We couldn't be more satisfied with the care provided to our father. Without their help, he could not have stayed in his own home and close to his long-term partner. You got the feeling that Radfield's staff, both home care and management, were driven by the desire to provide care, rather than run
a business. They treated him as a friend, while still providing all the support he required. At the same time, they kept in touch with the family, giving suggestions to ensure he had the best of care.

I have to ring the office to remind them that I haven't received a rota most weeks .This would be helpful in knowing what time the carers are coming.The care that I do receive is good and satisfactory. The staff are pleasant and understanding and we enjoy a good laugh.

The choice of a care provider is not an easy one to take for a number of reasons. I therefore count myself lucky that a few months ago I was introduced to Radfield. Throughout all my dealings with them I have been treated as a person with my own individual requrements, rather than having to fit
into a particular mould.
I was fortunate enough during my selection process to witness at first hand the interaction between some of the members of staff, and I was impressed by how well they worked as a team from the managing director down. That clinched it for me, and I am delighted to say. I have not been disappointed.
The staff turn up on time, are cheerful, good listeners, exceptionally willing and non-judgmental, but equally important perceptive and self motivating. As one with deteriorating eyesight this is a great benefit.
All in all, Radfield are a good bet.

I cannot rate Radfield Home Care Chippenham highly enough!
Over the past 2+ years they provided the highest level of care to both my parents.
From their first assessment, they were respectful and caring. Understood my parent's needs and gave invaluable guidance and advice on various issues. They were
wonderful in helping us navigate our way through assessments, obtaining equipment etc. They were always available at the end of the phone and took great care in treating my parents with dignity and respect. Building a great relationship and gaining my parent's trust.
The staff were genuinely fond of and interested in my parents. And my parents loved their visits.
The carers were present just after my mum passed away and handled a very difficult situation brilliantly. Ensuring myself and more importantly my dad were supported. And this support continued in the days and weeks that followed.
It is clear that they are a great team, who all support each other. Just simply Amazing!

I was very pleased with all the help and suggestions and overall care of my mother. The staff were always here on time and always very friendly. It was a difficult period for Mother and she was a very independent woman, but the staff soon gained her confidence, well done, and thank you.

Radfield cared for my Mother over the last 12 months until a flood meant she needed to leave her home. My Mother could best be described as 'a character' and having in-home support was something she resisted for some time. However, when she finally accepted her need for additional support Radfield were
genuinely exceptional. She wasn't always easy, as is common with those who quite logically resent their diminished capacities, but the care staff accepted her, and embraced her and she was absolutely delighted with them. They made her life easier and fully respected her wishes and needs at all times. I cannot recommend them enough. I felt we struck gold and they made that time immeasurably easier. Thank you to the whole team.

We contacted Radfield at the start of Dad's decline into Alzheimer's. They have been amazing. Working with Dad to build a relationship and enabling us as a family to put the necessary care in place through Radfield, without Dad feeling it was being imposed on him.
As is required they are able to support
more and more with Dad and we look forward to their continued support as it extends in the future.

The daily care my Dad receives from Radfield Home Care is excellent, and all his carers are caring towards him; they keep us, the family, informed at all times, and if there is a problem, it is always sorted quickly and professionally.
All the staff are also very supportive of my mum, who, at first,
found it difficult with carers coming into her home twice a day to look after Dad, but they involve her in conversation, etc.
I find the app with reports of each visit very helpful, and I know I can ring or text management with any query.
We have been with Radfield since April and 100% know we chose the correct care team and would highly recommend them to others.

When we needed help, Radfield Home Care was recommended to us. An initial meeting with the manager was very thorough, supportive and caring. He grasped our needs, carefully explained the system and offered a package to meet those needs. We began with care twice a week. We have a core group of staff
and are really pleased with everyone. We recently had a concern which I raised with the manager. The matter was dealt with speedily, efficiently and effectively, there is very good communication. It is very daunting needing carers and feeling a loss of independence; not only are they dealing with the most personal aspects of your life but also it is allowing strangers into your home. However, having experienced carers with Radfield, we are very happy indeed and we have already increased the number of visits. All the staff are delightful, very caring, very supportive, efficient and professional as well as being friendly. We should have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

Mum couldn't be happier with the care she receives from the manager and their wonderful team of carers. Mum looks forward to every single visit and feels comfortable and safe in their care. They have been flexible with Mum's preferred visiting times and have now established a routine that works perfectly.
The carers are professional and friendly and provide help with showering, dressing, meals, medication, washing clothes and light housework if required. Mum really enjoys the easy companionship she shares with them during each visit. The communication between the carers, the office staff and myself is excellent and I am always kept up to date should any concerns be flagged during a visit. Thank you for the homecare you provide - it is playing a huge part in Mum's recovery.

Radfield Home Care have certainly lived up to their ideal of treating staff and clients equally well.
The carers are bright, cheerful and treat me with consideration and humanity. They are not only quick to respond, but are usually ahead of me in their thinking and manage to keep a sense of humour
throughout.
All of the above also applies to the admin staff and any queries are dealt with promptly and properly.
A lovely bunch of people.

I would 100% recommend Radfield Home Care. I have an 85-year-old stepfather with COPD who is not the easiest to get along with and whose health and social care needs fluctuate.
The owners and their lovely team have been such a support in every which way I and he could wish for. Going over and beyond
to support my stepfather and myself. I have used several private care companies for all different types of care for my mum in the last 4 years, who sadly passed away last year and I can be confident to say they are the best care support team I have dealt with.

Radfield Home Care (Chippenham) has provided care for my Father since December 2022 when he suddenly became very poorly. The team has always acted with kindness, sensitivity and professionalism. As Dad’s health has improved, Radfield has made every effort to ensure that his changing needs are met whenever

My husband's condition changed very quickly when we were first talking to Radfield Home Care and we needed to increase the support we originally thought was needed, but it was such a comfort to know just a phone call let me know help and support was there for us both.
My husband's condition is constantly
evolving and the good suggestions of what aids we could get to make his journey easier were very practical and helpful. Plus they helped chase up the necessary people when they did not seem to be responding.
Having someone that goes that extra step is so supportive like my own dr appointment ran late but the carer made arrangements to stay on and make sure my husband was safe and had company until I was back home.
I have now got some respite hours for myself and once again Radfield stepped in and provided care for my husband, and have comfort in knowing that all the staff are so friendly and capable.

Radfield Home Care offers a professional and wonderful service. They take on board all the necessary requirements and nothing is too much trouble for the staff. Every day the staff arrive on time with a welcoming smile and are prepared for their duties. The app is also very good for communication each

He has worked in a variety of different roles over a broad range of sectors; from the UK supply chain industries to the Filipino travel industry, even spending time as a professional diving instructor.


“My various experiences to date have taught me how important it is that both client and employee are satisfied. The key to success is the happiness of both clients and fellow team members. Ann and myself wanted to launch our own home care business to support the local community and make a positive difference to those around us. ”

Ann Kemp, co-owner and director of Radfield Home Care Chippenham & North Wiltshire lives in Chippenham with her husband Jeremy and their son who attends a local school. She grew up in the Philippines where the family unit is a particularly important aspect of their society, especially the love and respect for older members.


After graduating with a business degree, Ann started her career in the food and beverages industry, later obtaining her license as a real estate broker. Ann established and managed her own real estate business, focusing on sales, leasing and managing for corporate and residential clients in Manila, the capital of the Philippines.
