Overall Experience

Mum couldn't be happier with the care she receives from the manager and their wonderful team of carers. Mum looks forward to every single visit and feels comfortable and safe in their care. They have been flexible with Mum's preferred visiting times and have now established a routine that works perfectly. The carers are professional and friendly and provide help with showering, dressing, meals, medication, washing clothes and light housework if required. Mum really enjoys the easy companionship she shares with them during each visit. The communication between the carers, the office staff and myself is excellent and I am always kept up to date should any concerns be flagged during a visit. Thank you for the homecare you provide - it is playing a huge part in Mum's recovery.

Overall Experience
Radfield Home Care have certainly lived up to their ideal of treating staff and clients equally well.
The carers are bright, cheerful and treat me with consideration and humanity. They are not only quick to respond, but are usually ahead of me in their thinking and manage to keep a sense of humour throughout.
All of the above also applies to the admin staff and any queries are dealt with promptly and properly.

A lovely bunch of people.

Overall Experience
I would 100% recommend Radfield Home Care. I have an 85-year-old stepfather with COPD who is not the easiest to get along with and whose health and social care needs fluctuate.

The owners and their lovely team have been such a support in every which way I and he could wish for. Going over and beyond to support my stepfather and myself. I have used several private care companies for all different types of care for my mum in the last 4 years, who sadly passed away last year and I can be confident to say they are the best care support team I have dealt with.

Overall Experience

Radfield Home Care (Chippenham) has provided care for my Father since December 2022 when he suddenly became very poorly. The team has always acted with kindness, sensitivity and professionalism. As Dad’s health has improved, Radfield has made every effort to ensure that his changing needs are met whenever possible. This flexibility to accommodate Dad’s needs and the level of dignity with which Dad is treated, make the care provided by Radfield quite exceptional. We are hugely grateful to the entire team Thank you.

My husband's condition changed very quickly when we were first talking to Radfield Home Care and we needed to increase the support we originally thought was needed, but it was such a comfort to know just a phone call let me know help and support was there for us both.
My husband's condition is constantly evolving and the good suggestions of what aids we could get to make his journey easier were very practical and helpful. Plus they helped chase up the necessary people when they did not seem to be responding.
Having someone that goes that extra step is so supportive like my own dr appointment ran late but the carer made arrangements to stay on and make sure my husband was safe and had company until I was back home.

I have now got some respite hours for myself and once again Radfield stepped in and provided care for my husband, and have comfort in knowing that all the staff are so friendly and capable.

Overall Experience

Radfield Home Care offers a professional and wonderful service. They take on board all the necessary requirements and nothing is too much trouble for the staff. Every day the staff arrive on time with a welcoming smile and are prepared for their duties. The app is also very good for communication each day which gives families comfort and reassurance that our loved ones are being cared for.

The managers and all the team of great carers and Radfield Home Care were involved in helping to care for my wife up until her death just before Christmas last year. They were the most professional, empathetic, patient, friendly and caring group of ladies. Providing care and help when I required it most, I would not hesitate to recommend them. I found their service to be exemplary, thank you once again to all involved at Radfield in caring for my dear wife.

Overall Experience
The first visit we had with Radfield was way more than I expected - all checks were done and many questions asked both ways. A plan was set out and despite my mum's concerns, she was on board by the time they left.
Emails/texts are always answered and nothing is ever too much trouble.
Mum seems in a much happier place mentally and enjoys the visits from her carers who have gone out of their way to help her and make her feel comfortable and at ease with strange situations and, most importantly, she feels she's still in control of her own decisions

I highly recommend and it has allowed me time to attend my physio, health care appointments and to generally step back and have some me time.

Overall Experience
Radfield is a professional and caring organisation who understood our family and our urgent need for care.
They visited us when we were stressed and unable to see the way forward and, at very short notice, they organised a solution with kindness and empathy.

The carers are kind, experienced and knowledgable and of a very high standard. The carers have got to know all of us, fitting in like one of the family. I can't recommend Radfield highly enough.

Jeremy Kemp

Jeremy, co-owner and director of Radfield Home Care Chippenham & North Wiltshire, has a wealth of experience across businesses both in the UK and overseas. He has worked in a variety of different roles over a broad range of sectors, from the UK supply chain industries to the Filipino travel industry, even spending time as a professional diving instructor.

“My various experiences to date have taught me how important it is that both client and employee are satisfied. The key to success is the happiness of both clients and fellow team members. Ann and I wanted to launch our own home care business to support the local community and make a positive difference to those around us. ”

Jeremy is committed to adding real value to the surrounding community. He lives in Chippenham with fellow co-owner & director, Ann Kemp, where their son attends a local school.

Jeremy has a deep understanding of the challenging process of launching a business and has the drive to ensure Radfield Home Care Chippenham & North Wiltshire provides exceptional care as well as a fantastic working environment.

Ann Kemp

Ann Kemp, co-owner and director of Radfield Home Care Chippenham & North Wiltshire, lives in Chippenham with her husband Jeremy and their son, who attends a local school. She grew up in the Philippines, where the family unit is a particularly important aspect of their society, especially the love and respect for older members.

After graduating with a business degree, Ann started her career in the food and beverage industry, later obtaining her license as a real estate broker. Ann established and managed her own real estate business, focusing on sales, leasing and managing for corporate and residential clients in Manila, the capital of the Philippines.

“I am determined to make sure that we reach those in our community who need the most help and to treat everyone with respect and dignity. Radfield’s values align completely with my own, and the focus on family is an important aspect to me.”

Ann has recently spent time working in the care sector and tells us:

“From the start, I found working as a Care Professional both challenging and rewarding. I loved how I could make a genuinely positive difference to my client’s lives”

It was Ann’s passion and determination to provide excellent quality of service for clients and improve the working environment for Care Professionals that led Ann and Jeremy to start their own home care business.
