The carers were always bright, cheerful and very understanding in looking after the client. He had to be hoisted when we moved him. We always seemed to have a smile. Their care of me was wonderful. I do miss their visits. The office was also good at changing times if we had appointments. Having only
6 staff made it even better as we got to know them very well. I would say first-class care.

My experience at Russell Green Home Care has always been a very positive one. The management is very supportive and a credit to the organisation. The care staff, I find, are always friendly, kind and professional, and in both management and staff, nothing seems to be too much trouble. On my visits
to see my brother-in-law, there is always a warm and friendly atmosphere everywhere. Thank you to everyone at Russell Green for all they do for my brother-in-law.

All carers are very efficient, friendly and cheerful, giving good service.

Following a fall in my home in December 2021, friends suggested that I should seek the services of Russell Green Home Care. In mid-February 2022 the home care staff visited my home and carried out a full assessment of my requirements and produced a care plan to meet my needs.
My support care plan
involves a visit of one-hour duration by a trained home care assistant on Monday, Thursday and Saturday.
Her duties include assistance support with my bath and assistance with drying/dressing. Making my bed, offering to make me a coffee and taking my rubbish out to the communal waste bin. Finally, she completes a report of that home visit for record purposes.

I have been very happy with the service from carers coming in twice a day. The carers have been very good in dealing with my needs and make me feel very comfortable, also my son who lives a long way away is happy with the help I get.

All the carers have been kind and helpful nothing is too much trouble they treat me with dignity and respect. Eight carers seem well trained and experienced.

The helpers are very personally helpful by giving me information about news in the village. They do all the cleaning that I need doing.

The care that my husband gets is second to none.
We think of the girls as part of our family.
I would not be able to cope on my own and my family are in Kent, they have other commitments farming etc. We keep in contact so they know what's going on.
It was my daughter who found the carers online.
We are so grateful, nothing is too much trouble, my husband's face says it all when the girls come through the door.

All of the ladies who came to assist my mum when she used the home care service were excellent. Mum was always treated with dignity, and support was adjusted appropriately as and when Mum's needs changed. It was a great comfort for the family to know that Mum was being well cared for in her own
home. We felt very lucky that this care was available in our village.

The service provided by this home care team goes above and beyond. Nothing is too much trouble. They not only look after me but also my whole family. I had the experience of their care whilst my husband was a client and when I took seriously ill they saves my life and have looked after me since I
came out of hospital. It is like being looked after by your family. I cannot praise them enough.

The home care team visited my mother at lunch and tea time and served her good meals. They were always prompt, friendly and caring. However, when my mother was ill one of the carers was fantastic and helped my mother in a way I never could. I am extremely grateful to her and cannot thank her enough.

I have found the staff at Russell Green HomeCare to be very helpful and caring. My day starts very well now that they get me up, wash me and dress me for the day. After they come and give my house a clean one day a week and I am able to stay in my chair in a clean home which is very comforting to
me.

The care mum has had has been superb. The ladies treated her with respect and always engaged her in conversation with a little humour which ensures she never felt self-conscious or embarrassed.
The ladies were always punctual and cared for mum as they would probably care for their own family.
