All staff/carers have been lovely. My grandad has been very ill but won't easily accept help. Finally, he has! He has realised how a little time each day of care has benefitted his health. Also, he fell in the shower once and his carer phoned for help. Another person came fifteen minuets later to
help pick him up. Admin at Gozone have been superb, they have phoned grandad to check he is happy and decide on the level of care he needs.

I contacted GoZone to get emergency care for my mum, who became very ill with cancer. The management went out of their way to help us in this very difficult situation.
They acted immediately to try and help us. In the end Mum was so poorly that she had to have nursing care, but I would like to
thank GoZone for being so helpful at a very difficult time.

Carers are kind, efficient, caring, smiley, helpful and essential. We have met several of them and like them all - as does our mother who they are looking after. We are so grateful to have come across such a wonderful bunch of people. The office is also efficiently run by staff who are helpful,
friendly and informative, they answer the phone promptly (what a bonus!) and communicate by phone, letter or email. Gozone Care Ltd is an absolute blessing.

Flexible care team, very supportive through covid and beyond. Always happy to support the clients' needs as best as possible. Friendly and understanding staff.

Gozone have been extremely helpful from the outset. Their communication with me is excellent. The carers take great interest in my wife's wellbeing and are always ready to help and/or advise. The feedback I get is also excellent and very helpful. To be recommended.
