We are delighted to announce we are the 38th office to receive the top home care rating 'Outstanding’ in our latest inspection by the Care Quality Commission.

The inspectors described the company as being driven by their passion for caring for people and having a ‘going the extra mile’ approach.

Inspectors spoke to clients, their relatives and the team and heard nothing but affection, admiration and trust for Home Instead. They heard comments such as ‘You will not get let down’, ‘I cannot fault them at all’ and ‘this is an excellent company you won’t have any problems’.

One client described a CAREGiver in glowing terms, “What they have done for us was not going the extra mile, but nearer to going two or three miles.”
