I needed a carer to drive my father from his care home in East Kilbride to the Highlands to attend a family wedding for the day and return him home. It was a huge success. The carer had 27 years experience and her professionalism in her care and kindness was complimented on by all who saw her with
my father. Cannot praise her highly enough. Much appreciated one-off special service.

Mears is a very good company, they make small mistakes, example I give key to the carer at lunch time for tea time then they change the carer so I have to cancel going out. I can't give all carers a key.
