Franchise of the Year Midlands West -

At the provider’s Annual Conference, the Bluebird Care Wellingborough franchise, whose office is in Wellingborough was named regional Franchisee of the Year 2016 for the Midlands West region.

From over 30 Bluebird Care offices across the region, the franchise was nominated along with two others, and the owners Nick Ward & Penny West, were delighted to hear that they’d won the regional title. They accepted the prestigious award on behalf of the Wellingborough team at October’s Annual Conference.

The award was presented as a recognition of the team’s dedication towards its customers, as well as the consistent high level of service demonstrated by staff.

In qualifying for the award, Bluebird Care Wellingborough was submitted to a strict selection process. A scoring system was used to identify the franchises that excelled in their business and went above and beyond in 4 key areas; business development, quality audits, finance and marketing. From staff retention to regulatory compliance, website management to adherence to payment schedules, the franchises who were shortlisted for the awards were able to demonstrate exemplary practice across the board.
