Dad has been a client of Radfield Home Care for several months now. The staff members who visit are all caring and very friendly and are proactive in looking for what Dad needs at any given time. They have reliably attended within the timescales agreed and have been able to gain Dad's trust. Not sure what the future holds but we have a reliable care regime provided by staff who clearly think a lot of Dad.

We moved to Radfield, Chippenham, from another local carer provider and the improvement in quality of care was remarkable. The carers were professional, friendly and willing to help in any way they could. They seemed to be in good contact with those running the business. They also acted with integrity at the end of the care period, which was very reassuring to see.

From our very first meeting with Radfield Home Care, we both felt we had made the right decision. They were so very kind, considerate and non judgemental and instantly put us at ease.

You got the feeling that Radfield's staff, both home care and management, were driven by the desire to provide care, rather than run a business. They treated him as a friend, while still providing all the support he required. At the same time, they kept in touch with the family, giving suggestions to ensure he had the best of care.

I have to ring the office to remind them that I haven't received a rota most weeks .This would be helpful in knowing what time the carers are coming.The care that I do receive is good and satisfactory. The staff are pleasant and understanding and we enjoy a good laugh.

I was fortunate enough during my selection process to witness at first hand the interaction between some of the members of staff, and I was impressed by how well they worked as a team from the managing director down. That clinched it for me, and I am delighted to say. I have not been disappointed.
The staff turn up on time, are cheerful, good listeners, exceptionally willing and non-judgmental, but equally important perceptive and self motivating. As one with deteriorating eyesight this is a great benefit.

Over the past 2+ years they provided the highest level of care to both my parents.
From their first assessment, they were respectful and caring. Understood my parent's needs and gave invaluable guidance and advice on various issues. They were wonderful in helping us navigate our way through assessments, obtaining equipment etc. They were always available at the end of the phone and took great care in treating my parents with dignity and respect. Building a great relationship and gaining my parent's trust.
The staff were genuinely fond of and interested in my parents. And my parents loved their visits.
The carers were present just after my mum passed away and handled a very difficult situation brilliantly. Ensuring myself and more importantly my dad were supported. And this support continued in the days and weeks that followed.
It is clear that they are a great team, who all support each other. Just simply Amazing!

Radfield cared for my Mother over the last 12 months until a flood meant she needed to leave her home. My Mother could best be described as 'a character' and having in-home support was something she resisted for some time. However, when she finally accepted her need for additional support Radfield were genuinely exceptional. She wasn't always easy, as is common with those who quite logically resent their diminished capacities, but the care staff accepted her, and embraced her and she was absolutely delighted with them. They made her life easier and fully respected her wishes and needs at all times. I cannot recommend them enough. I felt we struck gold and they made that time immeasurably easier. Your dad has always been very welcoming to the Team - he is a friendly face at the beginning and end of each day and the Care Professionals really enjoy his company and looking after him. All the staff are also very supportive of my mum, who, at first, found it difficult with carers coming into her home twice a day to look after Dad, but they involve her in conversation, etc.
I find the app with reports of each visit very helpful, and I know I can ring or text management with any query.

When we needed help, Radfield Home Care was recommended to us. An initial meeting with the manager was very thorough, supportive and caring. He grasped our needs, carefully explained the system and offered a package to meet those needs. We began with care twice a week. We have a core group of staff and are really pleased with everyone. We recently had a concern which I raised with the manager. The matter was dealt with speedily, efficiently and effectively, there is very good communication. It is very daunting needing carers and feeling a loss of independence; not only are they dealing with the most personal aspects of your life but also it is allowing strangers into your home. However, having experienced carers with Radfield, we are very happy indeed and we have already increased the number of visits. All the staff are delightful, very caring, very supportive, efficient and professional as well as being friendly. We should have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

Jeremy, co-owner and director of Radfield Home Care Chippenham & North Wiltshire, has a wealth of experience across businesses both in the UK and overseas. He has worked in a variety of different roles over a broad range of sectors, from the UK supply chain industries to the Filipino travel industry, even spending time as a professional diving instructor.
“My various experiences to date have taught me how important it is that both client and employee are satisfied. The key to success is the happiness of both clients and fellow team members. Ann and I wanted to launch our own home care business to support the local community and make a positive difference to those around us. ”
Jeremy is committed to adding real value to the surrounding community. He lives in Chippenham with fellow co-owner & director, Ann Kemp, where their son attends a local school.
Jeremy has a deep understanding of the challenging process of launching a business and has the drive to ensure Radfield Home Care Chippenham & North Wiltshire provides exceptional care as well as a fantastic working environment.
Ann Kemp, co-owner and director of Radfield Home Care Chippenham & North Wiltshire, lives in Chippenham with her husband Jeremy and their son, who attends a local school. She grew up in the Philippines, where the family unit is a particularly important aspect of their society, especially the love and respect for older members.
After graduating with a business degree, Ann started her career in the food and beverage industry, later obtaining her license as a real estate broker. Ann established and managed her own real estate business, focusing on sales, leasing and managing for corporate and residential clients in Manila, the capital of the Philippines.
“I am determined to make sure that we reach those in our community who need the most help and to treat everyone with respect and dignity. Radfield’s values align completely with my own, and the focus on family is an important aspect to me.”
Ann has recently spent time working in the care sector and tells us:
