My father-in-law started with SureCare York after a change in carers. From day 1 the carers were so polite and friendly and easy to get on with. Anything that they needed they would always ask, always spoke to my father-in-law while they were dealing with him. A couple of the chaps were my
father-in-law's favourites and was so happy to see them when they came in. During the final week of my father-in-law's life, 3 of the carers were in most days, nothing ever phased them and they carried on with the same care as they always gave. Would definitely recommend SureCare York to anyone who is looking for carers for a relative.

What a lovely company! We live in London and because of Covid, we couldn't visit my mum at Christmas. The Manager provided a beautiful home-cooked Christmas dinner for my mum (and lots of others who would be spending the day alone) along with a Christmas pudding, mince pie, cracker and chocolates.
This was all completely free of charge! The carers are so kind and whenever I call my mum she tells me that her "friends" have been. I am so pleased to have found this level of support for my mum and it has definitely put my mind at ease about her having to have care.
