Following my father's increased ill-health we were recommended Annie's by other family members who had had such a positive experience. Whilst he was able to, Dad was always part of the conversation regarding his health and Annie's homecarers kept an eye on my Mum too as she took on more and more for
him. Annies were exemplary in sharing information and the carers utterly professional and empathetic. I could not recommend this service highly enough.
After Dad's death, we have retained regular catch-up visits between carers and Mum; this has not only provided her with a connection to the outside but allowed her to maintain contact with people with whom she shared responsibility for Dad. She loves this. It gives the family reassurance that someone has an 'eye' for anything which we may miss.

Annie's Health Care has provided excellent domiciliary care, and we are extremely happy with the service. The care staff, especially Deepa and Mandy, have been outstanding. They are kind, patient, and professional, always treating my dad with dignity, respect, and compassion. Their dedication,
reliability, and caring approach have made a real difference to his comfort and wellbeing.
The manager, Nickky, deserves special praise for her excellent leadership and support. She is approachable, responsive, and ensures that the service runs smoothly. Communication has always been clear, and any concerns are dealt with promptly and professionally, which gives great peace of mind.
Overall, Annie's Health Care provides a high-quality, person-centred service. The commitment of the staff and management is truly reassuring, and we would highly recommend Annie's Health Care to anyone looking for compassionate and reliable care at home.

Our daughter has been a client of Annie's Health Care for many years and we hope many years to come we
find the staff very helpful and always punctual and treat our daughter and us with the greatest respect. We also find whenever we have cause to get in touch with the office the staff and the
management are very
polite and reassuring with any problems we have. We would recommend Annie's health care to anyone looking for a reputable support and care agency. Many thanks for your excellent work.
