Very helpful and efficient in all my needs and extremely nice carers. They cheer me up.
Thank you for taking the time to provide such a positive review and pleased to read that the staff cheer you up too.
Your staff support my wife when I go to the shops. They do very well.
Thank you for sharing such positive feedback about our services.
I have found the care very helpful, patient and appreciated.
Thank you for such a glowing review - our aim is to provide high-quality care and we are so pleased to read this.
My mum who's elderly, was not looking forward to four carers a day. I have nothing but praise for the home care she has had post-trauma. The care is exemplary, making sure my mum eats and drinks, and have become friends with my mum on a first-name basis. The agency is professional and I'm so glad I can write this review.
We are delighted to read such a positive review of our services. I know the team really enjoy visiting your mum and help your mum recover at home.
I have been able to keep my independence which is very important to me. I have been able to give my opinion on all matters relating to my health needs and home needs. There are some things because of my lung condition which I need help with such as hoovering or having to bend to get in linen drawers and bed making when sheets need changing. The District Nurses tend to my dressings being assessed for correct compression stockings which should help.
Thank you for taking the time to review our services - helping to support our clients to maintain their independence is a key objective for us and I'm pleased to read this within your feedback.
Radfield Home Care was recommended to us as Dad needed carers at home 4 times/day after spending 12 weeks in hospital last year. The carers looking after Dad were brilliant, so compassionate, helpful, reliable and professional. They helped Dad to get walking again and eat and he loved the banter he had with them. Dad had the same team of carers who he built up a good rapport with during the 8 months they cared for Dad - they really got to know Dad and were all good, although Dad did have his favourites who he saw most days. A lot of care companies use agency staff and have too many different carers going in, which we did not want for Dad, we wanted a smaller team of the same carers that Dad was familiar with and could get to really know Dad and not just treat him as a number. Please thank all your carers who cared for Dad so well, and who made the last 8 months of his life as good as they could possibly be in his own home. The family are very grateful.
Thank you for taking the time to complete such a glowing review of our services - we believe our care team are truly special and your fantastic feedback supports this, which is really appreciated.
All round excellent service. Office staff very helpful and approachable. Carers are fantastic, nothing too much trouble. Have a good laugh which really cheers my mum up. They become more like friends and family and trust them 100%.
A fantastic review of the service and we thank you very much for providing this. We know the staff really enjoy your mum's company. We couldn't ask for better feedback about the service.
Our mother is navigating changes through dementia and struggling with tasks and life skills some days more than others. We engaged Radfield at the end of November 2023 and began care early December 2023. The care is excellent and their professionalism and genuine caring approach has transformed our mum's life and ours. Since December her needs have increased and the team have accommodated every change with sensitivity and professionalism, as my mum struggles to accept her diminishing abilities. We can not praise this team enough. Whilst mom has developed some close relationships with 2 carers in particular every carer has been wonderful and their professionalism and skill is evident. Having access to the visits and care plan and updates daily is excellent and helps us all manage care needs and puts our family's minds to rest. Our aim is to keep Mum as independent as possible. Whilst none ever wants to need care - if you or a loved one does this is the team to engage with.
We are really overwhelmed with such an excellent review of our services - we totally appreciate how difficult it can be transitioning to having a formal package of care and we are so happy that this has worked well. Our care team are truly amazing and reading such reviews confirms this. We will be recognising and rewarding the staff involved in your mum's package of care.
I am really happy with the service I have received.
Thank you for taking the time to review our service and to read that you are really happy with the service.
Supporting my mum since January 2023. From a great office management team to the lovely carers who visit my mum, they are all professional, understanding of my cultural mum's needs, caring individuals who keep my mum happy and safe living in her home. Thank you Radfield Home Care for an excellent service.
Thank you so much for taking the time to review the service. We are delighted you are pleased with the service and will pass your comments on to the staff.
I was ashamed to accept care and Radfield above other companies was a stark contrast, so much so, that I eventually got rid of the old care company to come over to Radfield for all my care needs. The staff are helpful and respectable, additionally so professional within their mannerisms, thoughtful and encouraging. I nursed my mother until her death and encountered many care companies and above all, I feel Radfield are superior to most I have encountered over the years.
Thank you for such a lovely review. It means alot to receive such positive feedback, and we look forward to continuing to provide an excellent service in the future.
They take very good caring and attitude with my wife. I would highly recommend them and the service they provide.
Thank you for such a kind review about the service - it's a pleasure supporting your wife at home.
All staff are very well trained, compassionate and professional. I have only joined Radfield in late January 2024. I had been with another care provider. The Radfield staff have a great detailed care plan which enables staff to know what I need in which order. They are very organised and there was a seamless transition. The team have really boosted my confidence and self-esteem.
It brings so much satisfaction reading this brilliant feedback about the service. We recognize that it can be difficult when changing care provider so to read that the transition was smooth for you is fantastic - many thanks for your kind words which we'll be sharing with the team.
I am happy to use Radfield services and benefit from their considerable expertise.
Thank you for taking the time to review us and providing such positive comments. We are really pleased to hear of the benefits of our services.
They have helped us as a family to step back from being Mum’s carers and to continue to be family and allow Mum to enjoy family life.
They are also innovative and support the family to keep Mum safe in her own home which is her priority and our priority as a family.
We are really delighted with this review and thank you for such positive feedback!
They are professional, punctual and courteous at all times, ensuring all my brother's needs are met during his rehabilitation.
Thank you for such a positive review - we aim to be exceptional and when we hear it, it really does mean so much. Thank you!
Excellent care for my mum. She feels very safe with all staff and they all treat her with respect and dignity. It gives the family great peace of mind knowing that Mum is receiving support and care on a daily basis. This enables her to remain independent and live in her own home which is what she wants. Thank you.
Firstly, we appreciate you taking the time to provide this review. Providing excellent care is what we aim to deliver, so we are delighted to read this positive review. I know the care team really enjoy visiting your mum to assist her in living independently in her own home. Your kind words are really appreciated and will be shared with the team.
The team have been supportive of our need for the right care for my mum since we first started with them in early December 2023. They have always been flexible, positive and helpful. The carers who come to care for my mum at home are kind, warm and caring - as well as friendly and always professional!
We really appreciate such a positive review of the service - it really means a lot, thank you. We ensure that we have a team that is first and foremost kind and caring. So to hear this within your comments is really pleasing. We are pleased that we have the opportunity to care for your mum and to assist her in living within her own home.
Overall, I have had a very positive experience. All of my mum's carers have been kind and put Mum's needs first. They have also given me support and listened when I have had worries over what is a frightening time. They have all been very supportive of me, my husband and most of all, my mum.
Thank you for such a lovely review. I'm delighted to hear such positive comments about the care team.
Radfield has been a lifesaver for Mum. I'm so relieved that Mum is now being looked after all day. She looks forward to the carer's visits and loves their company. The carers are kind and efficient, nothing is too much trouble, and they are never in a rush.
Thank you for such a lovely review, and we're pleased the care staff have had such a positive impact on your Mum.

She also ensures that our carer and client information is compliant with the Care Quality Commission’s regulations.
Louise details her wealth of fantastic experiences:
“I have worked in a number of roles in the past having been in the Royal Air Force for a number of years until I had my daughter. I then worked for a finance company for a couple of years and progressed from Receptionist to a New Business Clerk. I then moved to the Santander Retail Contact Centre, I then moved into the Fraud Contact Centre within the first 12 months and progressed to a Contact Centre Team Leader, managing a team of 15 call handlers, dealing with customer escalations, complaints and making sure the customer journey was smooth. I remained with the bank for 11 years and only left due to redundancy. I wanted a new role which would be more engaging with people and moved to the North West Ambulance as a call handler which I really enjoyed and remained there for 7 months. I then moved to a home care company as a Recruitment Consultant and progressed to a Recruitment Account manager.”
“When I initially joined the home care company I had never worked in the care sector and couldn’t answer questions potential candidates would ask. I completed my care certificate training within the first 8 weeks and delivered home care for some time. This gave me the knowledge and experience to help and reassure potential candidate queries. I enjoy recruitment and getting to speak with a variety of people on a day-to-day basis.”
As a former recruitment consultant, Louise knows exactly how to find the best carers:
“I am aware of the recruitment needs for home care and how to identify good quality care professionals. I’m also familiar with North Liverpool and Sefton having previously recruited for these areas. Working in the community gives me an understanding of what the care professionals in the community go through each day – engaging with lots of different people, from potential candidates to clients and other HCPs. I have care certificate training, previous managerial experience, knowledge of the local areas and an understanding of the recruitment challenges within the care sector.”
