My mum has been using this agency since January 2019. The company was recommended to us. Mum is receiving fantastic care by lovely staff who pay such attention to detail. What those girls do in an hour is amazing. The manager is wonderful and is easily contactable. She had an initial meeting with
my mum and got to know her first before the care commenced. As a family, we couldn't wish for better care of our mum. Mum was hesitant to begin with as she is very independent but she feels comfortable with the carers and enjoys their visits. The whole set up is very professional and very caring. 10/10 from the whole family.
