimer's.

I am writing this on behalf of my husband, Keith, who is your client. We are very pleased with the service. The carer is hard working, kind, and has an excellent relationship with Keith and myself. She is compassionate but does her job very well and efficiently. Management is very good, also shows an interest in Keith's wellbeing.

After an appalling experience with a previous care agency, I am delighted with the above care agency has been excellent staff obviously "care" and generally think beyond the plan doing extra for my care. This is so appreciated.

Management and the team have been so accommodating and flexible in the organisation and delivery of care. This with a gentle, compassionate approach ensuring her needs are met and she is able to maintain her dignity and feel empowered in the receiving of care.

My Mother has late stage Altzheimers, needing full time care in all aspects of mobility/personal care. My Father at 81yrs was unable to cope but extremely reluctant to bring in outside help. Even with a large family rallying round, we were at breaking point. The manager put me at ease from word go. She was professional/caring and so understanding. She fine tuned a care plan, taking a hands on approach to ensure that both my parents needs/care were met with kindness/politeness and respect . She has trained and slowly introduced other carers so that dad is comfortable and relaxed about accepting help. Radfield Home Care is so adaptable in adding/cancelling shifts. Nothing is too much trouble for them. We, as a family, are now able to take a step back/take holidays, knowing Mum and Dad are in good hands. Their help and advice has been invaluable in enabling us to keep mum at home, safe/comfortable and where she belongs. I absolutely, 100% recommend them without hesitation.

Lovely company, with hands-on managers who did everything I needed. Come to visit made me feel at ease. Didn't cost me much more than my attendance allowance which helped me still afford to go out and enjoy myself.
