We have been using Radfield Home Care for over a month now. Apart from the mutual teething problems of getting to know how times work, we have been blown away by the attention to detail. The forethought that has helped us with any issues that may arise and the overall care that has gone into every hour
that the carers spend with their client has been so reassuring. Any time I have called, there has been an immediate response. We could not have wished for a better service.

Following a long stay in hospital mums previous care package had expired and a new package was needed with increased calls. We requested Radfield based on prior knowledge of the company and thankfully they were able to take mum on. The initial assessment process was managed quickly & efficiently. The
carers were friendly, helpful, respectful and looked after mum very well over the following 18+ months. I particularly liked the ability to review the call notes via the app, especially while away on holiday, etc. Mum's care needs continued to increase over time and Radfield was able to adapt & respond to this, however eventually as she required 24 hour care a move in to a Care Home became necessary. Mum & I would like to thank all the staff at Radfield for their outstanding care & support, and would highly recommend them..

24/7 care on discharge from cardiac surgery. Complete package generated quickly, accurately, and comprehensively, immediately tested in reality and adjusted accordingly. Every attendance on time, complete, professional and friendly, a heavy burden undertaken with confidence. All concerned in delivery,
supervision and relevant management consulted with me and feedback positively encouraged. Experience compares favourably with hospital which went before. Exceptional performance for a very reasonable price.

Radfield have been caring for my elderly mum since July 2024. All of their staff members have been brilliant throughout this time. The carers are punctual, professional and always treat my mum as their priority. Nothing is too much trouble and, if any alterations have been needed to the care plan, Radfield's

Radfield Home Care have been helping with my mum regularly for 5 months now. Mum is in her late 90's and was recently diagnosed with dementia which is mild at the moment. She is also housebound but actually lives on her own. Radfield supply just the extra help I need so I know someone has been there
to make sure all is ok, and drinks and meals are provided but more importantly that mum has had some friendly company. The Radfield staff were very understanding and easy to talk to. A plan was tailor made for my mum and they take a lot of information on board to do this. Mum has found all the carers really friendly. It is no problem to pop into their office and ask questions or update things. They make you feel at ease and you also feel very secure with the service they provide.

All the carers have been wonderfull with my mum. They go above and beyond . She came out of hospital before Christmas and radfield care stepped in to provide her care . I have felt happy knowing someone is going in to mum. Excellent care company would recommend to anyone .

Mum has now moved into a Care Home but during the last 10 months in her own home Radfield care were indispensable. They were so caring, kind and respectful towards mum and made sure that she got washed and dressed, ate and drank, took her tablets and was comfortable. We were struggling to cover all
Mum's needs and Radfield carers gave us peace of mind. Communication was great and they often went above and beyond to make sure that Mum was safe and well - letting us know when there were any concerns. We would definitely recommend Radfield Home Care if you're looking for extra help for yourself or your loved ones.

He has worked in home care since 2007 in various roles from project management to multi-site management. I then worked for a finance company for a couple of years and progressed from Receptionist to a New Business Clerk. I then moved to the Santander Retail Contact Centre, I then moved into the Fraud Contact Centre within the first 12 months and progressed to a Contact Centre Team Leader, managing a team of 15 call handlers, dealing with customer escalations, complaints and making sure the customer journey was smooth. I remained with the bank for 11 years and only left due to redundancy. I wanted a new role which would be more engaging with people and moved to the North West Ambulance as a call handler which I really enjoyed and remained there for 7 months. I then moved to a home care company as a Recruitment Consultant and progressed to a Recruitment Account manager.”


“When I initially joined the home care company I had never worked in the care sector and couldn’t answer questions potential candidates would ask. I completed my care certificate training within the first 8 weeks and delivered home care for some time. This gave me the knowledge and experience to help and reassure potential candidate queries. I enjoy recruitment and getting to speak with a variety of people on a day-to-day basis.”
