Radfield Home Care Havering and Romford have been providing care for our Mother for about 3 years now. We highly recommend them. All of the care staff are patient, friendly, and skilled in caring for people living with dementia. Phone calls and emails are answered quickly and they always try to be flexible, for example when my mother is unable to attend her day center at short notice or needs a carer present when the chiropodist makes a home visit. Notes from each carer are available via the Access Care Planning app immediately after visits, which is useful, allowing us to pick up on any problems. We also really appreciate their ‘can do’ attitude in helping resolve problems as they arise if neither my sister nor I can get to my mother’s to sort things out. As well as supporting Mum they have also supported us, for example with social services needs assessments. Overall, in our experience, an excellent care provider.
Thank you for your lovely review of our service. It's great to work with Mum and the family. We are so glad you are all happy with everything.
A subsequent care package has been put in place via social services, but the support I received from Radfields during the day Saturday and Sunday was fantastic. She made enquiries on my behalf, made a home visit to discuss options and was available for any advice.
Many thanks to her and the team for their support; it was really appreciated at a difficult time.
Thank you for your kind words.
Genuinely caring at every level. All the staff I have met are kind and compassionate. The carers become more like friends and family, making people feel at ease. They make a huge difference to the quality of life for all those they interact with. I honestly cannot speak highly enough.
Thanks for your review, we appreciate your kind words. We will pass on your feedback to our care team. All the best.
Mum has had a very rapid decline from the beginning of the year when she was living independently, to now, when she needs live-in care. I don’t know what we would have done without the Radfield team. They have made what has been a very difficult time so much easier through their faultless professionalism and outstanding ability to be responsive, flexible and resourceful. All of this combined with an unerring compassion and determination to care.
This means so much to us as a team and it is a privilege to care for your mum.
Mum enjoys her days out with her carers, they keep her busy and entertained. They are always on time and keep me informed of the day's activities that they get Mum involved with. Mum looks forward to her day out every week she says it's her favourite day.
Hi, it is an absolute pleasure to support your mum! It is always a great day. Thanks, Lisa
I met Radfield Care Home carers at clubs I attended with my mother-in-law. I was impressed by how gentle, friendly, and patient they all were. I needed help in caring for my family and had no doubt about where to seek assistance. I know that when Mum is with her carers, she is happy and safe. Mum always comes back super happy and truly looks forward to her carer's days. We are really grateful to the whole team.
We will pass this feedback on to our care professionals so they know the positive impact they have on our clients and community. Thanks.
Amazing service with great people very flexible and everything we could wish for. I love the team and how they look after Mum. Couldn't recommend them highly enough. Mum has someone who visits lunchtime and evening and this can be flexed up and down when required which is very useful.
Thanks for your kind words.
I know our team have really enjoyed supporting your mum - it has been a real pleasure!
All the best.
All I can say is wow, wow, wow. Mum's carer feels more like a family member, Mum now eats regularly, has someone to chat with and I know she is safe. Honestly, if you can do this rather than a residential home. Do it.
Thanks so much for a lovely review. It is a real pleasure to support your amazing mum.
Thanks.
The care that my mum gets is first class. All the carers are amazing, caring and very kind. The whole team goes over and above in providing care. The company not only provides care at home but provides information on local activity groups and takes their clients to these groups. When my mum goes on these outings, I get an email and photos of the events. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
Thank you for such lovely words! It has been a pleasure to care for your mum and have Mum attend outings with us.
Having the home care from Radfield has totally given her a new lease of life! Whether it’s just having a friendly face to face chat, having a fresh hot meal cooked for her or being able to be taken out and about to the shops etc my nan is so much happier.
It is a great relief, help and comfort to us that nan is getting such fabulous care from this amazing care company!
We can’t thank them enough!
Thank you for your review. It's been really great getting to know your Nan. I'm pleased she is benefiting from the service, it's nice to see her out and about in the community with a smile on her face!
My godmother was cared for by her team at Radfield Havering for a couple of years and we couldn’t fault the service. Supportive, trustworthy and kind! The care was given with love!
Thanks for your review it is very kind of you. It was a pleasure looking after your godmother
I contacted Radfield as I had concerns for my very elderly neighbour who was 101 years old and lived alone without any family. We would often check on her, tidy her garden, and run errands for her. But we felt she needed a bit more regular help. Radfield did this amazingly well. They built a lovely relationship with her and gave us comfort and reassurance that she was doing well. Sadly she passed away last year but I know she was well cared for by the staff from Radfield during the last couple of years of her life.
Thank you so much for your review. It was a pleasure to get to know and support your neighbour. She truly was remarkable. All the best.
I can’t thank and recommend Radfield enough. Such a professional, kind and compassionate team.
They have been excellent in managing a complex range of health issues and not only do they provide outstanding care, they have really supported our family in the process.
Thank you for your Review and your kind words. We are very pleased that you were happy with our service.
I’m happy to say that the care provided by Radfield Home Care was excellent. A friend recommended them to me and, in turn, I haven’t hesitated to pass on the recommendation subsequently. It was a relief to find that Radfield's involvement gave us peace of mind. They provided reliability, there was good communication with the office staff, and knowledge that the client actually receives the full amount of time which has been allocated for care. The pleasant, kind and helpful attitude of the carers who engaged with my dear dad ensured he felt respected and comfortable. Thank you to all the team.
Thank you for your kind words. It was our pleasure to support your dad.
All the carers that visit mum are very kind and understanding of her condition which can be tricky at times and have plenty of patience with her. They help out in many ways and she feels like they are her 'friends' which is nice. They give me peace of mind as well as I know she is in good hands. Can only say we are very satisfied with the care and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Radfield to others.
Thank you for your kind review. We are glad that mum has a great bond with her Care Professionals!
I can’t thank Radfield Care enough for their support. They are so professional and truly care about their clients. My mum has a weekly visit to help her with some shopping. The carers are always chatty and happy and mum feels so relaxed with them. It’s been such a helping hand to the family.
Thank you for your kind review. It's a pleasure to support your Mum!
Radfield Havering are absolute lifesavers. All the carers are friendly, efficient, always willing to help and go that extra mile. They are polite, arrive when they are meant to and stay the whole of the time requested. The office staff are equally as amazing and they are so approachable and flexible, changing to accommodate needs/requests where necessary and all done in a friendly, efficient, wonderful way. I can't praise them enough. Everyone at Radfield was amazing when they were looking after my dad, treating him with dignity and when he was very ill giving him all the support he needed but also helped myself and my mum through a truly difficult time. They then effortlessly put in the necessary carers for my mum, which enables me to know she is being so well looked after when I am not there. I can't praise them highly enough and would definitely recommend them most highly to anyone looking for a truly caring company to look after their loved ones. A true gem of a company.
Thank you so much for your kind words, Jenny, it means so much to us at the office and the care staff. It's such a pleasure being able to continue giving support to you and Mum. Of course, we are are all missing Dad too!
A professional and organised care provider. The carers are all lovely and clear speaking. They are expensive compared to other companies but you get the full time you pay for and good service. I would recommend.
Thank you so much for your lovely review! It is a pleasure to be able to support your mum, I know the team enjoy seeing her daily. Thank you again.
Radfield Home Care has supported my friend over the past two years. I have been impressed with all the carers that have looked after her and I would highly recommend Radfield Home Care to any friend and family.
Claire, it has been a pleasure to look after your friend over the past few years. Thank you for your review and feedback.
I found the carers extremely kind, caring and professional, and if I ever needed care, I would like it to be Radfield.
Thank you for your review. We agree that our carers are very kind and caring and very glad that you would feel comfortable that you would use our service for yourself.

In 2012, he passed away. He received a service funeral from the London ambulance service and it was at that moment I knew my calling was in care.”
