The managers and all the team of great carers and Radfield Home Care were involved in helping to care for my wife up until her death just before Christmas last year. They were the most professional, empathetic, patient, friendly and caring group of ladies. Providing care and help when I required it
most, I would not hesitate to recommend them. I found their service to be exemplary, thank you once again to all involved at Radfield in caring for my dear wife.

The first visit we had with Radfield was way more than I expected - all checks were done and many questions asked both ways. A plan was set out and despite my mum's concerns, she was on board by the time they left.
Emails/texts are always answered and nothing is ever too much trouble.
Mum seems
in a much happier place mentally and enjoys the visits from her carers who have gone out of their way to help her and make her feel comfortable and at ease with strange situations and, most importantly, she feels she's still in control of her own decisions
I highly recommend and it has allowed me time to attend my physio, health care appointments and to generally step back and have some me time.

Radfield is a professional and caring organisation who understood our family and our urgent need for care.
They visited us when we were stressed and unable to see the way forward and, at very short notice, they organised a solution with kindness and empathy.
The carers are kind, experienced and
knowledgable and of a very high standard. The carers have got to know all of us, fitting in like one of the family. I can't recommend Radfield highly enough.

Jeremy, co-owner and director of Radfield Home Care Chippenham & North Wiltshire, has a wealth of experience across businesses both in the UK and overseas. He has worked in a variety of different roles over a broad range of sectors, from the UK supply chain industries to the Filipino travel industry, even spending time as a professional diving instructor.


“My various experiences to date have taught me how important it is that both client and employee are satisfied. The key to success is the happiness of both clients and fellow team members. Ann and I wanted to launch our own home care business to support the local community and make a positive difference to those around us. ”


Jeremy is committed to adding real value to the surrounding community. He lives in Chippenham with fellow co-owner & director, Ann Kemp, where their son attends a local school.


Jeremy has a deep understanding of the challenging process of launching a business and has the drive to ensure Radfield Home Care Chippenham & North Wiltshire provides exceptional care as well as a fantastic working environment.

Ann Kemp, co-owner and director of Radfield Home Care Chippenham & North Wiltshire, lives in Chippenham with her husband Jeremy and their son, who attends a local school. She grew up in the Philippines, where the family unit is a particularly important aspect of their society, especially the love and respect for older members.


After graduating with a business degree, Ann started her career in the food and beverage industry, later obtaining her license as a real estate broker. Ann established and managed her own real estate business, focusing on sales, leasing and managing for corporate and residential clients in Manila, the capital of the Philippines.


“I am determined to make sure that we reach those in our community who need the most help and to treat everyone with respect and dignity. Radfield’s values align completely with my own, and the focus on family is an important aspect to me.”


Ann has recently spent time working in the care sector and tells us:


“From the start, I found working as a Care Professional both challenging and rewarding. I loved how I could make a genuinely positive difference to my client’s lives”
