Helen Garland (pictured with Andrew Davis) was awarded Woman Franchise Employee of the Year at the 2019 NatWest Encouraging Women into Franchising Awards on 1st May 2019.

Bournemouth resident Helen collected the award at a glittering ceremony held in the City of London. She attended the awards alongside Poole resident and Right at Home Bournemouth and Poole Managing Director, Andrew Davis.

Helen, who has worked for Right at Home for more than 7 years, was up against tough competition in her category, but was recognised as the worthy winner of the award for her work in in growing the business from scratch to now employing 60 people and caring for nearly 100 clients across Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole. She said: “It’s a great feeling to win an award for a job that I love. I count myself very lucky to work and have the support of an amazing team and this award win wouldn’t be possible without them.”
