Audley home care has been a lifesaver for us the last few weeks. My mum wanted to stay at home but needed help making lunches, taking pills. It was a delight to know the lovely team were looking after my mum. They made her home tidy, made sure she had meals, laughed with her and provided a security
we can't thank them enough for. My mum loved every single carer who came in, she felt in a safe pair of hands. Thank you Audley home care.

Audley organised some care for me at very short notice . I needed help after back surgery with showering, dressing and making my bed . Every member of staff were very professional, kind and caring. And always checking that I was happy with what they did .

We have had a wonderful experience with my father's carers. He is 91 and very frail and the carers are so in tune and adaptable to his ever changing needs. They are also really patient with us as his daughters. The carers are very reliable and professional. My father is very fond of the carers and
feels safe. We are so lucky to have such a capable back up and care for our dad. They really go to the extra mile

The care team put all the arrangements in place to allow my stepmother to move back to her apartment after a fall resulting in a broken hip and an extended stay in hospital and a nursing home. They have organised shopping and cleaning as well as personal care and gone out of their way to ensure that
my stepmother has been safe and comfortable during her time at Audley.

Unfortunately I had a fall after only being here for 1 week. I had to get up at 3am and was very disoriented and fell - couldn't get up so pressed the button for assistance which came within 5 minutes. Got me to my feet. I stayed here and saw a doctor who told me I had broken some ribs and was very
badly bruised.
This happened 2 weeks ago.
Assistance was very good.

We have a good relationship with the care team which enables us to work together to refine the care programme to meet my mother's needs.

My husband collapsed and within seconds a carer was in the house helping to get him up from the floor. She also immediately telephoned the GP and within a couple of hours was admitted to the hospital with heart problems.

Audley carers have been caring for my mum for a few months now and we are extremely happy with them. They are all very professional and friendly. my mum has dementia and can be quite difficult but they are all very patient in dealing with her. I would highly recommend!

Audley Care Clevdeon have cared for my 91-year-old mum for the past 5 years.
All the carers are kind and courteous and trustworthy. I know they always do their best for Mum.

We were generally very happy with Audley Care having had contact with the company since November 2022. The only reason for ending the arrangement was because my mother's needs changed. We were extremely happy with the care my mum received and very rarely had to raise any issues. No visits were ever
missed even when the weather was terrible. Any queries were promptly dealt with. I would highly recommend this company.

Audley Care Clevedon have been coming to care for my 85-year-old Mum in her own home since January 2022 following an extended stay in hospital. She has needed four visits a day and all the caregiving staff attending to her needs have been fantastic. The communication between the main office to
address any concerns has been welcomed and has been quickly dealt with in a professional and friendly manner. All communications with both the caregivers and the office have been extremely supportive. Thank you Audley.

My father has lived at Clevedon in Ilkley for several years and has needed support on and off from Audley Care. He recently had a heart attack. The response from Audley Care in the acute situation was fantastic. Several members of staff were immediately available to call an ambulance, support my
father and help find his things to take to the hospital. On discharge which was arranged with short notice, the staff responded with no delay to his need for 5 visits a day. Every member of staff is caring respectful well trained and kind. I am very grateful to know he is so well looked after.

Very pleased with the care and support received. Any concerns are acted upon quickly. Slight disappointment at the number of different faces/carers each week - causes difficulties for a client with dementia. Otherwise, very happy with the service, thank you.

We have two carers four times a day. They are all kind, friendly, professional and treat my husband with upmost dignity. Cannot praise them enough. The service is second to none. Very grateful for their hep, would not cope without them.

My review broadly speaking has been good from all areas which are covered. Obviously, there have been occasions when things have been difficult that has a reflect upon the system. Overall everything works very efficiently in all areas.

During the month of April, I needed extra care and Audley Care arranged this at very short notice. The carers who visited were ones who I was already familiar with. They were extremely helpful and efficient and they were also very reassuring during these very difficult times. I would hope that the
carers are awarded a payrise in view of them working throughout the Covid-19 crisis.
