At the annual Bluebird Care gala dinner, the Bluebird Care Glasgow South franchise was named regional Franchise of the Year 2016 for the Scotland & Northern Ireland region.

From nearly 10 Bluebird Care offices across the region, the franchise was nominated along with two others, and the owners John & Jane Perry were delighted to hear that they’d won the regional title. They accepted the prestigious award on behalf of the Glasgow South team at October’s Annual Conference.

The award was presented as a recognition of the team’s dedication towards its customers, as well as the consistent high level of service demonstrated by staff.

In qualifying for the award, Bluebird Care Glasgow South was submitted to a strict selection process. A scoring system was used to identify the franchises that excelled in their business and went above and beyond in 4 key areas; business development, quality audits, finance and marketing. From staff retention to regulatory compliance, website management to adherence to payment schedules, the franchises who were shortlisted for the awards were able to demonstrate exemplary practice across the board.
